托馬斯·阿蒙（Tomaz Amon，斯洛文尼亞），博士，斯洛文尼亞公司Bioanim的創(chuàng)始人，現(xiàn)任斯洛文尼亞中國(guó)友好協(xié)會(huì)主席。

今年在我身邊發(fā)生了兩件值得慶賀的事情。一是我的祖國(guó)斯洛文尼亞和中國(guó)建交30周年。中國(guó)有句古話“三十而立”。中斯兩國(guó)相互尊重、平等相待，中斯人文交流日益深入、互利共贏，兩國(guó)友誼源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)。二是我有幸觀看了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第二十次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)的開幕，認(rèn)真聆聽了中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的報(bào)告?？吹皆谥袊?guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，中國(guó)在各領(lǐng)域取得的空前成就，我深受鼓舞。

斯洛文尼亞是冬季運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)國(guó)，冬季運(yùn)動(dòng)合作成為兩國(guó)人文交流的亮點(diǎn)。斯洛文尼亞工程師深度參與北京冬奧會(huì)地標(biāo)建筑——國(guó)家跳臺(tái)滑雪中心“雪如意”的建設(shè)，斯洛文尼亞運(yùn)動(dòng)員也獲得了在“雪如意”產(chǎn)生的首枚金牌。中國(guó)跳臺(tái)滑雪國(guó)家集訓(xùn)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)期在斯洛文尼亞訓(xùn)練，中國(guó)冬季運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)北歐兩項(xiàng)等項(xiàng)目的比賽曾在斯洛文尼亞舉行。在北京冬奧會(huì)前夕，斯洛文尼亞奧委會(huì)發(fā)起一項(xiàng)環(huán)保活動(dòng)，用電動(dòng)汽車把斯洛文尼亞最高峰的冰川樣本運(yùn)送至北京冬奧會(huì)，在倡導(dǎo)關(guān)注氣候變化、保護(hù)高山冰川的同時(shí)，支持北京冬奧會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念，表達(dá)對(duì)北京冬奧會(huì)的祝福。人文交流拉近了中斯人民心與心的距離，也不斷為兩國(guó)友好發(fā)展注入新動(dòng)力和正能量。

2019年12月，我來到深圳參加亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)合作組織工商咨詢理事會(huì)亞太中小企業(yè)峰會(huì)。這個(gè)會(huì)議代表了亞太地區(qū)工商企業(yè)界的聲音，是各成員經(jīng)濟(jì)體政策交流分享的平臺(tái)。在這個(gè)會(huì)議上，我深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)到中國(guó)是國(guó)際企業(yè)發(fā)展的沃土，中國(guó)市場(chǎng)非常的龐大和繁榮?；貒?guó)后，我向當(dāng)?shù)氐闹行∑髽I(yè)宣傳推廣了中國(guó)的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境、政策支持。我身邊的一些學(xué)者和企業(yè)家也表示，未來會(huì)考慮將中國(guó)作為他們國(guó)際發(fā)展的起點(diǎn)。2020年，由于新冠肺炎疫情暴發(fā)，各國(guó)都加大了防控措施，盡可能地減少因人員流動(dòng)造成的交叉感染和擴(kuò)散。我非常理解并支持這樣的防范措施。雖然無法及時(shí)到中國(guó)和我的中國(guó)伙伴面對(duì)面交流，但互聯(lián)網(wǎng)給我們帶來了極大的幫助。我們通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)和中國(guó)建立了密切聯(lián)系，建立了“美麗的斯洛文尼亞”網(wǎng)站（網(wǎng)絡(luò)域名 www.aftercovid.si）。網(wǎng)站以360度高分辨率全景照片的形式展示斯洛文尼亞人文風(fēng)景，目前正在持續(xù)更新中，我也在各種活動(dòng)會(huì)議上大力推介這個(gè)項(xiàng)目。網(wǎng)站獲得了眾多國(guó)際人士的好評(píng)。我計(jì)劃在日后拓展網(wǎng)頁(yè)功能，結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐缆沸畔?，?60度街景形式展示斯洛文尼亞最美的一面。當(dāng)疫情結(jié)束或緩解的那一天，我們也真摯地歡迎和期待中國(guó)人民到斯洛文尼亞旅行并開展交流活動(dòng)。我們一直在為未來努力準(zhǔn)備著！

最近我也認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)了中共二十大報(bào)告，非常開心看到中國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人在報(bào)告中指出，要“推進(jìn)高水平對(duì)外開放”“推動(dòng)共建‘一帶一路’高質(zhì)量發(fā)展”“維護(hù)多元穩(wěn)定的國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)格局和經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系”。中國(guó)還會(huì)推進(jìn)新型工業(yè)化，加快建設(shè)制造強(qiáng)國(guó)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)國(guó)、數(shù)字中國(guó)，這說明在中國(guó)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)，必然會(huì)給其他國(guó)家也帶來巨大且繁榮的市場(chǎng)。報(bào)告還指出，在文化方面中國(guó)會(huì)“促進(jìn)群眾體育和競(jìng)技體育全面發(fā)展”。斯洛文尼亞中國(guó)友好協(xié)會(huì)一直積極推動(dòng)斯洛文尼亞與中國(guó)在教育、文化、科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、體育等領(lǐng)域的合作。我們也致力于促成斯洛文尼亞和中國(guó)的城市結(jié)成友好關(guān)系，助力中斯友好友誼，加強(qiáng)中斯文化、科技交流與合作，踐行習(xí)近平主席構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的理念。

