國務委員、公安部部長趙克志8月30日在京會見朝鮮駐華大使李龍男。

趙克志歡迎李龍男來華履新。他表示，中朝是山水相連的社會主義友好鄰邦。近年來，在習近平總書記和金正恩總書記的戰(zhàn)略引領和親自推動下，中朝關系掀開了新的歷史篇章。中方堅定支持朝方發(fā)展經濟、改善民生，祝愿朝鮮人民在金正恩總書記領導下不斷推動社會主義建設事業(yè)取得更大成就。中方愿同朝方一道，認真落實好兩黨兩國最高領導人達成的重要共識，把握兩國執(zhí)法合作關系前進方向，加強戰(zhàn)略溝通，完善工作機制，開展經驗交流，深化務實合作，共同維護兩國安全和邊境地區(qū)穩(wěn)定，努力把中朝傳統(tǒng)友誼維護好、鞏固好、發(fā)展好，推動兩國社會主義事業(yè)不斷取得新成果。

李龍男表示，朝方熱烈祝賀中國共產黨成立100周年，衷心祝愿在以習近平同志為核心的中共中央領導下中國全面建設社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家事業(yè)取得更大成就。朝方愿同中方一道，落實兩黨兩國領導人重要共識，加強溝通協(xié)調，深化務實合作，推動朝中關系不斷向前發(fā)展。

BEIJING， Aug. 30 （Xinhua）- Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi met with Ri Ryong Nam， ambassador of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea （DPRK） to China， in Beijing on Monday.

Zhao said that China is ready to work with the DPRK to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two countries， enhance strategic communication， deepen practical cooperation， and jointly safeguard the security of the two countries and the stability of the border areas.

Zhao also called for efforts to maintain， consolidate and develop the two countries' traditional friendship and promote their causes of socialism for new development.

Ri Ryong Nam said the DPRK stands ready to work with China to enhance communication and coordination， deepen practical cooperation and promote the development of bilateral relations.

國務委員、公安部部長趙克志8月24日同巴基斯坦總理國家安全顧問優(yōu)素福視頻通話。

趙克志表示，中巴是全天候戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴，在涉及彼此核心利益和重大關切問題上相互堅定支持。兩國互信和友誼堅如磐石。中方贊賞巴方在達蘇恐襲案調查工作中所作的積極努力和在短時間內取得的重大進展，希望巴方進一步深入調查，以事實為依據，以證據為支撐，查清事實真相，追究和嚴懲肇事兇手，盡快將潛逃犯罪嫌疑人抓捕歸案并繩之以法。20日巴瓜達爾東灣快速路項目通勤班車再次遭到炸彈襲擊，希巴方查清內幕、依法打擊恐怖勢力，并舉一反三，全面梳理安保漏洞，評估風險隱患，強化力量配備和安保措施，共同打造安保合作機制加強版和升級版，確保在巴所有中國人員和項目安全。中方愿同巴方加強反恐合作，并就阿富汗局勢等地區(qū)安全問題密切溝通協(xié)調，為維護兩國安全和地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮建設性作用。

優(yōu)素福表示，巴中是“鐵桿”兄弟。巴方高度重視中方關切，將全力以赴緝拿達蘇恐襲案兇手，嚴懲恐怖勢力，并加強與中方協(xié)調配合，全力確保中方在巴人員和項目安全。

China to Boost Security， Anti-terror Cooperation with Pakistan

BEIJING， Aug. 24 （Xinhua） -- Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Zhao Kezhi on Tuesday said China is willing to keep close communication and coordination with Pakistan to boost anti-terror cooperation and enhance bilateral security cooperation mechanism to maintain security and stability of the two countries and the region.

Zhao made the remarks during a virtual conversation with Moeed Yusuf， special assistant to Pakistani Prime Minister on National Security Division and Strategic Policy Planning， adding that China and Pakistan enjoy a rock-firm friendship.

Zhao hoped the Pakistani side to find out the truth of the Dasu attack， thoroughly investigate and punish the perpetrators and bring the absconding criminal suspects to justice， adding that Pakistan should reinforce security troops and measures to crack down terrorist forces in accordance with the law so as to ensure the security of Chinese nationals and programs in Pakistan.

