2021年6月7日至8日，紀(jì)念中國—東盟建立對話關(guān)系30周年特別外長會及瀾滄江—湄公河合作第六次外長會在重慶成功舉行。會后，老撾《人民報》、菲律賓外長分別通過媒體及社交平臺，對此次重慶之行表示贊賞。

6月10日老撾黨報《人民報》報道老撾外長沙倫賽來渝參會。文章最后一段對重慶給予高度贊譽(yù)：

“沙倫賽外長一行還參訪了重慶果園港，該港位于長江之畔，現(xiàn)代化程度高、優(yōu)勢顯著，是推進(jìn)長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的重要港口。重慶是中國西部地區(qū)集經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易、運(yùn)輸為一體的超大型中心城市，特別是通過國際鐵路聯(lián)運(yùn)大通道和國際陸海貿(mào)易新通道，陸海集聚、區(qū)域聯(lián)動，連接中亞及歐洲各國，并以此為依托，以港口為紐帶，進(jìn)一步增進(jìn)與東盟國家的互聯(lián)互通。”

6月12日，環(huán)球網(wǎng)微信公眾號報道：

當(dāng)?shù)貢r間6月11日，有推特網(wǎng)友@洛欽提問：“聽說東盟受邀在G7峰會上分享對中國的看法。我們（菲律賓）的立場是什么？謝謝你！”

幾個小時后，洛欽轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)該網(wǎng)友提問并回答稱：“我沒被邀請參加什么G7或G8或G9峰會。（但）我很高興能在25世紀(jì)的大都市重慶參加G1—中國—東盟會議?！?/p>

G7峰會于6月11日至13日在英國康沃爾郡海濱度假勝地卡比斯貝舉行。

洛欽推文中提到的另一場會議就是指6月7日在重慶舉行的紀(jì)念中國—東盟建立對話關(guān)系30周年特別外長會，由中國國務(wù)委員兼外長王毅和中國—東盟關(guān)系協(xié)調(diào)國菲律賓外長洛欽共同主持，東盟其他成員國外長和東盟秘書長出席。

而在洛欽這條幽默的推文下方，還有網(wǎng)友轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)中國外交部發(fā)言人辦公室發(fā)布的王毅與各國來賓享受重慶夜景的推特，并稱贊道“不錯”。

參會期間，洛欽就曾對重慶的發(fā)展表示贊賞：“很驚訝中國西部有這么漂亮的一座城市，和美國紐約一樣繁華，期待下次到訪重慶，到更多地方參訪?！?/p>

From June 7 to 8， 2021， Special ASEAN-China Foreign Ministers Meeting in Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Dialogue Relations and the 6th Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Foreign Ministers Meeting was held in Chongqing After the meeting， Lao Pasaxon Newspaper and Philippine Foreign Minister applauded the trip to Chongqing through media and social platforms respectively.

On June 10， Lao Pasaxon Newspaper reported that Lao Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith came to Chongqing to attend the meeting. The last paragraph of the article highly praised Chongqing，

"Lao Foreign Minister Saleumxay Kommasith and his delegation also visited Chongqing Guoyuan Port， which is located on the bank of the Yangtze River with a high degree of modernization and significant advantages as an key port to promote the strategic development of the Yangtze River economic belt. In June 12th， the WeChat public account of Huanqiu reported as follows：

On June 11 local time， a netizen asked Teodoro Locsin， "I heard that ASEAN was invited to share its views on China at the G7 summit. What is our （Philippine） position？ Thank you！"

A few hours later， Teodoro Locsin forwarded the netizen's question and replied， "I was not invited to any G7 or G8 or G9 summit， （but） I'm very glad to be in Chongqing， the metropolis of the 21st Century， to participate G1-ASEAN-China Foreign Ministers Meeting."

The G7 summit was held from June 11 to 13 in the seaside resort of Cabis Bay， Cornwall， UK.

The “G1” mentioned in Teodoro Locsin's tweet refers to the Special ASEAN-China Foreign Ministers Meeting in Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Dialogue Relations， co-chaired by Wang Yi， State Councilor and Foreign Minister of China， and Teodoro Locsin， Foreign Minister of the Philippines， and attended by foreign ministers of other ASEAN members and ASEAN secretary-general.

At the bottom of Teodoro Locsin's humorous tweet， another netizen forwarded a tweet about Wang Yi enjoying the night view of Chongqing with guests from all over the world， which was released by the Spokesperson's Office of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs， and hailed it as "not bad.".

During the meeting， Teodoro Locsin once praised the development of Chongqing， "I'm surprised that there is such a beautiful city in Western China， which is as prosperous as New York in the US. I look forward to visiting more places of Chongqing in my next trip."
