We know that in the era of war， Peoples Liberation Army of China was called “the most admirable people”. But in the era of peace， who are the most admirable people now？

An admirable person deserves to be loved. Children may think of their parents; young people may think of their lovers; and the elderly may think of their children. But few people will think that the person who we have never met before is admirable.

An admirable person is worthy of admiration. Fans may think of their idols; officers may think of their bosses; people may think of their leaders. But few people will think that the person who just does an ordinary job is admirable.

Facing COVID-19 pandemic2， people have to overcome difficulties together. We should rethink who the most admirable people are in the new era. I have read in the newspaper that on March 10， President Xi Jinping went to Wuhan to inspect3 the prevention and control work and give comfort to people. He visited Huoshenshan Hospital and praised the healthcare workers as “the messengers of light and hope” and “the most admirable people in the new era”.

Actually， in the fight against this virus， a group of admirable people emerged.

In my opinion， the most admirable person is Dr. Zhong Nanshan， an old academician4 who is fighting virus. Because of Covid-19， he is almost known to every family. We all admire him and trust him because he made outstanding contributions in fighting the SARS epidemic5 in 2003. This time， at the age of more than 80， he went to the front line of the epidemic in Wuhan without hesitation6 and put the interests of the country and people first， which touches me a lot.

In addition， there are builders behind“Chinese speed”， who are also the most admirable people. Chinese speed is the efforts of countless people. When Huoshenshan hospital and Leishenshan hospital began to build， many builders were absent from the New Years Eve meal at home， because they put their chopsticks down， left their parents and children at home， and rushed to the site. To save time， they kept on working; to save more people， they never stopped. Such a miracle of Chinese speed was due to the hard working of all builders and other workers. They should also be the most admirable people.

In the fight against this virus， the younger generations， with birth dates ranging from the early 1990s to the early 2000s， have also shown their youth and strength. The nurse， who was standing outside the ward to check the condition inside， just turned 24 in Wuhan. In the communities， the younger generations are not afraid of hard work and actively participate in volunteer service. A 20 years old student was brave enough to take the lead. He took responsibilities for buying vegetables and daily necessities for the residents， and was always busy coming and going between the communities and shops.

There are so many admirable people， such as doctors， nurses， police and volunteers everywhere in China. They are all regardless of personal safety and go to every place where they are needed. They risk being infected7 to maintain the stability8 of society. They are doing the greatest thing！

We should respect these heroes and never forget the people who show extraordinary personality in ordinary work. All of them are the most admirable people！

What can we students do during the pandemic？

Since we are still junior school students， what we can do first is to cause less trouble to others and keep our minds and bodies healthy. We can do more exercise， eat a balanced diet， develop different hobbies and learn more about science. We also have more time to stay with our family during the pandemic， so its a good chance to learn how to love and how to be loved. For example， we can try to make a small gift or cook a meal for our parents.

Besides， President Xi Jinping said that a nation will be full of hope and a country will have a great tomorrow when younger generations have ideals， ability and a strong sense of responsibility. As students， we should set up our dreams early， make plans for it and study hard. Meanwhile， we need to shoulder greater responsibilities， make our contributions in places where the Party and the people need us most， and become the most admirable people in the future！

我們知道，在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)年代，中國(guó)人民解放軍被人們稱為“最可愛(ài)的人”。那么在和平年代，現(xiàn)在誰(shuí)是最可愛(ài)的人呢？

可愛(ài)，是值得被愛(ài)的意思。孩子們可能會(huì)想到他們的父母;年輕人可能會(huì)想到他們的愛(ài)人;老人可能會(huì)想到他們的子女。但很少有人會(huì)覺(jué)得素未謀面的的人是可愛(ài)的。

可愛(ài)，是值得敬佩的意思。粉絲們可能會(huì)想到他們的偶像;職員們可能會(huì)想到他們的上司;人民可能會(huì)想到他們的領(lǐng)袖。但很少有人會(huì)覺(jué)得僅只是做著平凡事情的人是可愛(ài)的。

