        中國西南區(qū)玉米常年種植面積在466.67萬hm2,主要分布在廣西、云南、貴州、四川和重慶等地,是我國第三大玉米產(chǎn)區(qū)[1]。該地區(qū)以山地和丘陵為主,地形地貌復(fù)雜、生態(tài)環(huán)境多樣,用常規(guī)方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,來評(píng)價(jià)參試玉米品種的優(yōu)劣,常會(huì)造成一定程度的偏差。此外,由于產(chǎn)量、品質(zhì)等性狀多為數(shù)量性狀,依據(jù)個(gè)別性狀評(píng)價(jià)不同品種的優(yōu)劣,通常會(huì)出現(xiàn)顧此失彼的現(xiàn)象。因此,在對(duì)玉米品種篩選鑒定過程中,需要采用科學(xué)合理的方法結(jié)合不同性狀的綜合表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行選擇。

        灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法可以在較少數(shù)據(jù)或者沒有顯著相關(guān)性條件下對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,找出各因素與參考數(shù)列的關(guān)系,該方法具有所需樣本少、方法簡便、信息量大等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[2],已在玉米品種鑒定、新組合篩選中取得良好效果[3-7]。主成分分析法主要是采用降維的思想,把一個(gè)多屬性的復(fù)雜問題轉(zhuǎn)化為少數(shù)屬性的簡單問題。具體方法就是把多個(gè)指標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化為少數(shù)幾個(gè)綜合指標(biāo),使這些綜合指標(biāo)盡可能地反映原始數(shù)據(jù)的信息量[8-9]。聚類分析則是一種將各種事物或現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分類的方法,便于對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行綜合分析,得出較為全面的分析結(jié)果。主成分分析結(jié)合聚類分析法已應(yīng)用于多種農(nóng)作物的綜合評(píng)價(jià)[10-15],在玉米新品種和新組合的評(píng)價(jià)中也有較多報(bào)道[16-20]。

        本研究以2017年國家玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)體系西南區(qū)55個(gè)玉米新組合為研究對(duì)象,基于14個(gè)與產(chǎn)量性狀相關(guān)的農(nóng)藝性狀數(shù)據(jù),綜合應(yīng)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析、主成分分析和聚類分析來評(píng)價(jià)不同新組合的優(yōu)劣,旨在為西南區(qū)玉米新組合評(píng)價(jià)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

        1 材料與方法

        1.1 試驗(yàn)材料

        供試材料為國家玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)體系西南區(qū)各個(gè)單位提供的55個(gè)玉米新組合(表1),以及對(duì)照品種桂單162和渝單8號(hào)。試驗(yàn)于2017年在廣西農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院明陽基地進(jìn)行。

        1.2 試驗(yàn)方法

        試驗(yàn)采用雙對(duì)照間比法排列,不設(shè)重復(fù),每5個(gè)參試品種設(shè)2個(gè)對(duì)照。種植密度為5.7×104株·hm-2,小區(qū)面積為21 m2,5行區(qū),行長6 m,行距0.7 m。試驗(yàn)田四周設(shè)大于5行保護(hù)行,田間管理同當(dāng)?shù)厮健?/p>

        1.3 調(diào)查項(xiàng)目

        調(diào)查株高、穗位高、莖粗、穗長、穗粗、禿尖長、穗行數(shù)、行粒數(shù)、百粒重、出籽率、籽粒含水量、單株粒重、倒折率、空桿率和產(chǎn)量等15個(gè)性狀。果穗性狀按照單穗平均法,收獲時(shí)取有代表性的20個(gè)樣穗進(jìn)行考種,取平均值比較。

