摘 要:截至2020年末,我國公路養(yǎng)護(hù)總里程達(dá)到了514.40萬公里,公路養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)模大,但是養(yǎng)護(hù)資金不足。如何合理編制養(yǎng)護(hù)決策,充分利用養(yǎng)護(hù)資金?其關(guān)鍵和前提是科學(xué)進(jìn)行公路技術(shù)狀況評(píng)定。本文結(jié)合公路技術(shù)狀況檢測與評(píng)定的實(shí)際工作,對(duì)《公路技術(shù)狀況評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(JTG 5210-2018)應(yīng)用中存在的幾個(gè)問題進(jìn)行探討。

Discussion on Several Questions about Inspection and Evaluation of Highway Technical Condition

Abstract:Up to the end of 2020, the total mileage of road maintenance in China has reached 5,144,400 kilometers. The scale of road maintenance is large, but the maintenance funds are insufficient. How to make reasonable maintenance decisions and make full use of maintenance funds? The key and prerequisite are to scientifically evaluate the state of highway technology. In this paper, combined with the actual work of highway technical condition detection and assessment, several problems existing in the application of "Highway Technical Condition Assessment Standard" (JTG 5210-2018) are discussed.
