【摘 要】 目的：主要分析恢復(fù)期精神分裂癥患者人性化護(hù)理管理的效果，探討不同護(hù)理方式的臨床應(yīng)用，對(duì)于恢復(fù)期內(nèi)精神分裂癥患者病情有效控制產(chǎn)生的實(shí)際影響，努力構(gòu)建和諧的護(hù)患關(guān)系，更好地促進(jìn)恢復(fù)期精神分裂癥患者生活質(zhì)量的提高。方法：將2019年1月-2019年12月在我院接受精神分裂癥治療并處于恢復(fù)期的100例患者隨機(jī)選為研究對(duì)象，堅(jiān)持科學(xué)分組原則，分成對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組后，通過(guò)比較常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)效果、人性化護(hù)理管理效果，促進(jìn)臨床護(hù)理服務(wù)水平的提升;對(duì)比兩組患者的康復(fù)治療情況，做好患者護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量的評(píng)分以及家屬護(hù)理工作滿意度的調(diào)查。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組恢復(fù)期精神分裂癥患者的康復(fù)治療效果、護(hù)理質(zhì)量、生活質(zhì)量的評(píng)分指標(biāo)優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者家屬護(hù)理工作滿意度高于對(duì)照組。結(jié)果：實(shí)現(xiàn)人性化護(hù)理管理理念的全面滲透，更利于恢復(fù)期精神分裂癥患者病情的有效控制。采用人性化的護(hù)理方式，認(rèn)真做好護(hù)理管理工作內(nèi)容的補(bǔ)充、護(hù)理服務(wù)不足之處的改進(jìn)，護(hù)理人員不斷積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)，協(xié)助患者康復(fù)痊愈顯得至關(guān)重要。人性化護(hù)理管理具有廣泛地推廣價(jià)值，要引起越來(lái)越多人的關(guān)注，醫(yī)院可以樹立良好的社會(huì)形象，更容易實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展進(jìn)程的不斷加快。

Analysis on the influence of humanistic nursing management on convalescent schizophrenics

Abstract：Objective：the main analysis of the effect of recovery in patients with schizophrenia humanization nursing management， to explore the clinical application of different nursing way， for the recovery period of schizophrenia patients to effectively control the actual effect， efforts to build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients， to better promote recovery to promote the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia. Methods： from January 2019 to December 2019 schizophrenia treated in our hospital and recovering from 100 patients were randomly selected as the research object， adhere to the principle of scientific group， were divided into control group and experimental group， by comparing the conventional nursing intervention effect， the effect of humanization nursing management， promote clinical nursing service level of ascension; The two groups of patients were compared in terms of rehabilitation treatment， and the scores of patients' nursing management quality and the nursing work satisfaction of their families were investigated. Results： the score indexes of the convalescent schizophrenia patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. The nursing work satisfaction of the family members of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Results： the comprehensive penetration of humanized nursing management concept is more conducive to the effective control of the condition of schizophrenic patients in the convalescent period. Adopt the humanized nursing way， do the supplement of the nursing management work content seriously， the improvement of the nursing service insufficiency， the nursing staff accumulates the experience lesson unceasingly， assists the patient to recover to heal appears the vital importance. Humanized nursing management has a wide range of promotion value， to attract more and more people's attention， the hospital can establish a good social image， it is easier to realize the process of sustainable development to accelerate.
