在廣受贊譽的四十年里,費爾南多·梅尼斯開展了各種規(guī)模和類型的工作以及研究項目。他設計過會議中心、文化和機構(gòu)建筑、學校、體育和休閑基礎(chǔ)設施、房屋和集體住宅、公共空間、植物園和濱水區(qū),還提出了創(chuàng)新的聲學解決方案和只使用自然能源的理想城市原型。作為音樂廳和禮堂設計專家,他為波蘭的CKK Jordanki 音樂廳和會議廳設計了可變聲學系統(tǒng),從而享譽世界。
他已完成的一些作品有:Las Chumberas 的圣救世主教堂和社區(qū)中心(2021)、特內(nèi)里費Tank Garden(2021)、波蘭哈林的CKK 音樂廳和會議廳(2015)、瑞士的Bürchen廣場(2015)、特內(nèi)里費體育場(2007)、Magma 藝術(shù)與會議中心(2007)、柏林施普雷河上的浮池(2004)、特內(nèi)里費加那利群島政府大樓(1999)。

費爾南多·梅尼斯曾十次獲得加那利群島建筑獎,還獲得過波蘭建筑師協(xié)會頒發(fā)的2015 年波蘭最佳文化建筑獎。他還曾獲2016 年CEMEX 通用無障礙特別獎、2016年臺北設計獎公共建筑金獎、2012 年世界建筑節(jié)導演獎、2005 年第八屆國際石材建筑獎、1998 年第五屆西班牙建筑雙年展獎等。
Throughout his forty years of acclaimed experience,Fernando Menis carried out work of various scales and typologies as well as research projects.He has built conference centres,cultural and institutional buildings,schools,sports and leisure infrastructures,houses and collective dwellings,public spaces,botanical gardens and waterfronts,but also innovative acoustic solutions and an ideal city prototype that should use only natural energy.An expert in the design of concert halls and auditoriums,he is world renowned after conceiving a variable acoustic system for the CKK Jordanki Concert and Conference Hall in Poland.
Some of his completed works are:the Holy Redeemer Church and Community Centre of Las Chumberas(2021),Tenerife Tank Garden (2021),the CKK Concert and Conference Hall in Poland (2015),the Plaza Bürchen in Switzerland (2015),the Tenerife Athletics Stadium (2007),Magma Art &Congress (2007),Floating Pool on the River Spree of Berlin (2004),headquarters of the Canary Islands Government inTenerife (1999).
Among his ongoing projects are:the future Rodin Tenerife Museum,the Boa Vista Masterplan in Cape Verde,the Pájara Concert and Congress Hall in Fuerteventura,the Rehabilitation of the Teobaldo Power Performative Arts Hall in La Orotava as well as the long-term research projects Hatching,aimed at the study and creation of sustainable habitats in arid environments and Acoustic Frames,which seeks to use and enhance the acoustic qualities of some natural materials or the creation of new materials with certain acoustic qualities.
Awarded ten times with the Canary Islands Architecture Prize,Fernando Menis is also the winner of the Prize for the Best Cultural Building in Poland 2015,awarded by the Polish Association of Architects.He won the 2016 CEMEX Universal Accessibility Special Award,the Gold Trophy for Public Building of the 2016 Taipei City International Design Award,the World Architecture Festival Director's Award 2012,the 8th International Award for Stone Architecture 2005 and Prize of the Prize of the 5th Spanish Biennial of Architecture in 1998,among others.
