Abstract:Theglobalizedexistenceinthecurrenteraisintheprocessoftransformationfromtheone-waydominationofcapitalexpansiontotheinteractiveco-constructionofuniversalexchanges,andthecommonvaluesofhumanityreflecttheresembledvalueconsciousnessofglobalsurvivalintheprocessofbuildingacommunitywithsharedfutureformankind.Fromtheperspectiveofhistoricalmaterialism,thegenerationofresembledvaluesbasedontheresembledessenceofhumanexistenceisanobjectiveandinevitableresultofthedevelopmentofworldhistory.Theglobalizedexistenceofresembledsubjectivitiesinherentlyimplyapositivesenseoftheother,whichleadstoabroader,open,andinclusiveperspectiveforcorrectlyunderstanding,analyzing,andadvancingtheoverallprocessofhumansocialdevelopment.Inthecontextofthein-depthdevelopmentofworldhistory,thegrowthanddevelopmentofsubjectswithresembledvaluesofglobalsurvivalarereflectedintheenhancementofthespiritofopenness,themanifestationofthespiritofequalityandthematurityandperfectionofthespiritoffreedombroughtaboutbythedeepeningofthesenseofcommunication.However,inthecontextofcommonexistenceofglobaluniversalcommunication,onlyaconvergenceofperspectivesbasedonequalrecognitioncanproduceuniversallyacceptedandtense-richresembledvaluestandards.Basedontherealityofglobalsurvival,rationalizethemechanismofglobalizationevolution,andclarifythepathofglobalizationdevelopment,Thecommonvaluesofhumanityservesasanimportantvalueguidancefortheharmonioussurvivalofhumanityinthecontextofglobalization.

Abstract:Artificialintelligencehasbroughtaboutalargenumberofsocialproblems,amongwhichsocialjusticerisksareparticularlynotable.AsAIimposeschallengestotheexistingindexsystemandmethodsformeasuringsocialjustice,itisnecessarytoreconsiderthemeasurementdimensionsandbasicapproachesinlinewiththeproblemdomainofAIfromatheoreticalperspective.Themeasuringdimensionscanbyroughlydeterminedbydrawingontheclassicalindexformeasuringjustice,takingMarxism’sfourfoldcritiqueofabstractjusticeasthetheoreticalpremise,relyingontheconcernfortheunique“OughtToBe”and“ToBe”structureofthesocialjusticerisksofartificialintelligence,andabsorbingtheinfluencingfactorsofthesenseofsocialjustice.Throughre-examiningthereal-lifemodelsofsocialinjusticepresentedbythe“Machine-Human”relationshipunderAI,wecanidentifyfivedimensionsofuncertaintywheretheriskslie.Andtheriskscanbesystematicallypreventedandresolvedbyeffectivelydealingwiththefiveuncertainties.InordertocontinuouslymitigatetheriskofsocialjusticeofAI,thefirstpriorityistobringitbacktoitsinstrumentalessenceinasensibleway,firmlygraspingtheautonomousrule-makingrightsofAIatthenationallevel,guardingagainstthemaliciouscompetitionbetweencountriesforthestandardformulationpowerandinternationaldiscoursepower,furtherreducingthepublic’sunreasonableexpectationsontheuniversalityoftechnologicalspecificationsandcodesofethics,andintegratingtheroleoffullplayofthepositivetechnologicaleffectsofAIwiththeeffectiveavoidanceofthenegativeconsequencesofsocialjusticerisksinthecontextofacontinuousstrengtheningoftwo-waystructuralinnovationonboththedemandandthesupplyside.

Abstract:SocialrobotsaretheproductofAItechnologyappliedtoonlinesocialnetworks.Withitsincreasingapplicationinthepoliticalfield,identitypoliticalgroupsaresusceptibletomanipulationbypoliticalforcesduetothespecificityoftheirsubjectivityandthesensitivityoftheirtopics.WiththeadvancementofAIandthedeeplearningofmachines,andthe“human-like”characterofmodernsocialrobotssignificantlyenhanced,theirparticipationinidentitypoliticshashadaseriousimpactonthenormalpoliticalorder,andhaschangedtheidentitycompositionofpeople’spoliticalparticipationinthegivenethical,social,andpoliticalorder.Throughhuman-machinecommunication,variousideologieshavebeenamplified,affectingpeople’spoliticalpracticesintherealworld.Althoughprovidingachannelformarginalizedgroupstoexpresstheirviews,itbringsaboutdifficultcomplianceproblemsduetothespecificityoftheparticipatingsubjects.Therefore,humanbeingsneedtoviewtheroleofsocialrobotsinadialecticalway,re-examinetherelationshipbetweenhumansandmachines,andrestorethetruenatureofthetechnologysothatitcanbeputattheserviceofhumanbeings.

Abstract:Inordertoprotectfaircompetitionandcreategoodenvironmentsfortheuseofalgorithms,itisnecessaryforanti-monopolylawtostrengthentheregulationoftheuseofalgorithms.Takingintoconsiderationofthetraitsofallkindsofalgorithmsandtheirabilityoflimitingcompetitionaswellasrelatedanti-monopolypracticeabroad,thispaperarguesthatanti-monopolylawshouldputemphasisontheconspiracythroughhub-and-spokealgorithm,especiallytheassertionofitscharacteristicsinanti-monopolylaw.Accordingtotheconstituentelementsofvariousmonopolisticactsandthetraitsofhub-and-spokealgorithm,mostconspiracythroughthisalgorithmfallwithinthescopeofmonopolyagreements,occasionallyconstitutingabuseofmarketdominanceorconcentrationofoperators.Underspecialcircumstances,thistypeofconspiracymayinvolvemultiplemonopolisticbehaviorssimultaneously.Whethertohandlemultiplebehaviorsseparatelyorjustoneofthemdependsonsuchfactorsasrelationsofthepartiesconcerned,thelegalinterestsinvolved,theprincipleandrequirementsofadministrativepunishment,andthetraitsofthealgorithms.

Abstract:Including“StoneDrumJourney”,“JiujiJourney”and“WuyiJourney”,Poems of Three JourneysisacollectionofpoemswrittenbyFangYizhicreatedduringhisvisittoFujianinthesixthyearoftheKangxireignoftheQingDynasty.However,bannedbytheQinggovernment,thecollectionhasbeenlostforover300years.Afteritwasrediscoveredin2021attheShanghaiLibrary,itsdatesofwritingandpublishing,andpreservationofthebookhadbeendeterminedthroughtheinvestigationoftheeditionofthebookandtheanalysisofthereasonsforits“deephiding”.Fromthecontentofthepoems,wecanlearnaboutwhatheexperiencedduringthethreetravelsandunderstandthecharacteristicsofhislaterpoetry.Heprojectedhisemotionstothemountainsandrivers,buriedhisphilosophicalthoughtsinpoetry,andhidhiswhereaboutsthroughtraveling,insearchfortruefriends.SomehistoricalfactscanbeobtainedfromthepoemsbyexaminingthetrajectoryofhislateryearsandtheactivitiesoftheMingDynasty’sremainingadherents.
