Step1. Lead-in

1.Greeting ：Have a free talk with students about Lanling’s friendly people.

And then lead into Linshu city and the volunteers of Linshu.

Then we discuss who need our help？

（設(shè)計意圖：通過觀看臨沭志愿者的一些志愿活動視頻，討論需要我們幫助的群體。一讓學(xué)生感到志愿者就在我們身邊，二是導(dǎo)入本篇文章的生詞：為下面的學(xué)習(xí)做鋪墊）

Step2. Pre-reading

Read through the whole passage and get to know the letter and the pictures.

（設(shè)計意圖：整體瀏覽，根據(jù)稱呼和署名，判斷信的文體，通過圖片中的人物走進本文的學(xué)習(xí)。）

（設(shè)計意圖：讓學(xué)生迅速瀏覽全文，確定文章的書信文體）

Task 3? Read paragragh 1 and anwer questions：

1.Why did Ben write a letter to Miss Li？

2.How did Miss Li help Ben？

3. What was the Animal Helpers？

4. Does Lucky make a difference to Ben’s life？

（設(shè)計意圖：讓學(xué)生根據(jù)問題完成第一段的閱讀，并生成思維導(dǎo)圖，理清四個角色之間的關(guān)系。）

Task 4? Read paragragh 2 and anwer questions：

1. What’s matter with Ben？

2. What kinds of things are difficult for Ben？

3.How did Ben’s friend help him out？

4.How did Ben feel about the idea？

（設(shè)計意圖：根據(jù)問題的提示，細讀文章的第二段，Ben’s difficulties.并生成思維導(dǎo)圖，為下面lucky的出現(xiàn)，做鋪墊。在中間一分鐘的時間讓學(xué)生帶上口罩，塞上耳朵，體驗殘疾人的感覺，喚醒他們的感恩和大愛情懷。）

Task 5? Read paragragh 3&4 and fill in Lucky’s file：

（設(shè)計意圖：根據(jù)設(shè)計的表格，完成Lucky的檔案，總結(jié)了lucky的能力和影響，從中看出導(dǎo)盲犬的特殊功能。最終完成了整篇文章思維導(dǎo)圖的建構(gòu)。）

Task 6? 頭腦風(fēng)暴：

了解導(dǎo)盲犬的一些知識，并關(guān)注導(dǎo)盲犬，關(guān)注導(dǎo)盲犬的訓(xùn)練基地。

（設(shè)計意圖：通過頭腦風(fēng)暴進一步了解導(dǎo)盲犬，以及導(dǎo)盲犬的基地現(xiàn)狀，提高大家的志愿服務(wù)，以及慈善捐獻的意識。通過讀文中重點句子，再一次領(lǐng)會，詞性對于閱讀的意義。）

Step 4 Post –reading

Task 1? Let’s think！

通過summary環(huán)節(jié)，我們從人物角色里反思：

通過Ben的角色，我們要學(xué)會感恩; 通過Miss Li的角色，我們要學(xué)會志愿和奉獻。所以每一個人都能成為志愿者，志愿者在路上！

（設(shè)計意圖：通過人物角色的反思，喚醒大家的感恩意識，提升大家的志愿和慈善精神，促成大家志愿者在路上的公益行動。）

Task 2? Let’s discuss and let’s write！

通過討論慈善機構(gòu)標志，引領(lǐng)大家選擇要志愿的組織機構(gòu)！然后進行回信的寫作。

（設(shè)計意圖：開拓同學(xué)們的國際視野，喚醒大家的大愛胸懷！然后書信回復(fù)，選擇想要加入的志愿者組織。）

Step 5 Emotional education！

Helping others benefits yourselves.

（設(shè)計意圖：喚醒奉獻和大愛的精神，踐行慈善公益，幫助需要幫助的人。）

Step6 Homework：

1.Finish and perfect the writing.

2. Search more information about the guide dogs and police dogs.

（設(shè)計意圖：鞏固學(xué)過的文章，踐行志愿者精神。
