Earth,a blue planet in the Solar System,is the only home of human beings.Frequently we consume resources excessively on the Earth.However,if the Earth were driven away from the Solar System,where could we go? There was a film about the dilemma:The Wandering Earth.

I watched the film a long time ago,and it was so touching that now I still remember it clearly.For the Sun was expanding,people must push their planet out of the Solar System.Many astronauts had gone to the space station,including Liu Qi’s father,Liu Peiqiang.As the earth moved towards Jupiter(木星),it seemed impossible to escape the huge gravitational pull,despite their efforts to repair the thruster(推進(jìn)器).Eventually,a sudden idea struck Liu Qi.He remembered his father once saying that the Jupiter is full of hydrogen(氫),so all they needed was a giant“match”——the planetary thruster(行星推動(dòng)器)——to ignite Jupiter and push the Earth away.Liu Peiqiang was also informed of the message.Without hesitation,he sacrificed the station and his life for the survival of human beings.Fortunately,everything returned to normal.

The film draws the public’s attention once again to a repeatedly discussed yet constantly unsolved issue——human survival.The most moving moment is that Liu apologizes to his son and disappears in the fire at the end of the film,which certainly shows human’s weakness and the Earth’s importance.Still,Liu is also a hero who risks his own life for human survival.In our society,there are a great many heroes just like Liu as well,fighting against diseases,protecting others from blazing fires,and catching thieves in darkness.All of them struggle with a hope.Just like the words in the film:“Hope is precious like a diamond for our time.”In my opinion,the powerful hope is unity,for if everyone worked together,nothing could defeat us.As long as we always fight against the trouble and stick to the belief of unity,we can find a way to get out of the dilemma.