中共二十大還強(qiáng)調(diào)了國(guó)際合作的重要性。正像我之前提到的，全球的線下交流確實(shí)遇到了一些困難，但中斯之間的合作不會(huì)就此止步。我們經(jīng)常舉辦一些線上對(duì)接交流會(huì)，不斷推動(dòng)雙方企業(yè)在文化、科學(xué)技術(shù)、貿(mào)易等領(lǐng)域的交流和合作。

在新時(shí)代的新征程上，我祝愿在中共二十大精神指引下，中國(guó)將更加繁榮昌盛。祝愿斯洛文尼亞人民與中國(guó)人民的友誼長(zhǎng)盛不衰！

Two things happened around me this year that deserve my congratulations.The flrst thing is the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between my motherland,Slovenia and China.There is an old saying in China,“At thirty,a man stood firm.” China and Slovenia respect each other and treat each other as equals.The people-to-people and cultural exchanges between China and Slovenia have deepened,with mutual beneflt and win-win results.The friendship between the two countries has a long history.The second thing is that I was honored to watch the opening meeting of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC).I listened carefully to the reports of Chinese leaders and saw the unprecedented achievements China has made in various flelds under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.I am deeply encouraged.

Slovenia is a strong country in winter sports,and winter sports cooperation has become a highlight of people-to-people and cultural exchanges between the two countries.Slovenian engineers were deeply involved in constructing the national ski jumping center “Xue Ruyi,” the landmark building of the Beijing Winter Olympics,and the country’s athletes also won the flrst gold medal in “Xue Ruyi.” The Chinese national ski jumping training team has been training in Slovenia for a long time,and the Nordic biathlon and other events of the National Winter Games of China were held in Slovenia.On the eve of the Beijing Winter Olympics,the Slovenian Olympic Committee launched an environmental protection activity,using electric vehicles to transport samples of the highest glacier in Slovenia to the Beijing Winter Olympics.While advocating attention to climate change and protecting alpine glaciers,it supports the concept of sustainable development of the Beijing Winter Olympics,expressing blessings to the Beijing Winter Olympics.People-topeople and cultural exchanges have brought closer the hearts of the Chinese and Slovenian people.They have continuously injected new impetus and positive energy into the development of bilateral relations.

In December 2019,I came to Shenzhen to participate in the Asia-Paciflc Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council Asia-Paciflc SME Summit.This meeting represents the business community’s voice in the Asia-Paciflc region and is a platform for policy exchange and sharing among member economies.At this event,I learned that China is a fertile ground for developing international enterprises,and the Chinese market is enormous and prosperous.After I returned to Slovenia,I promoted the Chinese market environment and policy support to local SMEs.Some scholars and entrepreneurs around me also said that China could be a starting point for their international development in the future.In 2020,due to the global outbreak of COVID-19,all countries stepped up prevention and control measures to reduce cross-infection as much as possible.I fully understand and support such preventive measures.Although it is impossible to reach China in time to communicate with my Chinese partners face to face,the Internet has brought us great help.We have established close contact with China online and found the website“The Beauty of Slovenia” (www.aftercovid.si),where we present the Slovenian cultural landscape in the form of 360-degree high-resolution panoramic photos.This website is continuously updated,and I also vigorously promote this project at various events and conferences.Many international people have well received this website.I plan to expand the webpage’s functionality in the future and combine the local road information to show the most beautiful side of Slovenia in the form of a 360-degree street view.When the epidemic ends or eases,we also sincerely welcome and look forward to the Chinese people’s travel and exchange activities in Slovenia.We have been working hard to prepare for the future!

Recently,I have also carefully studied the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC.I am thrilled that the Chinese leader pointed out in the statement that high-level opening up is crucial.Promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative,and maintain a diversifled and stable international economic pattern and economic and trade relations.China will also promote a new type of industrialization and accelerate the construction of manufacturing power,network power,and digital China.This shows that while China is developing rapidly,it will inevitably bring huge and prosperous markets to other countries.The report also pointed out that in terms of culture,China will promote the comprehensive development of sports and competitive sports.The China-Slovenia Friendship Association has been actively promoting cooperation between Slovenia and China in education,culture,science,economy,and sports.We have also facilitated the formation of friendly relations between Slovenian and Chinese cities,contributed to the friendship between China and Slovenia,strengthened cultural and technological exchanges and cooperation between China and Slovenia,and practiced President Xi Jinping’s goal of building a community with a shared future for mankind.

The 20th National Congress of the CPC also emphasized the importance of international cooperation.As I mentioned,global offline communication has encountered some difficulties,but the collaboration between China and Slovenia will not stop there.We often hold some online matchmaking and exchange meetings,which further promotes the exchanges and cooperation between enterprises of both sides in the flelds of culture,science and technology,and trade.

On the new journey in the new era,I wish that China will be more prosperous under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC.Long last,the friendship between the Slovenian people and the Chinese people!
