項(xiàng)目靈活用運(yùn)了“針灸式”更新的理念，選取村內(nèi)核心公共區(qū)域作為設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)，以點(diǎn)帶面，并激發(fā)村民直接參與改造，產(chǎn)生多重聯(lián)動(dòng)，使琴泉村的更新形成系統(tǒng)性效應(yīng)。利用3 萬(wàn)塊亞克力片構(gòu)成的村委會(huì)新立面，通過(guò)現(xiàn)代傳媒在虛擬社群中成為新地標(biāo)，村民們帶著久違的自豪感稱之為“大魚(yú)”。

“大魚(yú)”的形象取自當(dāng)?shù)氐膫髡f(shuō)圖騰，通過(guò)“色散”和“掛片”，擺脫了羞澀的、難以向大眾傳遞清晰信息的傳統(tǒng)建筑語(yǔ)言，同時(shí)也超越了將建筑僅作為龍骨支撐的廣告字畫(huà)的做法，從而將“拼貼”的表意與“建構(gòu)”結(jié)合。

The project focuses on revitalizing the core public space in Qinquan Village,while achieving a broader effect around the whole county.The new fa?ade for the village committee,composed of 30,000 acrylic panels,becomes the new landmark of the virtual community."Big Fish" is the nickname the local residents gave to it with a long-lost sense of pride.

The image of Big Fish is the totem of a local legend,the idea of which refuses the obscurity of traditional architectural language,yet goes beyond the approach that simply treats the buildings as billboards supported by steel studs,instead integrating the appearance into the tectonic system.
