摘要：近些年來(lái)我國(guó)醫(yī)療工作水平不斷提高，全國(guó)各類型、各等級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)在數(shù)量、規(guī)模上都取得巨大發(fā)展?？紤]醫(yī)療廢氣具有空間污染，急性傳染和潛伏性污染等特征，結(jié)合醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)選址主要集中在人口相對(duì)密集的區(qū)域這個(gè)特殊現(xiàn)狀情況。這使得醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生的各類廢氣逐漸成為醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)管理工作中的重要內(nèi)容之一。對(duì)于醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣污染而言，不僅僅會(huì)影響醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)自身的醫(yī)療水平，同時(shí)也會(huì)影響醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)周邊區(qū)域居民的身體健康，因此針對(duì)這種狀況，必須采取科學(xué)合理的措施加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣污染的防治，如何做好醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣污染與防護(hù)工作，也是檢驗(yàn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)管理工作的一個(gè)基本因素。目前，國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣的研究不夠重視，缺乏醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣種類和分析的相關(guān)資料。因此，加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣的安全排放處理技術(shù)研究具有實(shí)踐意義。

Discussion on the current situation of waste gas generation and disposal in medical institutions

Abstract：In recent years，the level of medical work in our country has been continuously improved，and medical institutions of all types and levels have made great development in quantity and scale.Considering the characteristics of medical waste gas，such as space pollution，acute infection and latent pollution，combined with the special situation that medical institutions are mainly located in densely populated areas.This makes all kinds of waste gas produced by medical institutions gradually become one of the important contents in the management of medical institutions.As for the waste gas pollution of medical institutions，it will not only affect the medical level of the medical institutions themselves，but also affect the health of the residents in the surrounding areas of the medical institutions.Therefore，in view of this situation，we must take scientific and reasonable measures to strengthen the prevention and control of the waste gas pollution of medical institutions，how to do a good job in the waste gas pollution and protection of medical institutions，and also test the management of medical institutions a basic element of work.At present，the research on the exhaust gas of medical institutions in China is not enough attention，and there is a lack of relevant data on the types and analysis of exhaust gas of medical institutions.Therefore，it is of practical significance to strengthen the research on the safe emission treatment technology of waste gas from medical institutions.

1 醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)常見的廢氣污染種類及特性

當(dāng)前階段，根據(jù)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)營(yíng)期情況將廢氣主要分為兩大類別：一類為醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)特有的醫(yī)療廢氣，另一類為醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)配套設(shè)施產(chǎn)生的廢氣。以下對(duì)兩類廢氣的產(chǎn)生及特性進(jìn)行闡述。

（1）醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)特有的醫(yī)療廢氣，主要包括手術(shù)室及麻醉室產(chǎn)生的廢氣、醫(yī)學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)過程產(chǎn)生的廢氣、中藥代煎過程產(chǎn)生的廢氣、核醫(yī)學(xué)在試劑配制及人體檢查階段產(chǎn)生的廢氣。此類廢氣大多含有不同程度的細(xì)菌、病毒和有害物質(zhì)的氣溶膠物質(zhì)，同時(shí)含有有機(jī)物。不僅污染大氣，危害人體健康;同時(shí)也是造成醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)外交叉感染和空氣污染的主要原因。

（2）醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)配套設(shè)施產(chǎn)生的廢氣，主要包括燃?xì)忮仩t產(chǎn)生的廢氣、污水處理站收集的臭氣、垃圾中轉(zhuǎn)站及危廢暫存庫(kù)收集的臭氣、食堂產(chǎn)生的油煙及停車場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生的廢氣等。

各類別廢氣污染物種類，產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)污染因子如表1所示。

2 醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)常見廢氣處理方式

醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)特有的醫(yī)療廢氣特點(diǎn)是成分雜、濃度高、規(guī)模小，同時(shí)含有不同程度的細(xì)菌、病毒和有害物質(zhì)的氣溶膠物質(zhì)。醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)配套設(shè)施產(chǎn)生的廢氣特點(diǎn)是廢氣量大、產(chǎn)生不固定。針對(duì)不同特點(diǎn)的廢氣，可采取不同方式的處理方式。

各類別廢氣污染物種類，常見處理方式如表2所示。

3 醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣處置管理存在的問題與建議

通過走訪調(diào)查等方式，發(fā)現(xiàn)目前醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)自身管理工作中，對(duì)廢氣處置管理存在一些共性問題，具體問題有：廢氣處置設(shè)施日常運(yùn)維管理不足，活性炭更換不及時(shí)，紫外燈損壞維修不及時(shí)等;醫(yī)療人員對(duì)于廢氣防治重視程度不夠，通風(fēng)凈化設(shè)備不能及時(shí)開啟;設(shè)備運(yùn)維人員技術(shù)水平不足。

日常管理建議：建立完善廢氣管理制度，針對(duì)環(huán)保設(shè)施維護(hù)建議專人專崗，定期檢查廢氣環(huán)保設(shè)施的運(yùn)行情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)故障及時(shí)維修，確保廢氣環(huán)保設(shè)施正常運(yùn)行;加強(qiáng)人員宣傳，提高醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)人員環(huán)保意識(shí);可以聯(lián)系廠家進(jìn)行廢氣環(huán)保設(shè)施使用運(yùn)行進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)使用培訓(xùn)，同時(shí)制作操作手冊(cè)，便于查閱。

4 結(jié)束語(yǔ)

目前醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)量、規(guī)模發(fā)展迅速，但國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣的研究不夠重視，缺乏醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣種類和分析的相關(guān)資料。醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展同滯后的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣處理的矛盾日益突出。因此，加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)廢氣的安全排放處理技術(shù)研究具有實(shí)踐意義。
