位于卡爾加里的彼得·洛希德中心醫(yī)院是加拿大阿爾伯塔省第一個新冠肺炎臨時治療設施的所在地。經(jīng)阿爾伯塔健康署與阿爾伯塔省政府選擇，斯坦泰克公司聯(lián)合阿爾伯塔省當?shù)仄髽I(yè)Sprung 工程公司與CANA 建設公司一起，對這一疫情應對附加設施進行設計與施工。

The Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary is home to Alberta's first temporary COVID-19 treatment facility. Stantec, along with fellow Albertabased Companies Sprung Structures and CANA Construction, were selected by Alberta Health Services (AHS) and the Government of Alberta to design and construct the additional pandemic response unit.

Spanning over 750 m2(8,000 ft2) with the capacity for 70 patients, the facility was donated by Sprung Structures and turned over to AHS in April 2020 to equipment installation, and patient intake preparation. Stantec provided the design and engineering services for the facility. In addition to leading the architecture and interior design support (furniture and equipment sourcing), Stantec was responsible for electrical, structural, and mechanical engineering. Working directly with key user groups including physicians and nurses, Stantec led healthcare planning services to ensure the temporary centre supports AHS treatment practice while keeping patients and health care providers safe.
