◎文體概述

求職信或申請信屬于公務信函，格式和用法比較規(guī)范。信的內(nèi)容大體上分為三部分：

1.開篇點題，交代消息來源并且說明寫信的目的。

2.介紹自己，重點放在與所申請的工作相關的知識技能的介紹上，要詳略得當。

3.表達感激之情和期盼對方早日回復。

寫作時要注意以下幾點：

1.寫信的目的要直截了當?shù)卦谛诺拈_頭提出。

2.自我介紹部分主要介紹自己的學歷、工作經(jīng)歷、解決問題的能力等。在行文、用詞上要表現(xiàn)出自信、懇切的態(tài)度，語言簡明扼要，突出介紹自己的優(yōu)點、與眾不同的特長或有利條件。還要緊扣用人單位的需求，巧用詞語，有力地說服對方。

3.最后寫明聯(lián)系方式，還可以主動提出接受面試或考核等。

4.求職信主要用第一人稱，時態(tài)多為一般現(xiàn)在時。

具體來說，求職信一般可分為七個部分：①自我介紹；②表達看到相關廣告后的感受；③應聘職位及應聘條件；④本人優(yōu)勢；⑤表達決心；⑥你的聯(lián)系方式；⑦表達感激。參考模式如下：

Dear Sir/Madam，

Im （自我介紹）. Having read the advertisement， I （表達看到相關廣告后的感受）. I am writing to apply for （應聘職位）.