Yusuf， on his part， said that Pakistan will resort all strengths and means to apprehend the perpetrator and punish the terrorist forces without leniency.

就中塔“反恐協(xié)作—2021”聯(lián)合反恐演習

國務委員、公安部部長趙克志日前就中塔“反恐協(xié)作—2021”聯(lián)合反恐演習，分別致函塔吉克斯坦內務部部長拉希姆佐達、國家安全委員會主席亞季莫夫。

趙克志表示，中國和塔吉克斯坦是友好鄰邦和全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴，是高度互信和相互倚重的“鐵桿”朋友，習近平主席和拉赫蒙總統(tǒng)的戰(zhàn)略引領是兩國關系最大的政治優(yōu)勢和堅強保障。多年來，中塔兩國執(zhí)法安全部門在反恐等領域開展了富有成效的合作，為維護兩國邊境安全和地區(qū)形勢穩(wěn)定作出了重要貢獻。當前國際局勢風云變化，地區(qū)反恐形勢不容樂觀。中國公安部和塔吉克斯坦內務部舉行聯(lián)合反恐演習，將提升中塔雙方反恐力量協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)備水平，演練反恐實戰(zhàn)技能，展示中塔雙方反恐決心，有效應對兩國面臨的恐怖威脅。中國公安部愿與塔吉克斯坦國安委進一步密切兩部門間合作，加強雙方邊防能力建設合作，推進在上合組織框架下的務實合作，共同維護兩國及地區(qū)安全。

趙克志表示，在上合組織成立20周年之際，塔方主席國將在今年9月主辦峰會，這對上合組織下步發(fā)展意義重大。中方將依托上合組織大型活動安保合作機制，全力支持塔方辦好相關活動。趙克志向塔方同事祝賀塔吉克斯坦獨立日的到來，并預祝中塔“反恐協(xié)作—2021”聯(lián)合反恐演習取得圓滿成功。

8月18日至19日，中國公安部和塔吉克斯坦內務部“反恐協(xié)作—2021”聯(lián)合反恐演習在杜尚別舉行。

State Councilor Sends Letters to Tajik Colleagues on Joint Security Drills

Cooperation between the law enforcement and security departments of China and Tajikistan has promoted the stability of the two countries and the region， and the ongoing joint counter-terrorism drill will effectively deal with the threats both face， the Chinese minister of public security said.

Zhao Kezhi， state councilor and minister of Public Security， recently sent letters to Rakhimzoda Ramazon Hamro， Tajik minister of Internal Affairs， and Saimumin Yatimov， head of the State Committee for National Security to wish the drill success.

The joint drill， which runs from Wednesday to Thursday， is being held by the Ministry of Public Security of China and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan in the Tajik capital， Dushanbe.

Zhao said that China and Tajikistan are friendly neighbors， comprehensive strategic partners， and friends able to trust and rely on each other.

The strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping and President Emomali Rahmon are the biggest political advantages and guarantees of strong relations between the two countries， Zhao said in the letter.

Over the years， Chinese and Tajik law enforcement and security departments have carried out fruitful cooperation in counter-terrorism and other fields， making important contributions to border security and regional stability， he said.

Due to the ever-changing international situation， the regional counter-terrorism situation is not optimistic， he said. The drill is intended to enhance the level of joint combat readiness among anti-terrorism forces in both countries， practice combat skills， demonstrate the determination of the two sides to fight terrorism and effectively deal with the terrorist threats they face.

The Chinese Ministry of Public Security is willing to work closely with the Tajik National Security Commission to strengthen cooperation on building border defense capacity and promote pragmatic cooperation under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to jointly safeguard the security of the two countries and the region， Zhao said.

Zhao promised to offer full support for Tajikistan in holding the SCO Summit in September， under the SCO security cooperation mechanism for major events. He also congratulated his Tajik counterparts on Tajikistan's upcoming Independence Day， on Sept 9.（chinadaily.com.cn）
