[摘要] 目的 探究外傷性跟骨骨折合并糖尿病患者的圍術(shù)期護(hù)理。 方法 選擇該院接治的外傷性跟骨骨折合并糖尿病患者的一般資料進(jìn)行分析，抽選出2017年1月—2018年1月間收治的100例患者進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)，采用數(shù)字隨機(jī)法將所有患者均分為兩組，分別為對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組，每組中各包含50例患者。對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者采用針對(duì)性護(hù)理，對(duì)照組患者實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理。術(shù)后隨訪1年，根據(jù)兩組患者的骨折愈合情況、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率以及護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意度進(jìn)行對(duì)比，同時(shí)采用maryland評(píng)分對(duì)患者的足部功能進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果 該次研究成果顯示，實(shí)驗(yàn)組中所有患者均完全愈合，且沒(méi)有發(fā)生嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥，同時(shí)maryland評(píng)分優(yōu)良率高于對(duì)照組，護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意度評(píng)分也更優(yōu)，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。同時(shí)實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的空腹HbA1c水平較對(duì)照組來(lái)說(shuō)更趨于正常，其數(shù)值較對(duì)照組更低，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 將針對(duì)性護(hù)理應(yīng)用于外傷性跟骨骨折合并糖尿病患者圍術(shù)期的護(hù)理中，通過(guò)術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備和術(shù)后護(hù)理，有助于促進(jìn)患者盡快的恢復(fù)，減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生，改善護(hù)患之間的關(guān)系，值得深入研究和推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of patients with traumatic calcaneal fracture complicated with diabetes. Methods The general data of patients with traumatic calcaneal fractures and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital were analyzed. 100 patients who were admitted between January 2017 and January 2018 were selected for experiment. All patients were randomized by digital randomization. They were divided into two groups， the control group and the experimental group， each containing 50 patients. Targeted care was used for the experimental group and routine care was performed for the control group. The patients were followed up for 1 year. According to the fracture healing， complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups， the maryland score was used to compare the patient's foot function. Results The results of this study showed that all patients in the experimental group were completely healed without serious complications， and the excellent rate of maryland score was higher than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction score was also better， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. At the same time， the fasting HbA1c level of the experimental group was more normal than that of the control group， and the value was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing is applied to the perioperative nursing of patients with traumatic calcaneal fracture complicated with diabetes. Preoperative preparation and postoperative care can help patients recover as soon as possible， reduce complications and improve the relationship between nurses and patients， which deserves in-depth research and promotion.
