【摘要】 目的:分析乳腺癌鉬靶X線表現(xiàn)和ER、PR以及Her-2因子之間的關(guān)系性。方法:對90例乳腺癌患者鉬靶X線表現(xiàn)腫塊、鈣化、病變區(qū)密度和結(jié)構(gòu)扭曲與免疫組織化學測定的ER、PR及Her-2表達予以對照分析。結(jié)果:ER、PR及Her-2總陽性率分別為60.00%、56.67%及46.67%。有腫塊組中ER毛刺腫塊組ER基因陽性表達率、PR基因陽性表達率高于非毛刺腫塊組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。有鈣化組Her-2基因陽性表達率高于無鈣化組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。病變區(qū)高密度組ER基因陽性表達率、PR基因陽性表達率高于病變區(qū)等密度或混雜密度組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。有結(jié)構(gòu)扭曲組ER基因陽性表達率、PR基因陽性表達率低于無結(jié)構(gòu)扭曲組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05),有結(jié)構(gòu)扭曲組Her-2基因陽性表達率高于無結(jié)構(gòu)扭曲組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。顆粒點狀鈣化形態(tài)組Her-2基因陽性表達率高于分支鑄形鈣化形態(tài)組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:乳腺癌鉬靶X線征象與ER、PR和Her-2表達有一定相關(guān)性,在一定程度上對ER、PR和Her-2的表達進行反映,可為臨床乳腺癌的術(shù)前輔助內(nèi)分泌治療及預后判定提供更多有價值的信息。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the relationship between mammographic features of breast cancer and ER,PR and Her-2 factors.Method:The mammographic features of mass,calcification,density and structural distortion of lesions in 90 breast cancer patients were compared with the expressions of ER,PR and Her-2 determined by immunohistochemistry.Result:The total positive rates of ER,PR and her-2 were 60.00%,56.67% and 46.67%,respectively.The positive expression rate of ER gene and PR gene in the ER hairy tumor group was higher than that in the non-hairy tumor group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of her-2 gene in the calcified group was higher than that in the non-calcified group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of ER gene and PR gene in the high-density lesion group was higher than that in the isodensity or confounding density group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of ER gene and PR gene in the group with structural distortion was lower than that in the group without structural distortion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of her-2 gene in the group with structural distortion was higher than that in the group without structural distortion,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of her-2 gene in the granular calcification morphological group was higher than that in the branching calcification morphological group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
