6月2日清晨，重慶航空的第26架飛機(jī)在德國漢堡完成交付后，抵達(dá)重慶江北國際機(jī)場。

陳谷在朋友圈說，“終于成功把你接回家?！?/p>

能成為“接飛機(jī)”的空乘，陳谷的工作能力毋庸置疑?！爸貞c航空優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員”“優(yōu)秀共青團(tuán)干部”“重慶航空春運(yùn)先進(jìn)個人”……收獲諸多榮譽(yù)的陳谷，從大學(xué)畢業(yè)進(jìn)重慶航空，至今已11年，陳谷說，“重慶航空陪伴我成長，我也從一個格格不入的外地人，成長為無辣不歡的蘇州籍重慶妹兒。”

In the early morning of June 2, the 26th plane of Chongqing Airlines arrived at Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport after it was delivered at Hamburg,Germany.

"I finally pick you up home." Chen Gu posted a Moment in WeChat.

Being a stewardess to participate in the whole process of “picking up” indicated that her working ability is undoubtedly excellent. Enjoying many honors such as“Outstanding Communist of Chongqing Airlines”, “Outstanding Communist Youth League Cadre”, “Advanced Individual of Chongqing Airlines in Spring Transportation”, Chen Gu has been working for Chongqing Airlines for 11 years since her graduation. “Chongqing Airlines has witnessed my growth and I have now become a genuine Chongqing girl whocan’t live without chill from a Suzhou girl who doesn’t eat chill at all."

“接飛機(jī)”的空姐 The Stewardess Who “Picked up the Plane”

“蘇州籍重慶妹兒”陳谷兼具了蘇州和重慶的特點：生活中一口吳儂軟語，全身透著江南女孩的溫婉，工作中的陳谷卻帶著重慶妹子的“強(qiáng)悍”和熱辣。

比如這次漢堡之行，就充分體現(xiàn)了陳谷細(xì)致又大膽的工作作風(fēng)。

“接飛機(jī)”的隊伍中，陳谷作為唯一的乘務(wù)員，必須事無巨細(xì)考慮周全。飛機(jī)出發(fā)前，她需要根據(jù)乘客人數(shù)及航班時間，提前準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的毛毯、枕頭、餐飲等；在驗證試飛狀態(tài)檢測中，她還要做一系列的檢測工作，其中包括應(yīng)急吸氧設(shè)備能否在飛機(jī)失壓狀態(tài)下脫落，服務(wù)系統(tǒng)能否在飛行過程中正常工作等?！耙幌盗械臋z測，堪稱一次業(yè)務(wù)技能集中大考試?！标惞雀嬖V我們。

飛機(jī)起飛后，真正的考驗才開始?！耙蟛欢啵膊浑y，對照接機(jī)手冊上的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)做，不過十條而已?！标惞日f得似乎很簡單，但內(nèi)行都知道，接機(jī)工作嚴(yán)苛的要求，諸如檢查所有設(shè)備的文字是否翻譯成中文，逐個檢查救生衣、應(yīng)急設(shè)備的位置和完好等。這些都嚴(yán)苛地檢驗著乘務(wù)員工作的熟練程度和業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。

而且，與日常的飛行不同，“沒有其他乘務(wù)員幫助和配合，我要獨(dú)立完成所有服務(wù)工作，包括廣播播報、發(fā)飲、提供休息用品等?！?/p>

Born in Suzhou and now living in Chongqing, Chen Gu has adopted the characters of both Suzhou people and Chongqing people: she speaks the Suzhou soft dialect in her life and is a typical gentle girl from southern China ; while in working, she is more likely a Chongqing girl, who is “intrepid” and hot.

Her meticulous and bold working style has been fully reflected in this trip to Hamburg.

As the only stewardess in the team of“picking up the plane”, Chen Gu must be thoughtful about all matters, no matter how big or trival. Before departure, she had to prepare blankets, pillows, food & drinks according to the number of passengers and flight time; during the test flight status test, she had to do a series of detection work, including whether the emergency oxygen equipment can fall off under the decompression status and whether the service system can work normally during the flight process. “A series of detection just like a big exam for professional skills,” Chen Gu told us.

But the real test began after the takeoff.“Not many requirements, nor are they difficult. I just need to do as the standards on Pickup Manual. There are not many,just ten,” Chen Gu said in a relaxed way.It seemed that it was quite easy, but every adept must know how severe the pickup requirements are. For example,check whether the text of the equipment has been translated into Chinese; check the position of life vest and emergency equipment and whether they are in good condition. All these are strictly testing the stewardess’work proficiency and professional quality.

And, unlike a routine flight, "I have to do all the service tasks independently,including broadcasting, handing out drinks and providing rest supplies, without the help and cooperation of other flight attendants."

