自開(kāi)始介入到小石村的建筑實(shí)踐,迄今已經(jīng)4 年多了。我們落地建成了一系列不同尺度和功能的建筑項(xiàng)目,包括村域尺度的公共空間(文化大院)、小區(qū)尺度的公共空間(五統(tǒng)一)、區(qū)域尺度的公共空間(湔江河谷展廳)、民宅改造(共享民宿)、工廠(食品共享工廠)、菜市場(chǎng)(文化長(zhǎng)廊)、景觀規(guī)劃(一公里博物館)、橋、公交站等等。這一系列項(xiàng)目完全改變了整村的建筑風(fēng)貌和村民的生活方式,將小石村從一個(gè)震后重建的普通村莊,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫哂泄餐臻g形象的鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)。
在設(shè)計(jì)中我們提出了“同一屋檐下”的設(shè)計(jì)概念,通過(guò)重新引入大屋檐的建筑形式,為缺乏公共空間的鄉(xiāng)村提供所需的物理空間,也使建筑與傳統(tǒng)和氣候特點(diǎn)相互鏈接,重新塑造當(dāng)?shù)氐纳矸菡J(rèn)同,發(fā)掘四川特有的公共文化,給生活方式以發(fā)生的場(chǎng)所。我們希望建筑的使用可以像“一盤(pán)川菜”一樣,各種豐富的生活場(chǎng)景可以同時(shí)在屋檐下發(fā)生,并互不沖突干擾,共同形成獨(dú)特的具有當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)味的社區(qū)文化。
評(píng)委評(píng)語(yǔ)
“同在屋檐下”展示了四川彭州小石村規(guī)劃中一個(gè)村級(jí)干預(yù)項(xiàng)目。村莊受到了2008 年汶川大地震的影響,為本設(shè)計(jì)埋下了具有凝聚力的伏筆。建筑師借鑒了四川傳統(tǒng)民居中常見(jiàn)的“大屋檐”,在整個(gè)村莊的重建區(qū)域設(shè)計(jì)了一系列大型懸挑。由于氣候潮濕時(shí)常陰雨連綿,這些屋頂為各種活動(dòng)提供了公共庇護(hù)空間,包括文化、食品生產(chǎn)、市場(chǎng)和其他娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)。整體項(xiàng)目有一個(gè)共同的主題,所選用的材料和幾何結(jié)構(gòu)則體現(xiàn)了多樣性;這些建筑群在一定程度上統(tǒng)一了社區(qū),這是地震前所不能實(shí)現(xiàn)的。這種統(tǒng)一不僅惠及當(dāng)?shù)鼐用瘢€將游客吸引到市場(chǎng)當(dāng)中,增加了公共空間的體驗(yàn)感。雖然這類(lèi)項(xiàng)目不是這個(gè)地區(qū)獨(dú)有的,但在村莊地形和經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力的限制下,該項(xiàng)目的價(jià)值得到了評(píng)委會(huì)的一致認(rèn)可?!酰ㄍ跣佬?譯)
It has been more than four years since we got involved in the architectural project of Xiaoshi village.We built a series of projects of different scales and functions,including villagescale public space (The Community Culture Centre),community-scale public space (The Multi-Purposed Space),regional-scale public space (Exhibition Hall of the Jianjiang River Valley),renovation of private houses (The Shared Homestay),factory (The Local Food Factory),vegetable market (The Market Gallery),landscape planning (One-Mile Mine Museum),bridge,bus station,etc.This series of projects completely changed the architectural style of the whole village and the way of living of the villagers,transforming Xiaoshi village from an ordinary village rebuilt after the earthquake into a rural community with a common spatial image.
We proposed the concept of "under one roof" in this design,hoping to reintroduce the architectural form of large eaves to provide more space the countryside needed.Also,by combining this form with the traditional and local climate characteristics,we can reshape the local identity,explore the unique public culture of Sichuan,and give lifestyle a place to happen.We hope that the use of the building can be like "a plate of Sichuan cuisine",where a variety of rich life scenes can occur under the same roof without conflict nor interference,forming a unique community culture with local characteristics.

Jury Statement
The project entitled "Under One Roof" demonstrates a village-level intervention in the planning of Xiaoshi Village in Pengzhou,Sichuan Province.This village was affected by the 2008 earthquake,which opened possibilities for a cohesive intervention.Using the tradition of "big roofs" in typical Sichuan houses,the architects worked with the city to propose a series of large overhangs throughout the village reconstruction areas.Owing to the humid and often overcast climate,these roofs provide shelter public space for a myriad of activities,which include culture,food production,markets and other recreational activities.Using a common theme,but diversifying the materials and geometries used,the collection of projects has in part,unified the community in a way that was not possible with pre-earthquake housing.This unification has moved beyond the local inhabitant to include tourism to the markets and to experience the public spaces.While this kind of project is not unique to this region,its rollout within the constraints of the village topography and its economic potential was deemed worthy of recognition by the jury.
