摘要:本文對兩個建筑施工場地揚塵手工與在線比對結(jié)果進行了探討,在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測方法線性相關(guān)度較高,相關(guān)系數(shù)R皆高于0.85。但當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)大于0.1 mg/m3時,在線數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度比較高;當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)小于0.1 mg/m3時,在線數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度較低。

Discussion on comparison of the on-line monitoring and manual monitoring of particulate matter in the construction sites

Abstract:In this paper, the results of manual and online monitoring of the particulate matter were compared and discussed in two construction sites.The linear correlation coefficients between the online monitoring and the manual monitoring were higher than 0.85.When the particle concentrations (manual monitoring concentration) were higher than 0.1 mg/m3.The accuracy of the online monitoring data were relatively high,but when the particle concentration (manual monitoring concentration) were less than 0.1 mg /m3, the accuracy of online monitoring data were low.

2019年2月18日,上海市生態(tài)環(huán)境局、上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委、上海市交通委聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《上海市揚塵在線監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)執(zhí)法應(yīng)用規(guī)定》[1],要求排放揚塵的在建工程、混凝土攪拌站、易揚塵干散貨碼頭堆場等單位(以下簡稱“易揚塵單位”)應(yīng)當(dāng)根據(jù)本市住建、交通部門的要求,按照相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范安裝和運行在線監(jiān)測設(shè)施。本文以2019年兩個建筑施工場地為例(兩個建筑施工場地使用的在線監(jiān)測儀器型號不同),采用大流量空氣采樣儀器采集、實驗室進行稱重分析的手工監(jiān)測方法,在線監(jiān)測儀器采用光散射法原理。兩個場地的手工監(jiān)測方案嚴(yán)格按照國家及上海技術(shù)規(guī)范進行。
1 建筑施工地塊1#的比對結(jié)果
表1為建筑施工地塊1的20組揚塵在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測比對結(jié)果,從表中可以看出當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)大于0.1 mg/m3時,9對比對數(shù)據(jù)中任意一組樣品相對誤差皆不超過25%;但當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)小于0.1 mg/m3時,在線顆粒物檢測儀器的低濃度檢測敏感度較低,相對誤差皆較高,甚至高達100%以上。
圖1中左圖為揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)大于0.1 mg/m3時在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測的比對圖,右圖為揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)小于0.1 mg/m3時的比對圖??擅黠@看出當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)大于0.1 mg/m3時,在線數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度比較高;當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)小于0.1 mg/m3時,在線數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度較低。
由圖2可以看到20對比對數(shù)據(jù)中在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測的相關(guān)系數(shù)R為0.88,線性相關(guān)度較好。
2 地塊2的比對結(jié)果
表2為建筑施工地塊2的20組揚塵在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測比對結(jié)果,從表中可以看出當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)大于0.1 mg/m3時,14組比對數(shù)據(jù)中有13組的相對誤差皆不超過25%;而但當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)小于0.1 mg/m3時,在線顆粒物檢測儀的低濃度檢測敏感度較低,相對誤差皆較高,高達42%。
圖3中左圖為揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)大于0.1 mg/m3時在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測的比對圖,右圖為揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)小于0.1 mg/m3時的比對圖。可明顯看出當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)大于0.1 mg/m3時,在線數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度比較高;當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)小于0.1 mg/m3時,在線數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度較低。
由圖4可以看到20對比對數(shù)據(jù)中在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測的相關(guān)系數(shù)R為0.86,線性相關(guān)度較好。
兩個地塊揚塵濃度大于0.1 mg/m3情況下的比對數(shù)據(jù)皆較理想,與方方等揚塵比對結(jié)果一致[2]。由于上海市地標(biāo)《建筑施工顆粒物控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(DB31/964-2016)中顆粒物監(jiān)控點濃度限值為1.0 mg/m3(≤6次/d),故揚塵在線監(jiān)測儀器基本能滿足監(jiān)控施工揚塵污染的作用。
3 結(jié)論
通過2個建筑施工場所揚塵的在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測對比實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),在線監(jiān)測與手工監(jiān)測方法線性相關(guān)度較高,相關(guān)系數(shù)R皆高于0.85,但當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)大于0.1 mg/m3時,在線數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度比較高,當(dāng)揚塵濃度(手工監(jiān)測濃度)小于0.1 mg/m3時,在線數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確度較低。鑒于上海市地標(biāo)《建筑施工顆粒物控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(DB31/964-2016)中顆粒物監(jiān)控點濃度限值為1.0 mg/m3(≤6次/d),故揚塵在線儀能為監(jiān)督性監(jiān)測提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。