        1.4 數(shù)據(jù)分析

        采用Microsoft Excel 2016軟件和DPS 14.0軟件進(jìn)行描述統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析、主成分分析和聚類分析?;疑P(guān)聯(lián)度分析依據(jù)鄧聚龍等方法[21-23],將55個(gè)新組合的產(chǎn)量作為參考數(shù)列X0,其余14個(gè)農(nóng)藝性狀為比較數(shù)列,分別為:株高(X1)、穗位高(X2)、莖粗(X3)、穗長(X4)、穗粗(X5)、禿尖長(X6)、穗行數(shù)(X7)、行粒數(shù)(X8)、百粒重(X9)、出籽率(X10)、籽粒含水量(X11)、單株粒重(X12)、倒折率(X13)、空桿率(X14),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理,并計(jì)算關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)和關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行比較分析。此外,以產(chǎn)量最高組合為理想品種,計(jì)算不同組合的關(guān)聯(lián)度并進(jìn)行分析比較。

        主成分分析依據(jù)楊錦越等的方法[17,24],對(duì)收集整理的農(nóng)藝性狀數(shù)據(jù)采用中心化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理,計(jì)算特征值、貢獻(xiàn)率、累積貢獻(xiàn)率和特征向量數(shù)據(jù)。然后,利用主成分的特征向量(Z),構(gòu)建主成分與農(nóng)藝性狀之間的線性方程F。最后,結(jié)合主成分的方差貢獻(xiàn)率構(gòu)建玉米新組合綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型λ。

        2 結(jié)果分析

        2.1 玉米不同新組合農(nóng)藝性狀和產(chǎn)量表現(xiàn)

        從表2可以看出,55個(gè)不同玉米新組合的各個(gè)農(nóng)藝性狀和產(chǎn)量表現(xiàn)不同。參試組合的株高范圍在229.30~329.10 cm,株高低于2個(gè)對(duì)照平均值的組合有22個(gè)。穗位高在86.60~148.70 cm之間,高于2個(gè)對(duì)照平均值的組合有7個(gè)。穗長在14.90~19.95 cm之間,比2個(gè)對(duì)照平均值長的組合有32個(gè),大于19 cm的有5個(gè)組合,分別是南T 928、榮玉1756、渝單703、榮玉1754和渝單896。穗粗在45.05~55.68 mm之間,高于對(duì)照平均值的有37個(gè)組合,穗粗最大的組合為青青733。禿尖長在0.13~2.00 cm之間,禿尖長在1.5 cm以上的組合有5個(gè),分別是青青733、綿1308、青青711、HZ 1722和恩1010。穗行數(shù)在13.00~20.20行之間,低于對(duì)照平均值的有4個(gè)組合,分別是成1702、云瑞1207、HZ 1721和德3239。行粒數(shù)在32.80~44.90粒之間,大于對(duì)照平均值的有11個(gè)組合,南T 928的行粒數(shù)最高。百粒重在23.52~36.25 g之間,大于對(duì)照平均值的有25個(gè)組合。單株粒重在0.094~0.197 kg之間,大于對(duì)照平均值的有33個(gè)組合,單株粒重大于0.180 kg的組合分別是川單1752、1703、成單388、綿1308和渝單836。倒折率在0~76.0%之間,未發(fā)生倒折的組合有25個(gè),倒折率大于20%的組合有云瑞007、川單1753、榮玉1754和靖2017-2??諚U率在0~18.31%之間,空桿率為0的組合有14個(gè),空桿率大于15%的組合有云瑞506和靖2017-2。

        其中,倒折率、空桿率和禿尖長的變異系數(shù)較大,分別達(dá)到了202.05%、93.91%和47.18%。對(duì)于產(chǎn)量而言,產(chǎn)量表現(xiàn)高于2個(gè)對(duì)照的有28個(gè)組合,介于對(duì)照之間的有9個(gè),低于2個(gè)對(duì)照的有18個(gè)。其中,1703的產(chǎn)量最高,為11 472.19 kg·hm-2,靖2017-2的產(chǎn)量最低,為5 495.12 kg·hm-2。

