越南多地欲重啟旅游市場

10月7日，越南清化省建議文化體育旅游部批準(zhǔn)該省于今年底試點實施迎接國際游客計劃。越南多地對重啟旅游市場的計劃較感興趣，但仍因新冠肺炎疫情防控風(fēng)險而持有慎重的態(tài)度。河內(nèi)、海防等北部省市表示已主動推出許多旅游產(chǎn)品，在獲批重新開放旅游市場時可立即迎接國內(nèi)游客。峴港市預(yù)計將于明年6月迎接國內(nèi)游客。

印尼巴厘國際機場即將開放

10月6日，印尼國企部長埃里克·托希爾表示，巴厘國際機場將于10月14日開始對國際航班開放，這個情況能使巴厘的經(jīng)濟盡快復(fù)蘇。埃里克說，國際游客的進入，首先將振興旅游事業(yè)，從而帶動其他業(yè)務(wù)蒸蒸日上。他希望游客及機場人員要嚴(yán)格遵行防疫衛(wèi)生規(guī)則。據(jù)悉，到訪巴厘島的國際旅客必須已接種兩劑新冠疫苗，且在入境后在指定防疫酒店進行8天自費隔離并接受必要檢測。

中老鐵路將于12月2日開通

10月6日，老撾總理潘坎·維帕萬表示，中老鐵路將于12月2日老撾人民民主共和國46周年國慶日開通。目前老撾多省份和萬象都實施“封鎖”措施，民眾活動被限制，人們擔(dān)心新冠疫情可能影響鐵路服務(wù)計劃的啟動，但潘坎總理證實，政府將按計劃進行開通。老撾當(dāng)局正在準(zhǔn)備在老中邊境采取相應(yīng)措施，以便在出入境前對貨物和旅客進行檢查。

西哈努克省新增一座旅游城市

9月26日，柬埔寨西哈努克省高龍島市市長年文托表示，得益于獨特沙灘美景，高龍島已從寧靜島嶼“變身”為蓬勃發(fā)展的旅游城市。全市大大小小酒店、客棧已增至200余家。他指出，“高龍島”堪稱天堂島嶼，是來西哈努克省不容錯過的旅游勝地。據(jù)悉，柬埔寨王國政府不久前將西哈努克省2座島嶼，即高龍島和高龍撒冷島并為“高龍島市”，距西哈努克市約36公里。

2021“一會一節(jié)”在敦煌啟幕

9月24日，第五屆絲綢之路（敦煌）國際文化博覽會和第十屆敦煌行·絲綢之路國際旅游節(jié)（簡稱“一會一節(jié)”）啟幕。本屆“一會一節(jié)”由中國文化和旅游部、中國國家廣播電視總局、中國貿(mào)促會、中國甘肅省人民政府共同舉辦，以“交響絲路 文博天下”為主題，韓國擔(dān)任主賓國，邀請到泰國、日本、柬埔寨等國的政要、駐華使節(jié)等官員，以及聯(lián)合國教科文組織、上海合作組織等國際機構(gòu)代表出席。

東盟國家駐華外交領(lǐng)事官員參訪貴州

9月24日，由來自泰國、柬埔寨、新加坡等11個國家的16位駐華外交領(lǐng)事官員組成的代表團，在中國外交部領(lǐng)事司的帶領(lǐng)下，來到貴州省遵義市，了解中國共產(chǎn)黨的歷史及遵義紅色文化旅游發(fā)展情況。據(jù)了解，代表團還在貴州進行了為期3天的參訪，并參加在貴州省銅仁市舉行的“2021國際山地旅游暨戶外運動大會”和“第十六屆貴州旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展大會”開幕式。

中國南寧方特打造國慶“輕旅行”

中泰聯(lián)合錄制的紀(jì)錄片在泰播出

10月1日，由中泰聯(lián)合錄制的紀(jì)錄片《光陰的故事——中泰一家親》在泰國國家電視臺播出。該紀(jì)錄片于2020年中泰建交45周年啟動制作，以親歷者視角回顧建交往事，講述兩國人民密切合作的動人故事，展示中泰深厚友誼以及攜手共建“一帶一路”、共同發(fā)展的美好前景。《光陰的故事》系列紀(jì)錄片目前已完成“老撾篇”“越南篇”“柬埔寨篇”等。

泰國延長“特殊旅游簽證”政策

9月29日，泰國內(nèi)閣已批準(zhǔn)將原定于今年9月30日結(jié)束的“特殊旅游簽證”政策再延長一年至2022年9月30日。據(jù)泰國旅游和體育部統(tǒng)計，在過去一整年中，共有5609名外籍旅客申請?zhí)厥饴糜魏炞C（STV）入境泰國，創(chuàng)造了12.43億泰銖的收入，主要客源市場包括中國、克羅地亞、荷蘭和西班牙。這些游客平均在泰國停留90天，主要目的地為曼谷和烏隆他尼等地。

新加坡推動疫苗接種者旅游走廊計劃

9月20日，新加坡交通部長易華仁在交通部成立20周年活動上致辭時指出，疫苗接種者旅游走廊計劃推出首兩周已有超過900名旅客順利來新，所有人也遵守檢測要求。他接受媒體訪問時說，其中一名旅客在抵達(dá)新加坡時的新冠病毒檢測結(jié)果呈陽性，隨后立即被隔離。新加坡在9月8日推出疫苗接種者旅游走廊計劃，從德國和文萊入境者，以更頻繁的檢測取代居家隔離。

柬埔寨推出“沙盒旅游計劃”

9月17日，柬埔寨首相洪森指示有關(guān)部門推出“沙盒旅游計劃”，放寬對入境外國游客的限制。他表示，為重振因疫情遭受沉重打擊的旅游業(yè)，柬埔寨將考慮開放已接種新冠疫苗的境外游客免檢入境。今年2月底以來，柬埔寨暴發(fā)的新一輪新冠肺炎疫情再次重創(chuàng)該國旅游業(yè)。洪森指示相關(guān)部門盡快制定相關(guān)機制，并在暹粒省和沿海的西哈努克省推行“沙盒旅游計劃”。

蒲甘部分佛塔因暴雨受損

9月17日晚上，緬甸曼德勒省良宇縣普降暴雨，世界文化遺產(chǎn)蒲甘古佛塔塔林區(qū)域嚴(yán)重積水，部分佛塔遭到雨水沖刷后出現(xiàn)墻磚脫落、墻縫開裂。每年雨季使得蒲甘古文化遺產(chǎn)地區(qū)內(nèi)的部分佛塔、建筑受損，需要維修保護。在蒲甘的古塔群中，最著名的有建于1057年的瑞西光塔、建于1144年的他冰瑜塔、建于公元2世紀(jì)的部帕耶塔、建于12世紀(jì)的喬多波陵塔等。

China eases cross-provincial travel restrictions with anti-epidemic measures

Jiuzhaigou fully reopens to visitors after earthquake

September 29， 2021 （China Daily） -- Jiuzhaigou National Park in Southwest Chinas Sichuan province fully reopened to visitors yesterday after the completion of post-earthquake restoration and reconstruction. It is located in Jiuzhaigou county of the Aba Tibetan and Qiang autonomous prefecture in Sichuan province. The scenic area is best known for its fabled blue and green lakes， spectacular waterfalls， karst land forms and its unique wildlife. It was listed as a UNESCO world heritage site in 1992. The Park is also home to 3，634 species of plants and animals， including giant pandas and golden snub-nosed monkeys， winning the reputation of an “earthly paradise”. On August 8， 2017， a massive 7.0-magnitude earthquake struck Jiuzhaigou county， and the scenic area was closed due to damage.
