Abstract：in the context of “Internet +”，the functions of relevant financial managers should be extended from financial management to the improvement of the overall performance of enterprises.The work of the relevant financial personnel is no longer confined to the financial department，but involves going beyond organizational boundaries，dealing with other departments，such as the business department，and obtaining information through various channels.The innovation and upgrading of enterprise financial management are mainly reflected in two aspects：one is the process reengineering under the financial sharing service，the other is the enterprise performance management.This paper studies the innovation and upgrading of financial management under the background of “Internet +” from two dimensions of financial sharing and management accounting.

I.positioning and principles of enterprise financial management

Financial management is the core of enterprise management.Only by doing a good job in financial management，can we ensure other management links to obtain stable sources of funds and promote the normal operation of other management work.At the same time，the strategic goal of the enterprise is closely related to financial management.In strategic management，managers need to describe the current financial status and future development status of the company in detail，specify the status quo of specific company employees，company management and corresponding personnel respectively，and formulate collective goals and individual goals in combination with the companys situation and individual situation to improve the probability of achieving the companys strategic goals.

Generally speaking，financial management work needs to follow a series of principles，only in accordance with these principles，can ensure the orderly management work.As shown in table 1，financial management is mainly divided into the following contents.

The principle of simple practice requires enterprises to integrate management methods directly into the actual management environment in the management process according to the current specific situation，which is conducive to the operation and implementation of specific management links.According to the specific principle，the management needs the corresponding management personnel.Therefore，the principle of simplifying management is easily understood by other managers.

II.The necessity of enterprise financial management innovation in the era of “Internet +”

1.The need to promote the development of enterprises

From the perspective of enterprises，the development of digital technology as the advanced development of the Internet，the financial activities of enterprises can realize the information management of network technology，such as e-commerce on the Internet，fund management companies on the Internet，etc.，are no longer static data generated by financial data，but dynamic data，which has a great impact on the development of enterprises.If the financial management is not innovative，the employees participating in the management can not use new technology to complete their own work，not only the personal work efficiency is lower than other management departments，but the overall management efficiency of the management department is also lower than other management departments in other industries.Only by adapting management to the development of the times，can we find our own way out of the development.Only by recognizing the development trend of the world，the development status of the company and the internal development of the company culture，and seeking the combination of the three，can we give full play to the advantages of innovation and make the financial management of the enterprise continue to do a good job in the work of stable supply resources and fund coordinator.

2.The necessity of improving the safety of enterprise financial management

Driven by the development of the Internet，the financial management of enterprises is more transparent than the traditional financial management，which requires the innovation of financial management methods，the improvement of the security of financial management，and the guarantee of a more secure financial system.In the Internet era，network security is an important factor that affects the development of enterprises.Therefore，in order to improve the safety of financial management，it is necessary to improve the quality of financial management personnel，especially some senior financial management personnel.In addition，technological innovation should be strengthened to improve the security and protection of financial data，such as adding firewalls，preventing virus intrusion and ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Conclusion：

With the development of Internet technology，it has brought great changes to enterprises and changed the original enterprise financial management mode.In the network environment，the traditional financial management has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises.With the emergence of the concept of “Internet +” proposed by the first world Internet conference，many enterprises began to combine traditional financial management with Internet technology，forming a new financial management model.Innovative thinking is the driving force for enterprises to advance and the key factor for enterprises to maintain the vitality of competition.
