From November 17 to 18， Thomas Law， President of Ibrachina， and Ricardo Berzoini， Former Secretary of Institutional Affairs under the Presidency of the Republic of Brazil， led a delegation to Chongqing. They aimed to deepen the exchanges between S?o Paulo and Chongqing and discuss cooperation in science， technology and innovation， smart cities， culture and sports.

In Chongqing， the delegation visited Chongqing Broadcasting Group， Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone， Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital， the Youth Training Center of Chongqing Football Association， SERES and Dazu Rock Carvings. Thomas Law mentioned this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Brazil-China strategic partnership， and the two countries’ diplomatic relations will have been maintained for 50 years in the next year. Through this visit， the delegation had a better picture of Chongqing. As an international relations consultant of the Brazil-China Parliamentary Front under the S?o Paulo Parliament， he would actively facilitate cooperation between S?o Paulo and Chongqing in technology， culture and sports to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

2023年11月17日至18日，中國巴西社會文化研究中心主席羅士豪、巴西總統(tǒng)府機構(gòu)關(guān)系前部長里卡多·貝佐尼等一行訪問重慶。旨在深化圣保羅市和重慶之間的交流，探討在科技創(chuàng)新、智慧城市、文化體育等領(lǐng)域的合作。

在渝期間，代表團一行參訪了重慶廣電集團、兩江新區(qū)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新區(qū)、重慶市中醫(yī)院、重慶市足球協(xié)會青訓(xùn)中心、賽力斯汽車、大足石刻。羅士豪表示，2023年是中巴建立戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系30周年，2024年將迎來兩國建交50周年。此次訪問增進了代表團一行對重慶的了解，他作為圣保羅市議會巴西—中國議員陣線國際關(guān)系顧問，將積極推動圣保羅市與重慶在科技、人文、體育方面的合作，慶祝中巴建交50周年。
