摘? ? ? 要: 針對(duì)當(dāng)前低滲透油藏中大量使用的壓裂液給儲(chǔ)層帶來(lái)的傷害,導(dǎo)致開(kāi)采量降低的問(wèn)題,以羥丙基瓜爾膠壓裂液作為研究對(duì)象,以適應(yīng)充填裝置作為儲(chǔ)層模擬,以滲透損失率作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),探討不同因素對(duì)羥丙基瓜爾膠滯留的影響。結(jié)果表明,不同羥丙基瓜爾膠壓裂液濃度、pH值和溫度對(duì)滲透損失率和壓裂液滯留量都有著影響。其中濃度越大,對(duì)滲透損失率的影響越大,但隨著濃度的持續(xù)增加,其影響也逐步變小;pH值越大,對(duì)滲透損失率的影響越小;溫度與滲透損失率和滯留量呈現(xiàn)為正相關(guān)關(guān)系。由此通過(guò)上述的研究,為石油開(kāi)采中壓裂液的配比提供了參考,對(duì)減少壓裂液對(duì)儲(chǔ)層的損害具有可借鑒性。

Abstract: In view of the reservoir damage caused by fracturing fluids widely used in low permeability reservoirs, resulting in the reduction of production, the hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid was taken as the research object, the suitable filling device was taken as simulated reservoir, and the permeability loss rate was taken as evaluation index,the different factors affecting hydroxypropyl guar gum retention were investigated. The results showed that different HPG fracturing fluid concentration, pH value and temperature had influence on the permeability loss and fracturing fluid retention. The higher the concentration, the greater the impact on the permeability loss rate; the higher the pH value, the smaller the impact on the permeability loss rate; there was a positive correlation between the temperature with the permeability loss rate and fracturing fluid retention. Therefore, the research can provide reference for the proportion of fracturing fluids in oil exploitation, and can also provide reference for reducing the damage of fracturing fluids to reservoirs.

隨著我國(guó)油氣田資源的大量開(kāi)發(fā),使得我國(guó)低滲透油藏開(kāi)采成為當(dāng)前的主流。在低滲透油藏開(kāi)發(fā)中,如何確保低滲透油藏的產(chǎn)量,一直以來(lái)是油氣開(kāi)采的重點(diǎn)。但是在低滲透油藏壓裂施工中,隨著壓裂液的加入,使得高分子稠化劑進(jìn)入到儲(chǔ)層巖石的內(nèi)部,進(jìn)而在儲(chǔ)層孔道中滯留,從而形成堵塞,并給儲(chǔ)層帶來(lái)?yè)p害,最終影響給低滲透油藏的改造效果。因此,為解決這類問(wèn)題,人們開(kāi)始就壓裂液在儲(chǔ)層中滯留問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。徐兵威(2013)則探討了壓裂液對(duì)致密性油藏的損害機(jī)理,在研究中深入探討了敏感性損害、液相圈閉等不同因素對(duì)儲(chǔ)層的損害問(wèn)題[1]。結(jié)果表明,儲(chǔ)層悟性越差,在儲(chǔ)層中滯留越嚴(yán)重,對(duì)儲(chǔ)層帶來(lái)的損害也就越嚴(yán)重;游利軍則從儲(chǔ)層油藏敏感性的角度入手,就壓裂液對(duì)頁(yè)巖儲(chǔ)層的影響進(jìn)行了探討[2]。作者認(rèn)為壓裂液與儲(chǔ)層作用,會(huì)在一定程度上降低表面強(qiáng)度,使得裂縫更容易壓縮閉合,同時(shí)支撐劑可有效降低頁(yè)巖的應(yīng)力敏感性。因此,合理的壓裂液配比是關(guān)鍵;徐林靜(2016)則研究了當(dāng)前比較主流的胍膠壓裂液長(zhǎng)期滯留在儲(chǔ)層對(duì)儲(chǔ)層滲透率的影響[3];李春穎(2016)則探討了壓裂液在儲(chǔ)層長(zhǎng)期滯留和吸收的機(jī)理[4]。上述的研究都為本文奠定了理論與實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。本文則模擬低下儲(chǔ)層壓裂液滯留環(huán)境,以石英充填層作為主要的研究對(duì)象,探討羥丙基瓜爾膠壓裂液滯留對(duì)儲(chǔ)層的影響。
1? 羥丙基瓜爾膠在儲(chǔ)層中的吸附機(jī)理
羥丙基瓜爾膠作為當(dāng)前常用的一種壓裂液中,其結(jié)構(gòu)式如圖1所示。羥丙基瓜爾膠是一種長(zhǎng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)的高分子聚合物,當(dāng)注入儲(chǔ)層后,會(huì)與巖石表面發(fā)生吸附,進(jìn)而吸附在巖石表面。周含浩(2016)通過(guò)研究后認(rèn)為,在儲(chǔ)層巖層中,石英是主要的組成成分[5],羥丙基瓜爾膠在進(jìn)入儲(chǔ)層后,其吸附與溶液的濃度、溫度和pH值等有著很大的關(guān)系。同時(shí)作者還通過(guò)試驗(yàn)得出,之所以會(huì)產(chǎn)生吸附,一個(gè)重要的原因是氫鍵。當(dāng)其中的氫鍵沒(méi)有被破壞時(shí),吸附在儲(chǔ)層表面的量大,相反則較小。
由此看出,從反應(yīng)條件來(lái)講,羥丙基瓜爾膠在儲(chǔ)層中吸附的與溫度、pH值等有著很大的關(guān)系。而從分子作用力來(lái)講,與羥丙基瓜爾膠結(jié)構(gòu)中的氫鍵有著很大的關(guān)系。
