[摘要] 目的 探討穴位貼敷干預(yù)淺表性胃炎的臨床效果。 方法 選擇2019年1月至2020年6月因淺表性胃炎來我科治療的患者100例為研究對象，隨機分為兩組，干預(yù)組與對照組各50例。對照組給予常規(guī)治療，干預(yù)組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予穴位貼敷。比較兩組治療后淺表性胃炎積分，NDI-SF評分以及臨床效果。 結(jié)果 ①治療后，兩組淺表性胃炎積分中的各癥狀得分以及總分均顯著下降，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;干預(yù)后，干預(yù)組淺表性胃炎得分以及總分顯著低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。②治療后，干預(yù)組淺表性胃炎積分中的各癥狀得分以及總分均顯著下降，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05），對照組除了鋇餐外，其他條目積分以及總均分顯著下降，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;干預(yù)后，干預(yù)組除了鋇餐外，其他條目積分以及總均分顯著低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。③秩和檢驗結(jié)果顯示干預(yù)組的效果要優(yōu)于對照組，痊愈率更高，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;卡方檢驗結(jié)果顯示，干預(yù)組的總有效率與對照組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。 結(jié)論 穴位貼敷應(yīng)用于淺表性胃炎的輔助治療，可顯著緩解臨床癥狀，提高臨床效果。

Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of acupoint application on superficial gastritis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application on superficial gastritis. Methods A total of 100 patients with superficial gastritis admitted to our department from January 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the intervention group （n=50） and the control group （n=50）. The control group was given conventional treatment，and the intervention group was given acupoint application based on the control group.The superficial gastritis score，NDI-SF score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results （1）After treatment，the scores of symptoms and total scores of superficial gastritis in the two groups were decreased significantly，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.After intervention，the scores and total scores of superficial gastritis in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.（2）After treatment，the scores of symptoms and total scores of superficial gastritis in the intervention group were decreased significantly，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. In the control group，except barium meal，the scores of other items and total average scores were significantly decreased （P<0.05）. After intervention， the scores and total mean scores of other items except barium meal in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.（3）The results of rank sum test showed that the efficacy of the intervention group was superior to that of the control group，and the cure rate was higher，with significant difference （P<0.05）.Chi-square test showed that there was no significant difference in total efficacy rate between the intervention group and the control group （P>0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application in adjuvant treatment of superficial gastritis can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
