建筑設(shè)計(jì)：華黎/跡·建筑事務(wù)所（TAO）

1 庭院/Courtyard

項(xiàng)目位于福建省漳州市南靖縣書洋鎮(zhèn)塔下村大壩小組。塔下村是著名的“太極水鄉(xiāng)”所在地，距離書洋鎮(zhèn)田螺坑村著名景點(diǎn)“四菜一湯”僅半小時(shí)車程。村落內(nèi)建筑以明清及民國客家土樓為主，沿河而建，均勻分布，形態(tài)豐富，村莊每隔百十米就有石橋橫臥，將溪岸兩邊的土樓聯(lián)結(jié)起來。

整個(gè)項(xiàng)目包含3 座清末家族聚居性方形土樓，一座小型民國獨(dú)棟土樓和一座民國風(fēng)格3 層青磚樓，以及部分附屬構(gòu)筑物。總占地面積3702.85m2，改造后建筑面積2405m2。一條自西北向東南的山間小溪流將場地分為南北兩岸，溪水潺潺，翠竹勁松，一派客家田園風(fēng)光。

設(shè)計(jì)基于改善現(xiàn)有的土樓群、展現(xiàn)塔下周邊的秀麗旅游風(fēng)光并結(jié)合客家建筑、飲食、養(yǎng)生等文化特色來打造獨(dú)特的客家文化主題酒店。項(xiàng)目整體力求保持原有建筑及場地的空間氛圍，保留夯土及木構(gòu)材料的細(xì)節(jié)，通過置入新的空間、家具、文化藝術(shù)裝置等，來促成傳統(tǒng)文化理念與現(xiàn)代生活方式之間的和諧交融。景觀部分充分尊重土樓建筑實(shí)體和村落自然環(huán)境，最大程度保留周邊道路、河流以及街巷的空間細(xì)節(jié)。建筑上拆除雜亂無章、不承重的隔墻，還原土樓最原初的格局，讓土樓這種特殊形制建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)得到真實(shí)表達(dá)，同時(shí)對朽壞的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行更換。

項(xiàng)目從功能上對土樓空間進(jìn)行重新梳理，合理插入酒店功能。土樓內(nèi)部改造遵循“空間追隨結(jié)構(gòu)”的理念，保持原有木結(jié)構(gòu)主體。二層、三層拆除現(xiàn)有部分隔墻及吊頂，將走廊空間納入室內(nèi)，擴(kuò)大進(jìn)深，保留原有木結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱及屋架，客房布局依柱間劃分。

改造不是修舊如舊也不是守舊如舊，而是根據(jù)新的功能要求，結(jié)合現(xiàn)代生活的需求進(jìn)行更新，讓傳統(tǒng)的老房子重獲活力。

再現(xiàn)是一種策略也是一種效果呈現(xiàn)，場地和原有建筑空間經(jīng)過營造后呈現(xiàn)出既符合新功能使用又最大程度保持原有韻味的空間效果。

The site is located in Taxia village in Southern China,Fujian Province,known for the name of"Taiji riverside village".Kejia Tulou is a building typology appears in the Ming and Qing dynasty and the Republic of China period (1912-1949).Houses were built next to the river and spread along the valley.Three houses that were built in the Qing dynasty and early 20th century,with 3702.85 m2floor area,will be renovated to hotel.The site,covered by bamboos,pine trees and flowing stream,which separates the site to two parts,illustrates a pastoral scenario filled with human life and nature.

The renovation project aims to keep the village's originality and the surrounding landscape.Inherited building typology,site specification and traditional construction techniques are retained to integrate the architectural,food and health cultivation culture.In terms of the cultural value,new functions,furniture and art installation are carefully embedded to coordinate traditional and modern life.

The landscape design retained the original building context to restore the vernacular atmosphere.Redundant partition walls are removed and the rotten wood structure is replaced.By recovering its originality,the building reinterprets the specific building typology and its past.

The spatial arrangement follows the building structure where new functions are inserted in between.Interior space is enlarged by the exterior aisle,and both interior partition walls and ceilings are removed for transparency.The design strategy retains the original timber structure as a cultural respect and transforms the traditional space to fit into modern life.

The renovation scheme is not merely a reinterpretation of the past.The site consists of both memory and present existence.By retaining and integrating the tradition atmosphere through village context,the reconstructed space reinterprets its tension of memory and adaptation to contemporary lifestyle.
