中國(guó)是農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó)，農(nóng)村穩(wěn)方能天下安，農(nóng)業(yè)興方能基礎(chǔ)牢，農(nóng)民富方能?chē)?guó)家盛，因此，重農(nóng)固本是安民之基、治國(guó)之要。新中國(guó)成立70多年來(lái)，從開(kāi)展土地改革到實(shí)行農(nóng)業(yè)合作化，從建立家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制到推進(jìn)農(nóng)村承包地“三權(quán)分置”，從打好脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)到實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)生了歷史性變革，發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，廣闊鄉(xiāng)村越來(lái)越大有可為。

山東是農(nóng)業(yè)大省，2013年11月，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記視察山東時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，“保障糧食安全是一個(gè)永恒的課題，任何時(shí)候都不能放松?！薄耙o農(nóng)業(yè)插上科技的翅膀?！?018年6月，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記再次視察山東時(shí)指出，“農(nóng)業(yè)大省的責(zé)任首先是維護(hù)國(guó)家糧食安全?！?/p>

山東牢記習(xí)近平總書(shū)記囑托，統(tǒng)籌謀劃、勇探新路，加快培育農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村發(fā)展新動(dòng)能，不斷提升農(nóng)業(yè)綜合效益和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢(shì)持續(xù)向好。2020年，全省農(nóng)林牧漁業(yè)總產(chǎn)值達(dá)到10190.6億元，成為中國(guó)首個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值超過(guò)萬(wàn)億元的省份。2021年，山東糧食總產(chǎn)量達(dá)到1100.1億斤，首次突破1100億斤大關(guān)，是全國(guó)5個(gè)增產(chǎn)10億斤以上的省份之一。值得一提的是，山東扎實(shí)推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，創(chuàng)造了諸多“全國(guó)第一”：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口額連續(xù)22年領(lǐng)跑全國(guó)；19個(gè)縣（市、區(qū)）上榜“2020中國(guó)鄉(xiāng)村振興百佳示范縣市”，數(shù)量居全國(guó)首位；肉蛋奶總產(chǎn)量連續(xù)多年穩(wěn)居全國(guó)首位；蔬菜及食用菌總產(chǎn)量連續(xù)多年穩(wěn)居全國(guó)首位；國(guó)家級(jí)海洋牧場(chǎng)54個(gè)，占全國(guó)40%，數(shù)量居全國(guó)首位……

“現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展空間仍然很大，現(xiàn)代農(nóng)村是一片大有可為的土地、希望的田野?！绷?xí)近平總書(shū)記的話提振信心，鼓舞干勁。在強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策的引導(dǎo)下，農(nóng)業(yè)得到更多科技、人才、資本、項(xiàng)目方面的扶持和支持，正在實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)高效發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型。放眼齊魯大地，青島農(nóng)業(yè)“國(guó)際客廳”開(kāi)門(mén)納客，國(guó)際農(nóng)業(yè)會(huì)展交易中心、超級(jí)植物工廠、國(guó)際農(nóng)業(yè)雙創(chuàng)交流中心等項(xiàng)目投入使用；山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)孔令讓科研團(tuán)隊(duì)攻克小麥“癌癥”赤霉病；一棵海藻能衍生出幾十個(gè)不同品種的產(chǎn)品，補(bǔ)鈣菜、降血壓辣椒、高維C辣椒等一個(gè)個(gè)功能性蔬菜品種讓人耳目一新……如今，農(nóng)業(yè)功能不斷拓展，已從傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)林牧漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)，拓展到生產(chǎn)、加工、物流、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、服務(wù)等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，并悄然進(jìn)入人們生活的方方面面。

“我們的理想，在希望的田野上，禾苗在農(nóng)民的汗水里抽穗，牛羊在牧人的笛聲中成長(zhǎng)……”走在強(qiáng)農(nóng)興農(nóng)的征程上，再聽(tīng)《在希望的田野上》這首老歌，依然讓人熱血沸騰。眼下，正值深冬，中國(guó)北方小麥已進(jìn)入越冬期，在數(shù)次瑞雪的滋潤(rùn)下，正鉚足了勁攝取著養(yǎng)分和能量，為春天的抽漿拔穗做準(zhǔn)備。冬已至，春不遠(yuǎn)，當(dāng)一棵樹(shù)吐出第一個(gè)嫩芽，當(dāng)?shù)谝宦暣豪讋澠崎L(zhǎng)空，當(dāng)大地春意盎然時(shí)，廣大農(nóng)民開(kāi)始春忙備耕，他們?cè)趶V袤的田野間種下一粒粒種子，也播下一個(gè)個(gè)希望。

Shandong is a strong agricultural province. In November 2013, General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed during a visit to Shandong, “Ensuring food security is an eternal task, and cannot be loosened at any time.” “We should add the wings of science and technology to agriculture.” In June 2018, General Secretary Xi Jinping indicated during another visit to Shandong, “The primary responsibility of a big agricultural province is safeguarding national food security.”

In 2020, Shandong realized a total output value of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery up to RMB 1.01906 trillion, becoming China’s first province to realize a total agricultural output value exceeding RMB 1 trillion. In 2021, Shandong realized a total grain output of 55.005 billion kilograms, exceeding 55 billion kilograms for the first time, and became one of the five provinces nationwide that have increased grain output by more than 500 million kilograms. Moreover, Shandong has steadily propelled the high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas, and created numerous “National Firsts”: leading the country in terms of agricultural exports for 22 years in a row; having 19 counties (cities / districts) selected into “China’s Top 100 Demonstration Counties / Cities for Rural Revitalization of 2020”, ranking first in terms of quantity; ranking first nationwide in terms of the total output of meat, milk and eggs for many consecutive years; ranking first nationwide in terms of the total output of vegetables and edible mushrooms for many consecutive years; having 54 national marine ranches, which account for 40% of that of entire country, ranking first in terms of quantity...

When spring is evident everywhere, peasant begin preparing for spring plowing. They sow seeds and hope in vast stretches of fields.
