R-land北京源樹景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計事務(wù)所

博樂金三角工業(yè)區(qū)帶狀公園（一期）范圍西起金河路，東至金上路，北臨S205省道，南臨金北路，全長2350 m，寬187 m，總面積44 hm2。S205省道南側(cè)有45 m的防風(fēng)林帶，并修建了一條與S205省道相平行的排洪渠，如何在這個狹長的地段進(jìn)行有別于城市公園與道路綠化的設(shè)計成為該項目的關(guān)鍵所在。

首先考慮到建成后養(yǎng)護(hù)管理方面的問題，將可停留休閑的范圍鎖定在盡可能規(guī)避交通主干道的喧鬧又不失與周邊聯(lián)系的線形條帶中，并利用兩側(cè)不同高低變化的微地形起伏，營造出一種自然山野中的“綠谷”。其次，將45 m的防風(fēng)林帶打開4處透視線，讓通過S205省道的車輛可以直接感受到“綠谷”的存在。同時，利用若隱若現(xiàn)的景觀效果，賦予場地潛在的魅力。最后，將“綠谷”內(nèi)外做成迥然不同的2種風(fēng)格，利用這種差異性既可反襯游賞場所的精致與細(xì)膩，又可更形象地彰顯該區(qū)域固有的自然景象，感受大地既存的個性與特點。

限定中的地被種植，錯落有致的喬木分布，東西導(dǎo)向的鋪裝圖飾與無序變化的園路組合，微地形起伏的局部擋墻，立體交叉的園路系統(tǒng)，端點與其間的空間尺度，內(nèi)平外起的地形操作，可觀與可游的界限區(qū)分，既透又不通的錯位起伏，大面積的綠化覆蓋與精巧的局部點綴……均遵循著這樣一種設(shè)計語言：大與小、空與密、粗與細(xì)、點與面、透與閉、簡與繁、動與靜、實與虛、曠與狹、雅與俗、艷與素、直與曲—差異中的表述。

The initial phase of this project involved a corridor 2,350 m long and 187 m wide with a total area of 44 hm2.The question was how to design this narrow section so that it would differ from normal urban park and road greening designs.This was the key point of the project.

Firstly,the area reserved for short visitations and leisure was kept at a distance from the main road to negate any noise problems that may occur.Next,a green valley was created within the natural hills and fields taking full advantage of the micro-topographic undulating heights on each side.Further to this a new belt was created to act as a windbreak and consisted of four perspective lines so that vehicles passing along the S205 dart would immediately feel the existence of the newly created green valley.The whole design of this area gave it a looming visual effect which added potential beauty and glamour to the space.Finally,the inner and outer sections of the green valley were created with two very different styles.This difference reflected the exquisite and delicate features of space.The region’s inherent natural scenery was highlighted and displayed it’s personality and characteristics to full advantage.
