為推動外事資源更好服務(wù)高校發(fā)展，10月30日，市政府外辦黨組成員、副主任周毅率隊(duì)赴重慶郵電大學(xué)調(diào)研，與重慶郵電大學(xué)副校長符明秋進(jìn)行座談，了解外事工作開展情況和需求。

周毅表示，市政府外辦將繼續(xù)支持重慶郵電大學(xué)的國際交流與合作，積極利用外事資源服務(wù)高校發(fā)展，全力支持重慶郵電大學(xué)打造國際學(xué)術(shù)交流平臺，助力我市中西部國際交往中心建設(shè)。

符明秋表示，2020年是重郵建校70周年，學(xué)校圍繞市委提出的“一場所兩高地”建設(shè)目標(biāo)，通過信息化和國際化兩輪驅(qū)動，大力實(shí)施世界一流學(xué)科攀登計(jì)劃，不斷拓展國際合作與交流內(nèi)涵，更好地服務(wù)地方社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。

In order to promote foreign affairs resources to better serve the development of colleges and universities， on October 30， Zhou Yi， member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office， led a team to Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications for survey， and had a discussion with Fu Mingqiu， Vice President of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications， to learn about the development and demands of foreign affairs work.

Zhou Yi said that the Foreign Affairs Office would continue to support the international exchanges and cooperation of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications， actively utilize foreign affairs resources to serve the development of universities， fully support Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications to build an international academic exchange platform and help our city to construct the Central and Western China exchange center.

Fu Mingqiu mentioned that the year 2020 marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Centering on the construction goal of "One Site， Two High Grounds" proposed by the CPC Chongqing Committee， the university vigorously implemented a World First-class Climbing Program through the drivers of informatization and internationalization and continuously expanded the connotation of international cooperation and exchanges to better serve local social and economic development.

為貫徹市委、市政府“興調(diào)研轉(zhuǎn)作風(fēng)促落實(shí)”決策部署，落實(shí)地方外事工作服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的要求，市政府外辦自9月份以來組織企業(yè)專項(xiàng)調(diào)研組，先后深入機(jī)電集團(tuán)、長安汽車、交運(yùn)集團(tuán)等十余家國有企業(yè)和民營企業(yè)開展調(diào)研，了解疫情以來的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營情況、外貿(mào)銷售情況、對外合作情況。

調(diào)研組組長、市政府外辦二級巡視員馬勇表示，調(diào)研的主要目的是了解需求、提供服務(wù)，摸索建立一套有效的外事信息共享機(jī)制，能夠?qū)⑾嚓P(guān)資源精準(zhǔn)推介給所需企業(yè)，做到“外辦搭好臺，企業(yè)唱好戲”。同時(shí)，調(diào)研組細(xì)致解讀了外事管理政策，詳細(xì)介紹外事、港澳、友協(xié)相關(guān)資源，仔細(xì)分析外事渠道助力企業(yè)開放發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和途徑。

各企業(yè)紛紛表示，在接下來的外事工作中將會進(jìn)一步細(xì)化落實(shí)市委外事工作委員會的相關(guān)要求，確保黨管外事在國企中落細(xì)落實(shí)。

In order to carry out the CPC Chongqing Committee and the Municipal Governments decision and deployment of “popularize survey and change style to promote implementation”， and to implement the requirements of local foreign affairs work to serve economic and social development， the Foreign Affairs Office had organized special enterprise survey teams since September， and successively conducted surveys in over ten state-owned and private enterprises such as Chongqing Machinery & Electronics Holding （Group） Co. Ltd. （CME）， Changan Auto and Chongqing Transportation Holding （Group） Co.， Ltd， to learn about the production and operation， foreign trade sales， and foreign cooperation since the COVID-19 outbreak.

Ma Yong， the leader of survey team and Level-II inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office， said that the main purpose of this survey is to learn about demands， provide services， explore and establish an effective foreign affairs information sharing mechanism so that relevant resources can be precisely introduced to the enterprises in need to ensure that "a solid stage set up by Foreign Affairs Office for sound development of enterprises." At the same time， the survey team carefully interpreted the foreign affairs management policy， elaborated relevant resources of foreign affairs， Hong Kong and Macao， and the Friendship Association， and carefully analyzed the advantages and approaches of foreign affairs channels to propel enterprises' opening up and development.

Enterprises agreed that in the next foreign affairs work， they would further specify and implement relevant requirements of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPC Chongqing Committee so as to ensure that the Party's management of foreign affairs is fleshed out and implemented in state-owned enterprises.

The Secretariat， Planning and Development Division， Border Administration Division， Foreign-related Administration Division and Foreign Agency Service Division of Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government participated in the survey.

11月3日，市政府外辦二級巡視員魯進(jìn)赴重慶市民營（私營個(gè)體）經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)會調(diào)研，了解該協(xié)會基本情況和對外交流、國際合作的現(xiàn)狀和需求。

協(xié)會常務(wù)副會長兼秘書長譚世賢介紹有關(guān)情況并表示，協(xié)會始終與會員緊密地聯(lián)系在一起，履行自我教育、自我管理、自我服務(wù)、自我發(fā)展的職能，充分發(fā)揮聯(lián)系黨和政府與個(gè)私從業(yè)者的橋梁紐帶作用，促進(jìn)重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)快速、健康發(fā)展。

魯進(jìn)表示，市政府外辦將與協(xié)會繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)溝通，在協(xié)會的對外交流工作中更加緊密地合作。

On November 3， Lu Jin， Level-II inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office， went to Chongqing Private （Private and Individual） Economic Association to survey and learn about the basic situation of the association and the status quo and demands of foreign exchanges and international cooperation.

Tan Shixian， Executive Vice President and Secretary General of the Association， introduced the relevant situation and said that the Association had always closely linked with its members， performed the functions of self-education， self-management， self-service， and self-development， and gave full play to the role of bridge and link between the Party， the government as well as private and individual practitioners to promote the rapid and healthy development of Chongqings economy.

Lu Jin said that the Foreign Affairs Office would continue to strengthen communication with the Association and tighten cooperation in the Association's foreign exchange work.
