故事簡介

“Eat your broccoli（西蘭花）！” “No broccoli， no TV！” Milo’s mother shouts at him. This always happens（發(fā)生） in Milo’s home.

Milo is a nine-year-old boy. He doesn’t like eating broccoli. He wants to throw（扔） his dinner away and watch TV. He has a strict（嚴(yán)格的）mother. She always asks him to eat healthy food. It’s good for his health（健康）. Milo doesn’t like taking out the garbage（垃圾）， either. But he must. Why？ Because his mother thinks kids should learn to do housework.

One day， aliens（外星人）take Milo’s mother to Mars（火星）！ Mars needs mums. Milo’s mother has to take care of their babies. Milo decides to save（救） his mother. He jumps into a spaceship（宇宙飛船）.

At first， Milo has a lot of fun on Mars. There’s no gravity（地球引力） and no rules（規(guī)則）. He can play games all day. But Milo isn’t here to play. He has a big task（任務(wù)）. He wants to get his mother back to Earth. Can he make it？ You can find the answer in the movie Mars Needs Mums.

Gribble is a kind-hearted（熱心的）man. He is a little fat. He drives a spaceship. He takes Milo to Mars and helps Milo to save his mum. But sometimes he makes troubles（麻煩）.

Ki is an alien girl. She lives on Mars. She has big green eyes. She thinks it’s not right to steal（偷） mums from Earth. She wants to help Milo.
