北京雅世合金公寓為基于國際開放建筑可持續(xù)建設(shè)理論方法的LC住宅建筑體系研發(fā)實施的開拓性實踐，既是“十一五”國家科技支撐計劃課題《綠色建筑全生命周期設(shè)計關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究》（2006BAJ01B01）的試點(diǎn)工程，也是中日兩國住宅科技企事業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)合作的中日技術(shù)集成示范工程。在引進(jìn)國際先進(jìn)理念及產(chǎn)業(yè)化技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，攻關(guān)了國際領(lǐng)先水準(zhǔn)的新型SI 住宅建筑體系與集成技術(shù)，是將普及性、適用性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性研究整體應(yīng)用的我國首個示范項目。項目以建筑全壽命期長壽化理念為基礎(chǔ)，對保證住宅性能和品質(zhì)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計、施工建造、維護(hù)使用、再生改建等技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用。

Beijing Yashi Hejin Apartments project is the construction practice of LC residential system based on the Long-Life Sustainable Housing concept of international open building and the pilot project of the "11th Five Year" National Science and Technology Support Programme, Key Technology Research of Green Building Life Cycle Design (2006BAJ01B01). As the Sino-Japanese technology integration demonstration project, jointly cooperated by China and Japan's housing technology enterprises and institutions, the project is the first housing demonstration project in China. It is based on the introduction of international advanced concepts and industrialisation technologies, focuses on the achievements of the SI housing technology system representing the international leading level, and carries out the popularisation, applicability and economy research and general application. Hejin Apartments project is based on the concept of the building life cycle, which integrates, innovates and applies the planning and design, construction, maintenance, regeneration and reconstruction technologies. It ensures the performance and quality of residential buildings.