面對(duì)這次新型冠狀病毒肺炎的疫情，人們要共克時(shí)艱。我們應(yīng)該重新思考：誰(shuí)才是新時(shí)代最可愛(ài)的人？我在報(bào)紙上看到，3月10日，習(xí)近平總書記去武漢視察防治工作并慰問(wèn)武漢人民。在火神山醫(yī)院，習(xí)近平總書記說(shuō)醫(yī)療工作者是“光明的使者、希望的使者”，也是“新時(shí)代最可愛(ài)的人”。

事實(shí)上，在這次抗疫過(guò)程中，一群最可愛(ài)的人涌現(xiàn)了出來(lái)。

我認(rèn)為最可愛(ài)的人是一位年紀(jì)大的抗疫院士——鐘南山醫(yī)生。因?yàn)樾滦凸跔畈《痉窝?，他已家喻戶曉。因?yàn)樗?jīng)在2003年抗擊非典的過(guò)程中作出了杰出的貢獻(xiàn)，所以我們很欽佩他、相信他。這次，盡管他已經(jīng)是80多歲的高齡，他仍然沒(méi)有任何猶豫地趕往武漢的疫情前線，將國(guó)家和人民的利益放在了首位，令我十分感動(dòng)。

另外，在“中國(guó)速度”背后的建筑工人們，也是最可愛(ài)的人?！爸袊?guó)速度”凝聚了無(wú)數(shù)人的努力。當(dāng)火神山醫(yī)院和雷神山醫(yī)院開始建造時(shí)，許多工人沒(méi)吃上家里的年夜飯，因?yàn)樗麄兎畔铝丝曜樱瑢⑺麄兊母改?、子女留在家里，沖去了工地。為了節(jié)約時(shí)間，他們一直在工作;為了救更多的人，他們一直沒(méi)有停歇。這樣一個(gè)“中國(guó)速度”的奇跡，來(lái)源于所有建筑工人們和其他工作者們的努力。他們也應(yīng)該是最可愛(ài)的人。

在這次抗疫過(guò)程中，還有眾多九零后、零零后的年青人同樣展現(xiàn)出了他們的青春和力量。在病房外踮著腳查看里面情況的護(hù)士，不久前剛剛在武漢滿二十四歲。在社區(qū)中，年輕人不怕辛苦，積極參與志愿服務(wù)。一位今年剛剛二十歲的學(xué)生，奮勇?tīng)?zhēng)先。他幫助社區(qū)居民買菜和生活用品，總是在社區(qū)和商店間奔波。

可愛(ài)的人其實(shí)還有很多、很多，比如在中國(guó)各個(gè)地方的醫(yī)生們、護(hù)士們、警察們和志愿者們。他們都不顧個(gè)人安危，出現(xiàn)在每一個(gè)需要他們的地方。他們冒著被感染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，去維持社會(huì)的安定。他們做出的是壯舉！

我們應(yīng)該尊重這些英雄，永遠(yuǎn)不要忘記那些在平凡工作中表現(xiàn)出非凡人格的人。他們都是最可愛(ài)的人！

那么在這次疫情期間，我們作為學(xué)生能做些什么呢？

我們還是初中生，首先能做的是減少給他人的麻煩，讓身心保持健康。我們可以多鍛煉，均衡飲食，培養(yǎng)不同的興趣，了解更多科學(xué)知識(shí)。疫情期間，我們也有了更多和家人相處的時(shí)間，這是個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)如何去愛(ài)和如何被愛(ài)的好機(jī)會(huì)。我們可以試著給我們的父母準(zhǔn)備小禮物，或者做飯。

另外，習(xí)近平總書記指出，青年一代有理想、有本領(lǐng)、有擔(dān)當(dāng)，國(guó)家就有前途，民族就有希望。作為學(xué)生，我們應(yīng)當(dāng)早日樹立理想，制定好計(jì)劃并努力學(xué)習(xí)。我們需要勇挑重?fù)?dān)，在黨和人民最需要的地方綻放絢麗之花，成為未來(lái)最可愛(ài)的人！