        從變異系數(shù)大小來看,15個(gè)農(nóng)藝性狀的變異系數(shù)范圍在1.78%~260.71%之間。其中,變異系數(shù)大于45%的性狀有3個(gè),從大到小依次為倒折率、空桿率和禿尖長;變異系數(shù)小于5%的性狀僅有1個(gè),即為出籽率;變異系數(shù)在10%~15%之間的性狀有單株粒重、產(chǎn)量和穗位高;其余性狀則介于5%~10%之間。

        2.2 玉米不同新組合產(chǎn)量與農(nóng)藝性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)度分析

        不同玉米組合各農(nóng)藝性狀與產(chǎn)量的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)見表3。不同組合之間同一性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)表現(xiàn)各不相同,其中,禿尖長的關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)范圍在0.333 4~0.995 9之間,變化幅度最大;單株粒重的關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)范圍在0.863 9~0.999 3之間,變化幅度最小。此外,同一組合不同性狀間的關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)變化明顯。其中,恩932不同性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)變化范圍在0.842 0~0.982 0之間,青青733的關(guān)聯(lián)系數(shù)變化范圍在0.333 4~0.988 0之間。

        玉米不同組合各農(nóng)藝狀與產(chǎn)量的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度結(jié)果見表4。按照灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度大小依次為單株粒重>穗粗>籽粒含水量>百粒重>空桿率>穗行數(shù)>出籽率>穗長>倒折率>行粒數(shù)>莖粗>株高>穗位高>禿尖長。關(guān)聯(lián)度大于0.90有1個(gè)性狀,即單株粒重,其關(guān)聯(lián)度為0.964 4,表明它與玉米產(chǎn)量關(guān)系最為密切,對(duì)產(chǎn)量的影響最大;關(guān)聯(lián)度小于0.7也僅有1個(gè)性狀,即禿尖長,其關(guān)聯(lián)度為0.654 2,表明它與產(chǎn)量關(guān)系最遠(yuǎn),對(duì)產(chǎn)量的影響最小。而其余性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)度則在0.825 9~0.877 67之間,表明這些性狀均對(duì)產(chǎn)量有較大影響。因此,在西南區(qū)玉米育種中,應(yīng)將單株粒重放在首位,統(tǒng)籌考慮其他性狀,而禿尖長可適當(dāng)調(diào)整。

        為了進(jìn)一步分析不同組合的優(yōu)劣,本研究選取產(chǎn)量最高的組合1703為理想品種,對(duì)玉米不同新組合與理想品種的關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行了比較分析。依據(jù)灰色理論的分析原理,關(guān)聯(lián)度越大則與理想品種越相似。從表5可以看出,不同組合與理想品種的關(guān)聯(lián)度在0.795 1~0.922 0之間。其中,關(guān)聯(lián)度大于0.9且排在前5位的組合,按照關(guān)聯(lián)度從大到小依次為成單388、綿1308、川單1751、榮玉1756和渝單701,前4個(gè)組合的產(chǎn)量均排在前10位以內(nèi),而渝單701的關(guān)聯(lián)度與產(chǎn)量位次差別明顯,主要是由于渝單701的出籽率和空桿率與理想品種相差較大所致。而新組合川單1752雖然產(chǎn)量排名第1位,但關(guān)聯(lián)度排名第17位,主要是由于穗行數(shù)與理想品種相差較大所致。新組合青青711的產(chǎn)量排第3位,關(guān)聯(lián)度則排在第20位,主要是由于禿尖長與理想品種差異較大所致。關(guān)聯(lián)度排在2個(gè)對(duì)照前面的新組合共有28個(gè),與產(chǎn)量排序基本一致,有個(gè)別組合排序不同。與采用產(chǎn)量單一性狀相比,關(guān)聯(lián)度分析可較為全面地比較不同組合的優(yōu)劣。

