Among Immortals: The Formation and Influence of New Character Aesthetics in the Middle Ages

Abstract:Complimenting others as immortals is a new aesthetics of character formed in the Middle Ages.Originated in the Cao-Wei period,this aesthetics was inherited by the Southern Dynasties,still highlighting physical beauty with less attention to femininity and more to transcendence.The Tang dynasty inherited this tradition and at the same time there were new changes,forming two major patterns which were followed after the Song Dynasty.This aesthetic concept was formed and stereotyped in the Middle Ages,and for various complex reasons,it influenced the shaping of characters in Tang and later literary works and the general knowledge of scholars,and has echoes even in contemporary society.

Abstract:The Shunkang and Yongqian Volume of Quanqing Ci are collections of poems written in Shunzhi,Kangxi,Yongzheng and Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty.They strive to be comprehensive and complete to reflect the overall picture of Ci creation during the period,but they still fail to fully collected under various reasons.49 Ci-poetry written by 6 Cantonese ci writers,which were not found in Quanqing Ci.They are now supplemented,at the same time,a brief review of the author's life story,Ci creation and other related information.

Sublime and Evil in The Les Chants de Maldoror

Abstract:The Les Chants de Maldoror by the French poet Lautréamont is a poem of evil.It not only represents brutal murders but also exposes the dark psychology of the protagnist,Maldoror.However,as an incarnation of evil,Maldoror makes the poem sublime with his overwhelming passion and power comparable to nature.This sublime evil is a revelation of the Kantian“diabolical evil”,which,according to Slavoj Zizek,means the negativity of the subject.At the same time,Maldoror's Sade-like spirit shows the evil of jouissance in a psychoanalytic sense,and this character enriches the meaning of sublimity.

The Dilemma and Outlet of Thai-Chinese Literature: Starting from Fu Zheng’s Anxiety and Reflections

Abstract:It is generally believed that since the 1980s,there has been a vigorous development of Thai-Chinese literature.However,in recent years,with the advancement of Chinese education and the rise of new media,Thai-Chinese literature faces great challenges,as represented by Fu Zheng’s anxiety and reflections.Fu Zheng holds that with the impact of language policy and media,the subscription of Chinese newspapers decreases,the numbers of both writers and readers reduce,and subject matters for Chinese writing disappear,therefore it is urgent to transform and reconstruct the ecology of Thai-Chinese literature.

An Analysis of Leizhou Culture from the Perspective of Leizhou Dialect Vocabulary

Abstract:Leizhou dialect is the carrier of Leizhou culture.As one of the three elements of language,vocabulary reflects the culture of social groups.This article examines Leizhou culture from the perspective of Leizhou dialect vocabulary.On the basis of existing research and through corpus analysis and comparative analysis,this article finds that Leizhou culture mainly came from Fujian culture and ancient Yue minority culture,and at the same time it was influenced by Cantonese culture.Leizhou dialect vocabulary mainly reflects the life culture,belief culture and auspicious culture in Leizou,which highlights the cultural value of the dialect vocabulary.

Research on the Application of Administrative Trust Protection Principle

Abstract:With its origin in German public law,the trust protection principle has developed a logic structure of three elements,and is recommended and applied by scholars of civil law system.But as an importation,it is not deeply rooted in Chinese legal system.The setting of constitutive elements,whether traditional three-element theory or four-element theory,can not meet the needs of dispute resolution and legislation;and in the legal ranking of the evidence,the ambiguity of whether it is a principle of departmental law or a constitutional principle also influences its value orientation and makes it difficult to form a unified normative guidance.By examining relevant theories,this paper constructs the constitutional rank status of trust protection principle based on the theory of fundamental rights protection,replaces the traditional three-element theory with the perfect four-element theory,and proves that the foundation of trust deviates from the introduction of the constitutive requirements,in order to perfect the application system of the trust protection principle.

