1. Handelingenkamer Library， Netherlands

The Handelingenkamer Library inside The Hague，Netherlands， is also known as the Old Library of theDutch Parliament1. This beautiful building has a glasstop so the light can go through the building. It was finished at the close of the19th century and is well known for the beautiful building and its history.

The 33，700 squaremeterbuilding can keep 1.35 million books. Built in just three years， it has becomequite a tourist attraction since it was finished.

4. 中國天津濱海圖書館
