The definition of “history” by ancient historiographers inherently contains the system of epistemology of historiography with distinct subject attributes and profound hermeneutic implications. In ancient times, it was the general rule for the emergence and evolution of world historiography to record events with poetic thinking and poetic style. According to the information revealed in the pre-Qin literature, the transformation of Chinese historiography from keeping a record of events by poems to keeping a record of events by history took place between the Eastern and Western Zhou Dynasties. This is a process to get rid of witchcraft and poetic essence and develop towards humanization and scientization.

With the drastic increasing trend of individualization,?it is necessary to have a new understanding of the household nature of traditional Chinese law and explore its contemporary value.

        Morality is an indispensable factor in human social life, but it is a theme of frequent complaints in the industrial society. Indeed, under the condition of low complexity and low uncertainty in the industrial society, social order can already be achieved with a perfect system of rules to regulate people’s behaviors and actions. However, when human beings fall into a risk society and the society presents a high degree of complexity and uncertainty, any behavior and action without morality may be very harmful. In terms of moral formation, what happens in an agricultural society might be incorporated into a naturalistic explanatory framework, but in the industrial society, although Hayek pointed out that morality was not the result of design when criticizing the abuse of reason, the enlightenment thoughts have opened up a huge space for the generation of individualistic morality of industrial society. Generally speaking, the epistemological thinking of industrial society excludes morality but the intuition and intuitive cognitive approach under the condition of high complexity and high uncertainty in a risk society provide a cognitive basis for moral reconstruction.

The origin of the phenomenon of cultural incorporation of beauty rather than that of the identity of cultural beauty lies in the fact that all things in the world are full of differences and from time to time violate, resist or reject the identity. Cultural incorporation of beauty can be expressed as the incorporation of national cultural beauty, ethnic cultural beauty, structural cultural beauty, social cultural beauty and interesting cultural beauty as well. At the same time, there are plenty of paths to achieve it, such as cultural dialogue by communication, trans-cultural recognition of cultural diversity, compliance with human common wishes, seeking common ground and reserving difference as well as mutual harmony between different cultures. There are various possibilities in the process of cultural incorporation of beauty, such as the rule of acknowledging beauty of one culture among its own members, the rule of acknowledging beauty of different cultures, the rule of acknowledging the coexisting pattern of beauty of different cultures, which will move towards the coexistence of diverse beauty and mutual harmony of diverse beauty.