An Analysis of“Three-point Covenant”from the Perspective of Legal Hermeneutics

Abstract:The allusion of“Three-point Covenant”comes from Shih Chi,and scholars have interpreted it from different perspectives,but there has not been any unanimity.Improper use of the idiom increases people’s misunderstanding,and accurate interpretation requires a return to the specific historical context and legal culture.According to the methodology of legal hermeneutics,“Three-point Covenant”embodies the concept of“rule of virtue and rule of law”.The word“convenant”does not create any right in private law,and therefore it means not contract but restraint and regulation.“Three-point Covenant”is a norm of criminal law in nature,and in terms of legal interests and scientific nature of the legal system it specifically refers to murder,wounding and theft.Therefore,its original intention is to regulate poeple.Although it was a temporary measure before the war,it actually began the Han Dynasty’s inheritance of the Qin system.

On the Application of the Presumption of Subjective Knowledge in Drug Crime Cases: An Examination Based on Several Guidance Cases

Abstract:In the judicial practice of drug crime cases,it is difficult to identify the actor's subjective knowledge.Therefore,the presumption rule of subjective knowledge comes into being.As an exception to the principle of evidence adjudication,the presumption rule of subjective knowledge is mainly scattered in the normative documents of informal legislation.By analyzing the existing regulations and practice,it can be seen that the rules still have problems such as different practical standards,vague criteria for recognition,insufficient self-consistency of existing provisions,and lack of specific criteria for the conditions of application of the presumption and the exercise of rebuttal right.In order to deal with these problems,legislators should stipulate the presumption rule of subjective knowledge at the basic legislative level,clarify its applicable conditions,and allow the judges to exercise discretion within the boundaries of the rule.In addition,the application of presumption must be publicized in judicial documents.

The Effect of Financial Support and Agricultural Insurance on Agricultural Economy:An Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Data

Abstract:This paper examines the effect of financial support for agriculture and agricultural insurance on agricultural economy,and analyzes how financial support affects agricultural insurance and then affects the development of agricultural economy.Using the data of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2020,the paper performs an empirical test by constructing fixed effect,intermediary effect and other models.The results show that there is a long-term stable relationship between fiscal support for agriculture,agricultural insurance and agricultural gross output value.Under the current structure of fiscal support for agriculture,the support policy inhibits the effect of agricultural insurance on agricultural gross output value.The regional heterogeneity analysis shows that fiscal support and agricultural insurance in the eastern region can significantly promote agricultural production,while the relationship between the three is not significant in the central region and in the western region financial support and agricultural insurance curbs the development of agricultural economy.Financial support can promote the total agricultural output value by expanding the planting scale,optimizing the agricultural industrial structure and changing the consumption structure of farmers.

On the Characteristics and Structure of Meizhou Overseas Remittance Network:With Files from Shantou Overseas Remittance Agency of 1936 as Evidence

Abstract:This paper analyzes the relationship,characteristics and structure of the overseas remittance network in Meizhou by using files from Shantou Overseas Remittance Agency of 1936 which are collected in Guangdong Provincial Archives Bureau.The research finds that Meizhou overseas remittance agencies and Chaoshan agencies cooperated closely.First,most overseas remittance to Meizhou were transmitted through Shantou agencies,and Shantou agencies were an important part of Meizhou overseas remittance network.Second,most of the domestic and overseas Meizhou agencies cooperated through the hometown relationship and served local people,and the operation of the network was guaranteed by native relationship.Lastly,there were no county-based gangs in Meizhou overseas remittance network,and the network was internally fragmented,which affected its service scope and efficiency.

The High-quality and Coordinated Development of Guangdong Coastal Economic Belt: Its Background,Dilemma and Path

Abstract:With the national strategy of regional coordinated development as the guidance,Jiangsu’s“1+3”functional zone,“dual core”with“dual sub-center”,and metropolitan area not only point out the direction for the construction of Guangdong coastal economic belt,it also injects new impetus into the high-quality and balanced development of the region.However,issues such as high-speed rail and higher education development,industrial structure optimization,and balanced development are unignorable.Therefore,we should consolidate the main responsibility mechanism,connect the dual cores,adhere to green development,and use the four operations of“addition,subtraction,multiplication and division”to create a good business environment in Guangdong coastal economic belt in order to achieve“circle-belt integration”and“dual sub-center”.
