世界上有無數(shù)條路，卻沒有一條像絲綢之路一樣，承載著千古歷史，編織著四方文明。它讓中國漢唐盛世煥發(fā)出絲綢般耀眼的光彩，并延續(xù)至今。

公元前114 年的中國漢代，張騫出使西域，開辟以首都長安（今西安）為起點(diǎn)的經(jīng)甘肅、新疆到中亞、西亞，并連接地中海各國的陸上通道。這就是陸上絲綢之路。

而以南海為中心的古代中國與海外交通貿(mào)易和文化交往的海上通道，則形成于秦漢時(shí)期，發(fā)展于三國至隋朝時(shí)期，繁榮于唐、宋、元、明時(shí)期，這條已知最為古老的海上航線，就是海上絲綢之路。

絲綢之路，在地理上只是跨越歐亞大陸的東西方通道，然而，它對(duì)整個(gè)人類的發(fā)展意義卻遠(yuǎn)非如此，它更像織造絲綢的經(jīng)緯線一般，是東西方兩端文明的源頭。

從湖州出土的堪稱“世界第一片絲綢”的絹片，到寧波記載古海上絲路的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，再到杭州享有“絲綢之府”的美譽(yù)，浙江與絲路有著深厚的淵源。本期視點(diǎn)開篇，我們帶您走進(jìn)在杭州中國絲綢博物館舉辦的第三屆“絲綢之路”活動(dòng)現(xiàn)場，嘗試以三個(gè)“是什么”，解答大家對(duì)絲綢之路和“絲綢之路周”的好奇。同時(shí)，我們以“西海云長民族融合”“從杭州到撒馬爾罕，煥發(fā)全新活力”等系列文章，向大家展示作為絲綢之路重要發(fā)源地的浙江與青海、與中亞文明古國烏茲別克斯坦合作的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，講述與聯(lián)合國教科文組織協(xié)作的精彩故事。

每當(dāng)回望絲路文明，總讓我們有一種自豪感。今天，當(dāng)我們站在世界百年未有之大變局的背景下，我們更應(yīng)該自豪。無論是陸上絲綢之路，還是海上絲綢之路，都在重新煥發(fā)勃勃生機(jī)，賦予絲路文明新的發(fā)展內(nèi)涵。2012 年，中國提出了為促進(jìn)全球共同繁榮、構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體重大合作倡議；2013 年，中國鄭重提出共建“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”和“21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路”的戰(zhàn)略倡議，由此開啟了“一帶一路”建設(shè)的新篇章；2017 年5 月，中國提出了“和平合作、開放包容、互學(xué)互鑒、互利共贏”的絲路精神，將絲綢之路推向新的里程碑；2021年，中國提出全球發(fā)展倡議，強(qiáng)調(diào)在國際可持續(xù)發(fā)展中做出自身的貢獻(xiàn)。

絲綢之路，永遠(yuǎn)絲路。其光輝燦爛的前景正呈現(xiàn)在我們面前，必將成為我們實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大復(fù)興的夢(mèng)想之路。

Silk Roads: Path to Great Rejuvenation

There are countless roads in the world, but none like the Silk Roads,which are full of history and weave the world’s civilizations. China in the Han and Tang dynasties prospered because of the routes, which continues to this day.

In 114 BC, Zhang Qian, the Han dynasty envoy sent out to the Western Regions, blazed a trail and opened up a land passage starting from the capital Chang’an (present-day Xi’an) and connecting the Mediterranean countries through the provinces of Gansu and Xinjiang, via Central Asia and West Asia. This is the overland Silk Road.

With the South China Sea at the center, the maritime route for transportation, trade and cultural exchanges between ancient China and overseas was formed in the Qin and Han dynasties, further developed during the period of Three Kingdoms and the Sui dynasty, and flourished in the Tang, Song, Yuan and Ming dynasties. This is the Maritime Silk Road.

The Silk Roads not only serve as the East-West passageways across the Eurasian continent geographically, but also are of great significance to the development of humanity.

From the silk piece unearthed in Huzhou, widely regarded “the first piece of silk in the world”, to Ningbo’s important role along the ancient maritime Silk Road and the reputation of Hangzhou as “the House of Silk”, Zhejiang province has intimate connections with the Silk Roads. This issue begins with a visit to the 2022 Silk Road Week held by countries and regions along the Silk Roads and global cultural and cultural institutions at the China National Silk Museum in Hangzhou. We will try to answer questions about the Silk Roads and the event, and present a series of articles, including the East-West cooperation along the Qinghai route, to show the details of the cooperation between Zhejiang province,an important birthplace of the Silk Roads, and Qinghai province, as well as the stories of cooperation with the UNESCO.

Both the overland and maritime Silk Roads are gaining new vitality.In 2012, China put forward a major cooperation initiative to promote common global prosperity and build a community with a shared future for mankind. In 2013, China put forward the initiative of jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, thus ushering in the Belt and Road Initiative. In May 2017, China put forward the Silk Road spirit of “peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness,mutual learning and mutual benefit”, which marked a new milestone for the Silk Roads.

Once again, the bright prospect of the Silk Roads now lies before us,becoming the path to realize China’s dream of great rejuvenation.
