9月8日下午，濰坊市舉辦“芯聚鳶都·共謀發(fā)展”濰坊半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展圓桌會議，邀請業(yè)界頂級專家和企業(yè)家齊聚一堂，搶抓發(fā)展新機(jī)遇，共商未來、共謀發(fā)展。市委書記江敦濤講話，市委副書記、市長劉運(yùn)致辭，市委常委、副市長卞漢林主持，市領(lǐng)導(dǎo)鞠俊海出席。

江敦濤代表濰坊市委、市政府向蒞臨會議的各位嘉賓表示誠摯歡迎，向大家對濰坊發(fā)展給予的支持表示感謝。他說，半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)是戰(zhàn)略性、基礎(chǔ)性、先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè)，正成為各地傾力發(fā)展、搶占“風(fēng)口”的重要賽道。濰坊是產(chǎn)業(yè)大市，工業(yè)門類齊全，制造業(yè)輕重并舉，尤其是半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起步早、龍頭企業(yè)強(qiáng)、人才技術(shù)優(yōu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)好、市場潛力大，有基礎(chǔ)、有優(yōu)勢展現(xiàn)更大作為，以半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)的突破帶動全市制造業(yè)由大圖強(qiáng)。要立足產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)，明確需求導(dǎo)向，梳理好濰坊半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)方向和關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域，找準(zhǔn)結(jié)合點(diǎn)、突破口，把握時(shí)機(jī)、創(chuàng)造條件，實(shí)現(xiàn)差異化發(fā)展。要按照“緊盯前沿、打造生態(tài)、沿鏈聚合、集群發(fā)展”的思路，發(fā)揮龍頭企業(yè)作用，強(qiáng)化“雙招雙引”，著力強(qiáng)鏈補(bǔ)鏈延鏈，以資本為紐帶鏈接優(yōu)質(zhì)資源，完善產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)要素，制定更具競爭力的政策措施，為半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好條件。

The Round-table Conference on Semiconductor Industry in Weifang was held in September 8， 2022. Top experts and entrepreneurs in the industry were invited to gather in Weifang to seize new opportunities for development and discuss about the future and seek common development.

According to Jiang Duntao， Weifang is a big industrial city with a complete range of industries and a combination of light and heavy manufacturing industries. The semiconductor industry， in particu- lar， has the foundation and advantages to make greater development for its early start， strong leading enterprises， excellent talents and technology， good industrial ecology and great market potential. To promote the development of the manufacturing industry in the whole city and turn Weifang from a big manufacturing city into a strong manufacturing city with breakthroughs in the semiconductor industry， Weifang should seize opportunities and provide conditions to achieve differentiated development by relying on the industrial foundation， clarifying the demand orientation， sorting out key directions and key areas of Weifang semiconductor industry development， and finding the right points for combination and breakthrough. It should give play to the role of leading enterprises， strengthen the recruitment of talents and attraction of investment， link high-quality resources with capital as the bond， complete the industrial ecological factors， and formulate more competitive policies and measures to pave the way for the development of its semiconductor industry.
