Great land of Bashu： Chengdu and Chongqing join hands in building cultural and tourism brands

文旅融合，大美川渝。今年以來，川渝聯(lián)動(dòng)打造旅游新方式，兩地政府及相關(guān)部門、行業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)、旅游營(yíng)銷平臺(tái)、旅行社等，將資源與客流相互融合共享，推出各大精品線路等，邀你游遍巴蜀美景。

“川渝一盤棋” 文旅產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來新機(jī)遇

川渝兩地歷史同脈、文化同源。自然風(fēng)光壯麗、文化底蘊(yùn)深厚，文旅資源富集，不僅有共通的文化符號(hào)，也有各自的文化個(gè)性，二者可融合、可互補(bǔ)。

今年1月，中央財(cái)經(jīng)委員會(huì)第六次會(huì)議明確提出，推動(dòng)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)。3月17日，推動(dòng)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)四川重慶政黨聯(lián)席會(huì)議第一次會(huì)議召開。秉持“巴蜀一家親”，下好“川渝一盤棋”，兩地迅速作出一系列反應(yīng)，文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迎來新機(jī)遇。

兩地景區(qū) 組成超級(jí)流量“文旅CP”

為了促使成渝乃至全國(guó)游客對(duì)成渝兩地的特色文化、特色美食進(jìn)行全面了解和體驗(yàn)，經(jīng)過高頻率、高效率的“智慧碰撞”，兩地政府相關(guān)部門持續(xù)發(fā)力。4月22日，成渝兩大超級(jí)流量景區(qū)洪崖洞和寬窄巷子圍繞吃、住、行、游、購(gòu)、娛，共同推出“雙城攻略”。

城市探索活動(dòng)也陸續(xù)啟動(dòng)。成渝兩地標(biāo)志性文旅項(xiàng)目“重慶鵝嶺二廠文創(chuàng)公園”與“成都寬窄巷子”共同發(fā)起成渝雙城聯(lián)動(dòng)“遠(yuǎn)親不如近鄰”活動(dòng)，以創(chuàng)意直播線上營(yíng)銷、雙城百位KOL打卡線下營(yíng)銷等方式，全面展示兩地新旅游、新消費(fèi)、新時(shí)尚生活方式。

4月29日，重慶市文化和旅游委員會(huì)與四川省文化和旅游廳簽訂《推動(dòng)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議》，共同促進(jìn)文化旅游資源開放共享，協(xié)同打造巴蜀文化旅游走廊，共同培育巴蜀文化旅游品牌。5月16日“巴蜀文化旅游走廊自由行”活動(dòng)在重慶南岸區(qū)南濱路彈子石廣場(chǎng)、成都太古里兩大城市地標(biāo)同步開啟。

多地聯(lián)動(dòng) 推出優(yōu)惠精品旅游線

截至目前，川渝已有多地結(jié)成新的“文旅CP”。南川區(qū)的金佛山景區(qū)與都江堰市的青城山—都江堰景區(qū)將建立精品景區(qū)合作機(jī)制;北碚區(qū)與綿陽(yáng)市將聯(lián)合打造“三線記憶·革命激情”等標(biāo)志性文旅IP;合川區(qū)與廣安市將共同打造嘉陵江生態(tài)旅游帶，與遂寧市、南充市將分別共建一條精品旅游線路;大足區(qū)同資陽(yáng)市將共建資（陽(yáng)）大（足）文旅融合發(fā)展示范區(qū)以及石刻文創(chuàng)園。

還有武隆區(qū)與樂山市，潼南區(qū)與遂寧市，江津區(qū)與瀘州市、宜賓市等都分別簽署相關(guān)文旅協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，推動(dòng)川渝文旅市場(chǎng)共享、游客互訪，聯(lián)合推出多項(xiàng)旅游優(yōu)惠政策，以及多條精品旅游路線，構(gòu)造“有品質(zhì)的吃喝玩樂，有樂趣的悠游慢旅”。

今天體驗(yàn)重慶的火辣，明天感受成都的悠閑，暢游巴蜀，即刻出發(fā)。

Sichuan and Chongqing are joining hands in the sphere of culture and tourism to further amplify the beauty of the region. The two places have been working together to explore new ways of developing tourism since this year. The governments and relevant departments， industry organizations， tourism marketing platforms， travel agencies of Chengdu and Chongqing integrated and shared tourist resources and consumer bases， and introduced various top-quality routes to invite travelers to come to visit.

Integrated development brings Chengdu & Chongqings cultural and tourism industries new opportunities

Sichuan and Chongqing share the same historical and cultural roots. Being endowed with magnificent natural scenery， profound cultural background and rich tourist resources， they not only share common cultural symbols but also have their distinct cultural personalities which make them complementary.

In January this year， the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle was noted at the sixth meeting of the Central Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs. On March 17， the first joint meeting on developing Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle between Sichuan and Chongqing Party Committees and Governments was held. In the principle of developing Sichuan and Chongqing as a whole， the cultural and tourism industries of the two places are facing new opportunities and relevant parties have responded rapidly.

Scenic spots in Sichuan and Chongqing join hands and form super brands

In order to allow tourists from Chengdu and Chongqing and from all over the country to get a comprehensive understanding and experience of the unique culture and cuisine of Chongqing and Chengdu， relevant government departments of the two places have launched a number of programs after numerous sessions of efficient brainstorming. On April 22， Hongya Cave and Kuanzhai Alley， two major scenic spots in Chongqing and Chengdu， jointly launched the Two Cities Travel Guide focusing on food， accommodation， transport， sightseeing， shopping and entertaining.

City exploration activities have also started one after another. The Close Neighbors are Better than Distant Relatives campaign， jointly launched by the landmark cultural tourism projects Testbed 2 and Kuanzhai Alley in Chongqing and Chengdu respectively， comprehensively showcased the new tourism， new consumption and new fashion & lifestyle of the two places through creative livestreaming marketing and on-site marketing of 100 KOLs from the two cities.

On April 29， Chongqing Culture and Tourism Commission and Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Promoting the Development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle in Chengdu-Chongqing Region to jointly promote the opening-up and sharing of cultural and tourism resources， build Bashu cultural and toursit corridor and cultivate the Bashu cultural and tourism brand. On May 16， the "Self-service tour along Bashu cultural and tourist corridor" event was launched simultaneously at Danzishi Square in Chongqing and Taikoo Li in Chengdu， the two major landmarks of the two cities.

Multiple routes will be launched jointly by different places in Sichuan and Chongqing

Up to now， Sichuan and Chongqing have formed many new alliances among their cultural and tourist sites. The Mountain Jinfo Scenic Area in Nanchuan District and Mountain Qingcheng –Dujiangyan Irrigation System Scenic Area in Dujiangyan City will establish a cooperation mechanism on developing fine scenic areas. Beibei District and Mianyang City will jointly develop featured cultural brands such as the one named The Three-Front Movement Memories and Revolutionary Passion; Hechuan District will build the Jialing River Eco-tourism Belt together with Guangan City， and build a boutique tourism route together with Suining City and Nanchong City respectively. Dazu District and Ziyang City will jointly build a demonstration area for the integrated development of culture and tourism as well as a stone carvings cultural and creative industries park.

In addition， Wulong District and Leshan City， Tongnan District and Suining City， Jiangjin District and Luzhou City & Yibin City have respectively signed strategic cooperation agreements on the coordinated development of cultural and tourism services to promote the sharing of the Sichuan-Chongqing cultural and tourism market and the exchange of tourists， and to jointly launch a number of preferential tourism policies and a number of well-designed routes with the goal of developing tourism featured by quality experience and fun slow travel.
