On August 5, 2021, Chinese teenager Quan Hongchan won the gold medal in the women’s 10-meter platform diving finals at the Tokyo Olympic Games on Thursday.The 14-year-old girl is the event’s youngest contender and also the youngest member of Team China.

2021年8月5日，中國少年全紅嬋在東京奧運會女子單人10米跳臺跳水決賽中獲得金牌。這位14歲的女孩是該項目最年輕的參賽者，也是中國隊最年輕的成員。

This was Quan’s first appearance in any of the three major international diving events–FINA Diving World Cup, World Aquatics Championships and Summer Olympics–and she has already carried on the glory from divers Zhou Jihong, Xu Yanmei,Fu Mingxia, Chen Ruolin and Ren Qian.

這是全紅嬋第一次參加國際泳聯(lián)跳水世界杯、世界游泳錦標賽和夏季奧運會三大國際跳水賽事中的其中一項，她已經(jīng)繼承了跳水運動員周繼紅、徐艷梅、伏明霞、陳若琳和任倩的榮耀。

Quan Hongchan was born in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province on March 28, 2007.Her parents are farmers.Her mother is not in good health due to a car accident.The whole family depends on her father, and the family conditions are relatively hard.

2007年3月28日,全紅嬋出生于廣東省湛江市。她的父母都是農(nóng)民，母親出車禍后身體不太好，整個家庭靠她父親維持，家庭條件比較困難。

When Quan Hongchan was 7 years old, she began diving training and officially entered Zhanjiang Sports School in September, 2014.After that, she was transported to Guangdong Diving Teamin March, 2018.Her attitude towards training is very serious and she can bear hardship.She goes all out to show her ability in every training.

全紅嬋7歲時就開始接受跳水訓(xùn)練，2014年9月正式進入湛江市體育運動學(xué)校就讀。此后，她于2018年3月被輸送到廣東省跳水隊。她對待訓(xùn)練的態(tài)度非常認真，非常能吃苦，每次訓(xùn)練都是全力以赴地把自己的能力表現(xiàn)出來。

Though Quan Hongchan is so young, she is so hard-working and so outstanding that she is an excellent example for us Chinese teenagers to learn from.

盡管全紅嬋是如此年輕，但是她這么勤奮、這么杰出，是我們中國少年學(xué)習(xí)的好榜樣。
