Today I am highly privileged to be here and have some sharing with you on the topic of Technology and life.

Technology has deeply affected our life. It has permeated every aspect of life. When we study at school， we can use projector to help teaching. When we work， we use internet to search for massive information. Recently， the fifth generation mobile network is a hot topic. Most people think that 5G can download the movies within a few seconds with clearer pictures of videos flowing. In fact， the function of 5G is beyond imagination. If 5G spreads widely， Chinas total economic output will grow by 1000 billion Yuan and increase 10 million jobs. These are amazing numbers. Whats more， it will summit education， health care， agriculture and so on. All of the above is just the top of the iceberg; the power of science and technology is enormous.

As we all know， every coin has two sides. Technology also makes trouble. Phubbers are representatives. They are addicted to the Internet and ignore the relationship between families and friends. Whats worse is some of them become criminals. They not only destroy their life but also disturber social order. But that does not mean technology is an arch-criminal. It means users dont deal with the relationship between technology and life properly.

What should we do to face the challenges of technology and lead a better life？ In my opinion， first as a teenager， we must learn knowledge and make the network master. Second， we should always have a high ideal， never lose hope， never give up and never lose heart.

I believe that technology will make greater progress. I believe that our life is more and more convenient. I believe that technology serves our life and their relationship is getting closer and closer.