策劃“空中求婚” Planning “Proposal in the Air”

陳谷還是重慶航空空中乘務(wù)部的團(tuán)總支書記，在她的帶領(lǐng)下，重慶航空乘務(wù)部團(tuán)總支收獲了全國民航團(tuán)委頒發(fā)的“2018年度全國青年安全生產(chǎn)示范崗”“五四紅旗團(tuán)支部”等一個又一個榮譽(yù)。

在團(tuán)總支書記這個崗位上，最讓陳谷津津樂道的，要數(shù)她組織策劃的學(xué)習(xí)交流活動，“乘務(wù)員工作，不僅要求乘務(wù)員為旅客提供細(xì)致周到的常規(guī)服務(wù)，還要了解、熟悉與航空緊密聯(lián)系的相關(guān)行業(yè)，這樣才能在乘客遇到問題時，提供相應(yīng)的解決方案。為此，我們與機(jī)場海關(guān)、西永海關(guān)之間組織了很多交流活動?！?/p>

去年“六一”兒童節(jié)，陳谷還在重慶航空模擬機(jī)艙中組織策劃了一次主題活動。這場活動，不僅讓許多孩子了解到父母的工作，更為他們普及了乘坐飛機(jī)的安全事項、安全急救常識。

得益于在團(tuán)總支的鍛煉，陳谷的策劃組織能力有很大提升。

2014年，陳谷參與策劃了一場轟轟烈烈的“空中求婚”。

陳谷告訴我們，“求婚的王先生幾經(jīng)周折才通過重慶航空市場銷售部聯(lián)系到我，當(dāng)我聽到王先生的想法后，也感到很興奮。在近一個月時間里，我和王先生悄悄籌備求婚的事情，反復(fù)推敲求婚現(xiàn)場的所有細(xì)節(jié)，就連求婚現(xiàn)場播放的廣播內(nèi)容，也是一改再改?！?/p>

Chen Gu is also the Secretary of Youth League general branch of Flight Attendant Department, Chongqing Airlines. Under her leadership, Flight Attendant Department of Chongqing Airlines has obtained several honors such as “2018 National Youth Safety Production Demonstration Post”, “May Fourth Flag Youth League Branch” issued by National Civil Aviation Commission.

Being the Secretary of Youth League general branch, what made Chen Gu proud was the learning and exchange activities she has organized and planned. “As a flight attendant, we not only should provide meticulous and considerate regular services for passengers, but also should have a good knowledge and get familiar with the industries closely related with aviation,thus we can provide corresponding solutions when passengers encounter problems. That’s why we have organized many exchange activities with Airport Customs and Xiyong Customs.“

For last “Children’s Day”, Chen Gu organized a theme activity in the simulation cabin of Chongqing Airlines.In this activity, children knew more about their parents’ work and learnt the common sense of safety matters, safety first-aid while taking a plane.

“Thanks for the practice in Youth League general branch, I’ve improved myself in planning and organizing ability greatly,” said Chen Gu.

In 2014, Chen Gu participated in the planning of a joyous “proposal in the air”.

Chen Gu told us that “Mr. Wang who intended to make a proposal to his fiancee finally contacted me through Sales& Marketing Department of Chongqing Airlines after many twists and turns. I was very excited and happy after Mr. Wang told me about his intentions. In the next one month, I helped Mr. Wang to prepare the proposal secretly. In the following one month, I helped Mr. Wang to prepare the proposal secretly. We have discussed about all the details of the proposal again and again and the even the broadcast content has been modified again and again.”

用善意服務(wù)旅客 Serving the Passengers with Kindness

飛機(jī)上的服務(wù)并不總是這樣輕松愉快，也會有讓人心跳加速的時候。

今年2月的一個晚上，客艙里突然傳來了一聲驚叫。機(jī)組人員迅速前往查看，發(fā)現(xiàn)驚叫的旅客被旁邊突然癱軟的旅客給嚇到了。

陳谷說，當(dāng)時那名男乘客雙眼緊閉，面色蒼白，渾身冒著虛汗。還好身邊的乘客反應(yīng)快，見勢不對，立馬扶住了他，讓乘客靠在了客艙的過道上。

陳谷嘗試著與乘客交流，將他扶到頭等艙，并為他打開了通風(fēng)口，拿來了溫水。做好這些后，陳谷讓乘務(wù)員廣播尋找醫(yī)生，整個過程不超過三分鐘。

幸運(yùn)的是，廣播找到了一名醫(yī)生和護(hù)士乘客，病危乘客也在用氧10分鐘后轉(zhuǎn)危為安。

It is not always so easy and relaxed to offer services in the plane. Some unexpected things often happen.

In an evening of Feb., a scream suddenly came from the cabin. The flight crew quickly headed there to check what was happening and they saw that a screaming passenger was frightened by the passenger who fainted suddenly beside him.

“At that time, the male passenger looked pale with profuse sweating and his eyes were shut. It was fortunate that the passenger beside him was quick-minded and he immediately supported him and let him lean against the aisle of the cabin when he found that the passenger was not well,” Chen Gu told us.

Chen Gu tried to talk with him. So, the crew supported him to the first class and opened the vent and fed him some warm water. Then, Chen Gu asked the steward to broadcast to look for a doctor. All of these were finished promptly and it took less than 3 minutes.

Luckily, a doctor and nurse passenger came after hearing the broadcast and they critically ill passenger finally turned to safety after taking the oxygen for 10 minutes.

“We have to serve every passenger with kindness and treat every passenger with our true heart.” said Chen Gu.
