摘要： 利用拓撲一致降標性質(zhì)定義的譜集、 常用譜集和算子本身的一些性質(zhì)， 給出有界線性算子及其算子函數(shù)滿足（UWΠ）性質(zhì)的充要條件， 并討論（UWΠ）性質(zhì)的攝動問題.

Topological Uniform Descent Property andProperty （UWΠ） for Linear Operators

Abstract： We" gave necessary and sufficient conditions for bounded linear operators and their operator functions to satisfy the property

（UWΠ） by using the spectrum sets defined by topological uniform descent property， commonly used spectrum sets and some properties of operators themselves， and discussed" the perturbation problems of property （UWΠ）.
