當(dāng)綠色發(fā)展作為一項(xiàng)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略決策逐漸深入人心,建設(shè)行業(yè)綠色設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新不再僅是學(xué)術(shù)論壇上的大道理,而是需要在研究與實(shí)踐中逐漸層層推進(jìn)。2017—2021年,科技部國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃《目標(biāo)和效果導(dǎo)向的綠色建筑設(shè)計(jì)新方法及工具》《地域氣候適應(yīng)型綠色公共建筑設(shè)計(jì)新方法與示范》《基于多元文化的西部地域綠色建筑模式與技術(shù)體系》《經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)傳承中華建筑文脈的綠色建筑體系》,就綠色建筑發(fā)展展開(kāi)了全面、系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查研究。就相關(guān)進(jìn)展與成果,此次是《建筑技藝》第三次以專(zhuān)刊形式進(jìn)行介紹,匯集了5個(gè)實(shí)踐案例和15篇研究論文。
項(xiàng)目案例均為公共建筑,修復(fù)礦坑、因地施建的江蘇園博園未來(lái)花園創(chuàng)造出新的空間價(jià)值、人文意境與綠色美學(xué);強(qiáng)調(diào)功能集約、綠色開(kāi)放的遂寧宋瓷文化中心成為一處以市民為核心的城市公共空間;基于被動(dòng)式綠色設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā)的南京岱山初級(jí)中學(xué)集合了地形環(huán)境適應(yīng)性布局、導(dǎo)引式通風(fēng)以及裝配工法的復(fù)合化外墻;江蘇園博園主展館是一次在工業(yè)建筑遺存改造中帶入綠色、可持續(xù)理念的嘗試,包括結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù)、風(fēng)貌匹配、圍護(hù)界面節(jié)能提升等;綠色方舟“廈門(mén)象嶼集團(tuán)總部大廈”突出了地域氣候適應(yīng)性下的功能、空間、形體、界面設(shè)計(jì)策略。其中除最后一個(gè)還在建設(shè)中外,前四個(gè)建成項(xiàng)目均實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)期和目標(biāo)要求。
從研究成果來(lái)看,除部分針對(duì)辦公等公共建筑的熱環(huán)境分析、智慧化設(shè)計(jì)方法構(gòu)建、光伏一體化優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)外,就不同地域、氣候、民族的傳統(tǒng)居住空間的氣候適應(yīng)性、生態(tài)策略、營(yíng)建技術(shù)的定量實(shí)測(cè)分析較多。對(duì)于量大面廣的當(dāng)代居住建筑或者傳統(tǒng)居住空間來(lái)說(shuō),綠色設(shè)計(jì)角度的研究迫在眉睫,但從研究如何更好地走向真正實(shí)踐還有很長(zhǎng)的路要走。
感謝所有為推動(dòng)綠色建筑發(fā)展而辛勤付出的人們,也希望這些寶貴成果能夠得到更廣泛的傳播、更實(shí)時(shí)的完善與更切實(shí)的應(yīng)用。
With green development being deeply known as a national strategic decision,green design innovation in the construction industry is no longer an academic theory,but needs to be gradually promoted in research and practice.From 2017 to 2021,the National Key Research and Development Programs of the Ministry of Science and Technology launched a comprehensive and systematic investigation and research on the development of green buildings,focusing on the goal and result oriented green building design method,the regional climate-adaptive green public building design method,the green building mode in the western region based on multi-culture and the green building system of inheriting Chinese architectural context in economically developed areas.This is the third time for us to introduce the results and achievements of the above programs as a special issue.
The cases are all public building projects,including the Jiangsu Horticultural Expo’s Future Garden about restoration and adaptation,the Suining Song Porcelain Culture Center about intensive functions and opening with green,the Nanjing Daishan Junior High School about passive green design concepts,the Jiangsu Horticultural Expo’s Main Pavilion about industrial building renovation and sustainability,and the Headquarters Building of Xiamen Xiangyu Group about regional climate adaptability,which is the only project still under construction.
From the research results,in addition to the thermal environment analysis,intelligent design methods and BIPV optimization design,there are many quantitative measurements and analyses on the climate adaptability,ecological strategy and construction technology of traditional residential spaces of different regions,climates and nationalities.Both traditional and modern residential buildings serve a large number of people,so it is momentous to carry out research from the green design aspect and unremittingly promote theory into practice.
Thanks to all the people who have been working on the development of green buildings,I hope these valuable achievements can be disseminated more widely,improved more in real-time and applied more practically.