        2.3 不同玉米新組合主要農(nóng)藝性狀的主成分分析

        利用SPSS軟件對(duì)玉米新組合產(chǎn)量相關(guān)的14個(gè)農(nóng)藝性狀變量進(jìn)行主成分分析,特征值、貢獻(xiàn)率和累積貢獻(xiàn)率計(jì)算結(jié)果如表6所示。從特征值大小來看,前6個(gè)主成分的特征值均大于1,累積貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)76.18%。從單個(gè)主成分的貢獻(xiàn)率來看,前4個(gè)主成分的貢獻(xiàn)率均大于10%,其余主成分的貢獻(xiàn)率依次降低。為了降低信息的損失量,本研究選取前9個(gè)主成分進(jìn)行下一步分析,其累積貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到了91.11%,足以反映數(shù)據(jù)的變化規(guī)律。

        主成分特征向量如表7所示,第一主成分中貢獻(xiàn)率為19.79%,其特征向量中影響力較大的因子包括單株粒重(0.821)、穗粗(0.713)和穗行數(shù)(0.665),這些性狀可以作為代表性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。第二主成分貢獻(xiàn)率為14.95%,影響力最大的因子是百粒重(0.637),其可作為代表性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。第三主成分貢獻(xiàn)率為13.72%,株高(0.602)、穗位高(0.578)和莖粗(0.561)的影響力較大,可作為代表性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。綜上所述,從產(chǎn)量角度綜合考慮,要想獲得較高的產(chǎn)量,在新品種選育過程中應(yīng)優(yōu)先考慮單株粒重、穗粗、穗行數(shù)、百粒重和株高等性狀。

        根據(jù)表6所提供的9個(gè)主成分與其對(duì)應(yīng)的貢獻(xiàn)率構(gòu)建玉米新組合綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型F,F(xiàn)為所選9個(gè)主成分的線性組成,即:

        F=0.197 9Y1+0.149 5Y2+0.137 2Y3+0.104 5Y4+0.097 1Y5+0.075 5Y6+0.058 4Y7+0.048 9Y8+0.042 0Y9。根據(jù)該模型對(duì)55個(gè)參試組合與2個(gè)對(duì)照品種進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果如表8所示。根據(jù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,依據(jù)F值大小將所有參試的57份材料分為6組,Ⅰ組為F值≥1.000 0,包括川單1751、青青711、恩1010、成單388綿1308、青青733和1703等8個(gè)材料;Ⅱ組為1.000 0>F值≥0.500 0,包括川單1753、川單1752、S 183、桂A 1150和榮玉1756等8個(gè)材料;Ⅲ組為0.500 0>F值≥0.000 0,包括黔1705、渝單701、黔1702、渝單836等11個(gè)材料;Ⅳ組為0.000 0>F值≥-0.500 0,包括蘇科1614、蘇科玉1604、渝單841、恩1124和對(duì)照品種桂單162等15個(gè)材料;Ⅴ組為-0.500 0>F值≥-1.000 0,包括云瑞007、CS 17-2、德10、靖2017-3和對(duì)照品種渝單8號(hào)等13個(gè)材料;Ⅵ組為F值<-1.000 0,包括渝單896、CS 17-1和成1702共3個(gè)材料。

        2.4 不同玉米新組合主要農(nóng)藝性狀的聚類分析

        應(yīng)用DPS軟件對(duì)所有57個(gè)參試材料的14個(gè)農(nóng)藝性狀進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化處理后聚類分析,結(jié)果如圖1所示。當(dāng)距離為6.50時(shí),可以將57份材料分為5類,其中,Ⅰ類包括綿1308、青青733、青青711、成單388、川單1751、渝單701和1703共7份材料;Ⅱ類包括桂A 1150、恩932、德3239、德10、HZ 1722、恩1077、黔1703和恩1010共7份材料;Ⅲ類包括靖2017-1、CS 17-2、CS 17-1、成1702、渝單703、蘇科玉1604和渝單8號(hào)等共22份材料;Ⅳ類包括靖2017-2、云瑞007和云瑞506共3份材料;Ⅴ類包括榮玉1754、綿732、川單1752、黔1702、S 183、HZ 1720和桂單162(ck 1)等共17份材料。聚類分析法的分類結(jié)果與主成分分析法的分類結(jié)果基本一致。

