崔中（Choi Jung，韓國(guó)），蘇州科韻激光科技有限公司研發(fā)副總經(jīng)理。畢業(yè)于韓國(guó)交通大學(xué)信息與控制工程專業(yè)，專注于顯示面板技術(shù)研究近20年。

我來(lái)中國(guó)近20年了，先后在京東方、惠科從事研發(fā)工作，目前在蘇州科韻激光科技有限公司擔(dān)任研發(fā)副總經(jīng)理。中共二十大勝利召開，我想結(jié)合我在中國(guó)工作和生活的經(jīng)歷，談?wù)勎覍?duì)中國(guó)、中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨以及中共二十大的感想。

在我看來(lái)，堅(jiān)持中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義是中國(guó)在幾十年里取得成就的基石。睿智的、經(jīng)過(guò)深思熟慮的、對(duì)社會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度——這是中國(guó)改革者的特點(diǎn)。正是在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，中國(guó)人民取得了無(wú)可爭(zhēng)議的、舉世矚目的成就，使中國(guó)成為我們這個(gè)時(shí)代的強(qiáng)大國(guó)家。伴隨這些成就的，是人民不斷穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)的福利，比如居民收入增加、城市與鄉(xiāng)村差距不斷縮小等。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨應(yīng)該成為世界的榜樣。

我認(rèn)為，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨理論創(chuàng)新的力量與成果在于它以最好的方式將中華文明的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與現(xiàn)代國(guó)家建設(shè)融合在自己的國(guó)家政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)生活建設(shè)中。這使得中國(guó)不僅可以適應(yīng)不停變化的世界，還可以在當(dāng)今世界占據(jù)重要地位。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨堅(jiān)持中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代化結(jié)合，將國(guó)家利益與社會(huì)利益作為自己前進(jìn)的目標(biāo)，因此它才能成為當(dāng)代世界比較強(qiáng)大的執(zhí)政黨，也一定能夠向著更高的目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。

在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第二十次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)勝利閉幕之際，我祝愿中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨能夠一直致力于自己國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，致力于改善人民的生活；祝愿中國(guó)在未來(lái)繼續(xù)提升在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和高科技領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力；祝愿中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨以更寬廣的視野、更大膽的改革把黨和國(guó)家未來(lái)各項(xiàng)事業(yè)繼續(xù)推向前進(jìn)，展示執(zhí)政黨的智慧和責(zé)任感；也祝愿中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨能夠永遠(yuǎn)致力于與韓國(guó)的睦鄰友好關(guān)系，加強(qiáng)中韓雙邊合作。

在我看來(lái)，中國(guó)選擇的發(fā)展道路不是帝國(guó)主義道路，不是殖民主義道路，也不是霸權(quán)主義道路，而是一條和平發(fā)展之路。其發(fā)展成果不僅由中國(guó)人民共享，全世界人民都能因此獲益。我覺得這和人類命運(yùn)共同體是一樣的，習(xí)近平主席提出的這個(gè)理念旨在推動(dòng)世界和平發(fā)展。中國(guó)提出的“一帶一路”倡議更是一個(gè)睿智的決定，為推動(dòng)全球各地區(qū)合作帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇。

對(duì)于中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化，我想列舉出我最關(guān)注的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞：人民、環(huán)境、和平。我認(rèn)為，這體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨胸懷天下的眼光和魄力。我認(rèn)為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨是一個(gè)研究能力、行動(dòng)能力、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)能力、創(chuàng)新能力都很強(qiáng)的政黨。我仔細(xì)研讀了中共二十大報(bào)告，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這份報(bào)告對(duì)中國(guó)以及世界形勢(shì)進(jìn)行了全面分析，制定了明確目標(biāo)，并規(guī)劃了哪一年要完成什么。

中韓兩國(guó)的地理距離非常近，結(jié)合歷史來(lái)看，中韓兩國(guó)更像是一家人。希望更多韓國(guó)人能來(lái)中國(guó)親眼見證、親身感受，甚至跟我一樣來(lái)中國(guó)工作，認(rèn)真了解中國(guó)，同時(shí)我也誠(chéng)懇希望兩國(guó)人民能經(jīng)?；ハ嘟涣鳌⒃L問和旅游。

My name is CHOI JUNG,and I specialize in optical research and development.I come from Korea and have been in China for nearly two decades.I used to work for R&D in BOE and HKC.In addition,I serve as Vice President of R&D at Cowin Laser Technology (Suzhou)Co.,Ltd.On the occasion of successfully convening the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),I would like to talk about my feelings about China,the CPC,and the Congress based on my work and life in China.

Over the past decades,adhering to socialism with Chinese characteristics has been the cornerstone of China’s achievements.Chinese reformers feature wisdom,deliberateness,and socially responsible.Under the CPC’s leadership,the Chinese people made indisputable and remarkable achievements,and the country became a power of the era.Amid such background,the people’s welfare increases steadily,including higher income for residents and a narrowing gap between urban and rural areas.The CPC should act as a model for the world.

I believe that the strength and achievement of the CPC in theoretical innovation are attributed to the fact that it integrates the experience of Chinese civilization and modern national construction into its politics and economy in the best way.It enables China not only to adapt to the ever-changing world but also to occupy an important position in today’s world.The CPC combines Chinese tradition and modernization and takes national and social interests as its goal.Hence,the Party can become a relatively robust ruling party in the contemporary era and will unswervingly advance towards a higher purpose.

With the successful conclusion of the 20th National Congress of the CPC,I hope the Party always devotes to the economy of China and improving Chinese people’s livelihood and the country continue to sharpen its competitive edge in the Internet and high-tech fields in the future.Besides,I hope the CPC pushes forward the future undertakings of the Party and the country with a broader vision and reforms,demonstrates its wisdom and sense of responsibility as the ruling party,and dedicates to maintaining friendly relations and strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.

The development chosen by China is not one for imperialism,colonialism,or hegemonism but for peaceful development.China’s achievements in development are shared by the Chinese people and beneflt people worldwide.I think this is the same as the community with a shared future for mankind.The principle proposed by President Xi Jinping aims at promoting world peace and development.The Belt and Road Initiative proposed by China is a wise decision,which has brought new opportunities for fostering global cooperation.

As for the Chinese path to modernization,I want to list three keywords that I am most concerned about: people,environment,and peace.I argue that it reflects the global vision of the CPC to respond to the general concerns of people of all countries.I think the CPC is a political party with strong ability in research,taking action,and keeping pace with the times and innovation.After studying the report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC,I found that a comprehensive analysis of China and the world situation was made,concrete goals were set,and annual plans were developed in this report.

The geographical distance between China and South Korea is very close.In combination with history,China and South Korea are more like a family.I wish more Koreans could come to China to witness and experience and even work in China to get to know China more.At the same time,I sincerely hope the two peoples have frequent mutual exchanges,visits,and travels.
