七八月份的新疆，天空透藍(lán)、驕陽似火，瓜果飄香，這是新疆最美的季節(jié)。紫蘇花、薰衣草、蒲公英、向日葵……還有那些叫不出名字的野花撒滿了綠色的草場，絢麗斑斕，這里成了花的海洋。

距離阿勒泰福?？h85公里的黃花溝農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)，一片金黃色的花海蕩起了黃綠色的波濤，19.2萬畝向日葵恣意盛開，如詩如畫的美景吸引著絡(luò)繹不絕的游客前來觀賞。

8月6日，新疆福?？h黃花溝第三屆萬畝葵花攝影大賽暨優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品展銷推介會拉開序幕。活動現(xiàn)場舉辦了攝影大賽、“輝煌70年”快閃活動、全民健身徒步大會、文藝演出、專家論壇、特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品展銷等豐富多彩的活動。

福?？h文化體育廣播電視和旅游局局長納燕介紹到，“今年游客量與去年同期相比翻了倍，突破了一萬人次。以黃花溝萬畝葵花和農(nóng)田資源為主，我們?nèi)Υ蛟臁糜?農(nóng)業(yè)’的觀光模式，豐富旅游產(chǎn)品內(nèi)涵，推動旅游業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，帶動當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民致富?！?/p>

作為絲綢之路北通道，近年來，阿勒泰地區(qū)在“一帶一路”倡議下，進(jìn)一步推動交通、農(nóng)業(yè)、旅游的深度發(fā)展。2017年，在這個地理上的洼地、農(nóng)業(yè)上的高地上，楊凌—福海黃花溝現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)示范園正式開工。陜西楊凌示范區(qū)和新疆福海的強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合，共同打造中國高緯度農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范基地，建設(shè)世界高緯度農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的聚集中心、交流中心和擴(kuò)散中心。

截至目前，園區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)累計(jì)投入資金7.6億元，落戶規(guī)模以上企業(yè)7家，綠色、有機(jī)食品10個，有機(jī)認(rèn)證耕地面積2.75萬畝、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖基地2000畝，注冊“黃花溝”“黃花香”“大漠黃花”品牌商標(biāo)3個。2019年，園區(qū)成功創(chuàng)建AAA級景區(qū)，黃花溝現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)之路越走越寬敞。

July and August are the most beautiful seasons in Xinjiang. The sky is blue， the sun is like a fire， and the fruits are fragrant. Perilla， lavender， dandelion， sunflower and many other flowers whose names are not known are scattered on the green pastures. This is a splendid sea of flowers.

Within the Huanghuagou Agricultural Industrial Park， which is 85 km from Fuhai County in Altay， yellow-green waves are rippling in a golden sea of flowers， and 192，000 mu of sunflowers are blooming splendidly. The picturesque scenery attracts an endless flow of tourists.

On August 6， the Third Sunflower Sea Photography Contest and the exhibition of highquality agricultural products in Huanghuagou， Fuhai County， Xinjiang， kicked off. A variety of activities such as the Photography Contest， the “Glorious 70 Years” event， the National Fitness Walking Conference， cultural performances， expert forums， and featured agricultural products exhibitions were held at the event.

Na Yan， Director-General of the Bureau of Culture， Sports， Radio， Television and Tourism of Fuhai County， said， “The number of tourists this year has doubled compared with the same period of last year during which Huanghuagou has seen 10，000 visits. Based on Huanghuagou’s 10，000-mu sunflowers and farmland， we strive to create a tourism model of‘tourism + agriculture’， enrich the content of tourism products， promote the high-quality development of tourism， and make the local farmers rich.”

As the northern passage of the Silk Road， the Altay region has further promoted the in-depth development of transportation， agriculture and tourism under the Belt and Road Initiative in recent years. In 2017， the Yangling-Fuhai Huanghuagou Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park was officially launched in this depression with a high agricultural output. The cooperation between Yangling Demonstration Zone in Shaanxi and Fuhai in Xinjiang is aimed at building a high-latitude agricultural science and technology demonstration base in China and a gathering center， exchange center and distribution center for the development of highlatitude modern agriculture in the world.

Up to now， the park has invested a total of RMB 760 million in development and construction. Seven enterprises above the designated size have entered the park， which now produces 10 green and organic foods， has 27，500 mu of certified arable organic land and a 2，000-mu aquaculture base， and boasts three registered brands： “Huanghuagou” “Huanghuaxiang” and “Desert Huanghua”. In 2019， the park successfully established an AAA scenic area. The road to modern agriculture is becoming wider and wider.