        3 小結(jié)與討論

        玉米的產(chǎn)量與植株多個(gè)農(nóng)藝性狀密切相關(guān)。前人針對(duì)不同類型玉米已開展了較多研究,結(jié)果各有不同。陳榮麗等研究發(fā)現(xiàn),與甜玉米鮮穗產(chǎn)量密切相關(guān)的性狀依次是穗粗、穗長、行粒數(shù),而出苗、采收對(duì)產(chǎn)量的影響最小[3];李清超等研究認(rèn)為,與玉米產(chǎn)量關(guān)聯(lián)度較大的性狀依次是單穗粒重、株高和穗位高,關(guān)聯(lián)度最小的是穗長[7];馬全姿等研究發(fā)現(xiàn),與糯玉米鮮穗產(chǎn)量密切關(guān)聯(lián)的性狀是穗粗、穗行數(shù)和株高,禿尖長的影響最小[25];安治良認(rèn)為,穗粒重、百粒重、穗行數(shù)是影響夏玉米產(chǎn)量的較大因素[26];陳燦等認(rèn)為,穗粗、百粒重和穗行數(shù)對(duì)普通玉米的產(chǎn)量影響較大[27]。不同的玉米類型,從農(nóng)藝性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)度大小來看,表現(xiàn)各有差異。本研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),與玉米產(chǎn)量關(guān)聯(lián)度最大的性狀是單株粒重,其次為穗粗、籽粒含水量、百粒重和空桿率,關(guān)聯(lián)度最低的是禿尖長。這與韓學(xué)坤等[9]的研究有一定的一致性,均認(rèn)為單株粒重與產(chǎn)量的關(guān)聯(lián)度最大,除病害性狀外,禿尖長與產(chǎn)量的關(guān)聯(lián)度最小。

        在灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析中,參考品種的選擇對(duì)于參試材料的準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)至關(guān)重要。在本研究中,所有參試材料按照產(chǎn)量高低排序,對(duì)照品種桂單162和渝單8號(hào)分別排在29位和39位。若用2個(gè)對(duì)照品種為參考品種,不能較好的評(píng)價(jià)其它組合的優(yōu)劣,故選擇了所有參試組合中產(chǎn)量最高的組合1703為參考品種。

        目前,灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法、主成分分析法和聚類分析法已在農(nóng)作物綜合評(píng)價(jià)中廣泛運(yùn)用,取得了較好效果。但除這些方法外,綜合評(píng)價(jià)的常見方法還有層次分析法[28]、隸屬函數(shù)法[29]、同異分析法[30]等。由于不同的方法其算法與原理均有差別,所以針對(duì)同一份數(shù)據(jù),分析獲得的結(jié)果也有差異。此外,不論采用何種方法,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果均建立在專家打分的基礎(chǔ)上,客觀性均受到一定程度的影響。因此,為了獲得更加客觀公正的分析結(jié)果,可以同時(shí)采用多種方法對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)材料進(jìn)行綜合分析。

        綜合應(yīng)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法、主成分分析法和聚類分析法,對(duì)55個(gè)玉米新組合進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)?;疑P(guān)聯(lián)度分析法表明,以產(chǎn)量最高組合1703為參考序列,與其關(guān)聯(lián)度最高的組合依次是成單388、綿1308、川單1751、榮玉1756和渝單701。依據(jù)主成分綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,得分值大于1的組合依次是川單1751、青青711、恩1010、成單388、綿1308、青青733和1703。聚類分析則表明綿1308、青青733、青青711、成單388、川單1751、渝單701和1703優(yōu)先聚為一類。綜上可知,玉米新組合川單1751、成單388、綿1308和1703表現(xiàn)最優(yōu)。
