飛蔦集位于傳統(tǒng)保護村落松陽陳家鋪，是由村落西南側(cè)的兩棟民居改造而成的。在設(shè)計建造過程中，我們始終遵循兩條平行路徑：一是對松陽民居聚落的鄉(xiāng)土建構(gòu)體系展開研究，梳理與當(dāng)?shù)刈匀毁Y源、氣候環(huán)境、復(fù)雜地形、生產(chǎn)與生活方式及文化特征相適應(yīng)的空間型制和穩(wěn)定的建造特征，為保護傳統(tǒng)聚落風(fēng)貌提供設(shè)計依據(jù)；二是運用輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系和裝配式建造技術(shù)，植入新的建筑使用功能，適應(yīng)嚴苛的現(xiàn)場作業(yè)環(huán)境，滿足緊迫的施工建造周期，同時提供較好的建筑物理性能。輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)在建筑內(nèi)部為現(xiàn)代使用空間搭建了輕盈骨架，植入滿足當(dāng)代生活方式的使用功能和空間品質(zhì)，而傳統(tǒng)夯土墻則在外圍包裹了一層尊重當(dāng)?shù)仫L(fēng)貌的厚實外衣，實現(xiàn)“新與舊、重與輕、實與虛”的對立統(tǒng)一。

保護傳統(tǒng)歷史村落是為了謀求更好的發(fā)展，發(fā)展才能實現(xiàn)真正的保護。風(fēng)貌嚴格控制的背后仍然需要滿足新業(yè)態(tài)的功能，鄉(xiāng)村的發(fā)展不僅需要面對自然環(huán)境和傳統(tǒng)文脈，也需要營造符合現(xiàn)代化生活需要的高品質(zhì)空間。借助建筑的媒介性與特殊的地理環(huán)境，由空間設(shè)計產(chǎn)生經(jīng)濟價值，也是在正向引導(dǎo)村民對傳統(tǒng)村落做出與發(fā)展并行的保護。

評審評語

基于對兩棟民居及其所在聚落和周邊風(fēng)景環(huán)境的整體認識，該設(shè)計項目利用現(xiàn)代技術(shù)提供的可能性，結(jié)合地方建造智慧，在喚醒了地方記憶的同時，以新的使用功能和空間品質(zhì)滿足當(dāng)代生活的需求，并使“新”與“舊”在和而不同的生態(tài)中精神煥發(fā)。在鄉(xiāng)村民居的適應(yīng)性改造探索中，尤其是在應(yīng)對這種有著明顯施工難度的偏遠山區(qū)的民居改造，該設(shè)計項目為我們呈現(xiàn)了一種具針對性且有普遍意義的思路、方法和途徑。

Stary Bird Art Hotel is located in Chejiapu,Songyang,an ancient protected village,and was renovated from two traditional dwellings in the southwest of the village.The team took two parallel approaches to the project's design and construction:first,a study on Songyang's vernacular construction system was conducted,identifying spatial patterns and construction features that were compatible with the local natural resources,climatic environment,complex topography,production and living patterns,and cultural characteristics,so as to provide a design basis for the preservation of the traditional habitation system.Second,they used a light steel structure system and modular construction techniques to implant new building functions,adapt to difficult working conditions on-site,meet the tight construction schedule,and improve the building's physical performance in order to meet future functional needs.To fit the current lifestyle,the light steel construction creates a lightweight skeleton for the hospitality building's interior area.The traditional rammed earth wall serves as the shell of the building,respecting the local style.As a result,old and new,heavy and light,substantial and transparent,coexist in contrast and unity.Traditional historical villages are protected for their greater growth and,in the end,to achieve real conservation.It is necessary to satisfy the functions of new business types under the strict control of rural features.Village development must consider not just the natural environment and historical context,but also the creation of high-quality areas that meet the demands of modern living.Thanks to the building's media influence and the unique geographical context,the economic value generated by the architectural design also provided positive directions for the villagers to protect the traditional villages alongside the development.

Jury Statement

Based on a holistic understanding of the two existing houses,the surrounding settlements and landscape,the project makes use of the possibilities offered by modern technology,combined with the wisdom of local construction,to evoke local memories while meeting the needs of contemporary life with new functions and spatial qualities,renewing the spirit of the new and the old in a combined but different ecology.The design project presents a relevant and universal approach to the renovation of rural dwellings,especially in remote mountainous areas where construction is difficult.□(Translated by WANG Xinxin)
