【摘要】 目的：分析優(yōu)化保護(hù)性約束流程在精神分裂癥患者護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：筆者所在醫(yī)院于2016年12月開始實(shí)施保護(hù)性約束優(yōu)化流程，選擇2014年12月-2016年11月就診的100例精神分裂患者為對(duì)照組，2016年12月-2018年10月就診100例精神分裂患者為觀察組。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)保護(hù)性約束，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化保護(hù)性約束流程。統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組患者住院期間約束例數(shù)、平均每人約束次數(shù)及平均每人約束時(shí)間，統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組患者干預(yù)前后依從性及危險(xiǎn)行為次數(shù)，采用自擬滿意度調(diào)查問卷調(diào)查兩組患者護(hù)理滿意度，統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組患者約束相關(guān)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。

結(jié)果：觀察組約束例數(shù)、平均每人約束次數(shù)及平均每人約束時(shí)間均少于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;干預(yù)后觀察組依從性及危險(xiǎn)行為次數(shù)均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;觀察組滿意度高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;觀察組約束相關(guān)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：優(yōu)化保護(hù)性約束流程利于減少精神分裂患者進(jìn)行約束次數(shù)及時(shí)間，并提高護(hù)理滿意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application effects of optimization of protective constraint process in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia.Method：The hospital began implementing the protective constraint optimization process from December 2016.100 patients with schizophrenia from December 2014 to November 2016 were selected as the control group，and 100 patients with schizophrenia from December 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given conventional protective constraint，and the observation group was given optimization of protective constraint process on the basis of control group.The number of patients with constraint，the average constraint frequency per person and the average constraint time per person were counted during hospitalization.The compliance and risk behaviors frequency in the two groups were counted before and after intervention.The self-made satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the nursing satisfaction between the two groups.The incidence rate of constraint-related complications was compared between the two groups.Result：The number of constraint cases，the average constraint frequency per person and the average constraint time per person in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The compliance and risk behaviors frequency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The incidence rate of constraint-related complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Optimization of protective constraint process is beneficial to reduce the number and time of constraint and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with schizophrenia.
