From November 5 to 9， Fatimé Zara Douga， Mayor of N’Djamena， sister city of Chongqing and capital of Chad， led a delegation to Chongqing on invitation， and attended the Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange. On November 7， Hu Henghua， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government， met with the delegation.

In Chongqing， the delegation visited Chongqing Modern Agricultural High-Tech Park， Zonsen Industry Group Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing Hiten Energy Co.， Ltd.， Chongqing Sanfeng Environment Group Corp.， Ltd. and Chongqing Technology and Business University. They gained a comprehensive understanding of the development of Chongqing’s competitive industries with local features and expressed the intention of cooperation.

The delegation conducted extensive exchanges on vocational skills training and research collaboration with the school authority at Chongqing Technology and Business University. Fatimé Zara Douga indicated that facilitating exchanges between colleges and universities of the two cities was one of the purposes of their visit. She specifically highlighted that some trainees from the government of N’Djamena， who had visited Chongqing and attended an advanced administrative management training workshop for the Chadian Government and companies organized by the university in 2019， now hold significant positions in the municipal government. She expected better understanding and more friendly cooperation between the two cities through higher educational exchanges.

2023年11月5日至9日，重慶友好城市、乍得首都恩賈梅納市市長法蒂梅·薩拉·杜加應(yīng)邀率團(tuán)來渝訪問，并出席“一帶一路”科技交流大會(huì)。11月7日，市委副書記、市長胡衡華會(huì)見法蒂梅·薩拉·杜加一行。

在渝期間，薩拉一行分別前往重慶現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)高科技園、宗申產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司、輝騰能源股份有限公司、三峰環(huán)境集團(tuán)股份有限公司和重慶工商大學(xué)參訪，全面了解重慶優(yōu)勢特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況并交流合作意向。

在重慶工商大學(xué)，薩拉一行與校方就人才職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)、科研合作等議題進(jìn)行了廣泛交流。薩拉表示，增進(jìn)兩地高校合作交流是其此訪的重要內(nèi)容之一，并特別提到，曾于2019年來渝參加重慶工商大學(xué)組織的“乍得政府及企業(yè)高等行政管理培訓(xùn)班”的部分恩賈梅納市政府學(xué)員現(xiàn)已在該市政府擔(dān)任要職，希望兩市繼續(xù)通過高校教育交流增進(jìn)了解、促進(jìn)友好合作。
