建筑設(shè)計：哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院大師工作室

本項目意在強(qiáng)調(diào)空間的通透性、多樣性、流動性，功能、流線、布局、設(shè)施的安排及內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的營造，均以人為中心，為工作人員提供舒適、優(yōu)美的環(huán)境，從而激發(fā)其創(chuàng)作靈感?；谠O(shè)計院的管理運(yùn)營模式，我們采用“模塊化”的功能分區(qū)理念，以60人規(guī)模的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分院為基本單元，將其圍繞貫通5層的共享中庭設(shè)置。每個辦公單元均采用8m×8m的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)柱網(wǎng)，使用面積為550m2，其中380m2的開放辦公空間沿最大采光面設(shè)置，以良好的工作環(huán)境激發(fā)員工的工作熱情。辦公樓外觀樸素典雅，每一個細(xì)節(jié)都力求精致、協(xié)調(diào)。建筑外墻采用透明玻璃、銀灰鋁復(fù)合板、鋼百葉和灰色面磚的組合，材料體系具有強(qiáng)烈的現(xiàn)代感，為建筑奠定了基本格調(diào)。頂部挑檐與底部石材、半弧形窗的運(yùn)用既表現(xiàn)了特色，又呼應(yīng)了毗鄰的教學(xué)主樓，延續(xù)了校園建筑的文脈。□

The research and office building of Architectural Design and Research Institute of HIT is intended to emphasize transparency, diversity, mobility, function,streamline, layout of space, facility arrangement,and internal environment creation, all of which are human-centered, and intend to provide a comfortable and beautiful environment for employees so as to stimulate their creative inspiration. Based on the management and operation mode of our design institute, we have adopted a "modularized" function division concept, with a standard branch institute with 60 staff members as a basic unit, centering upon a shared atrium running five stories high. Each office unit uses a standard 8mx8m column grid and has a usable area of 550m2, among which an open 380m2office space is provided along the largest daylighting surface, obtaining a good working environment to stimulate the work passion of staff members. The office building has a simple and elegant appearance because we strive to achieve exquisiteness and harmony in every detail. The exterior walls of the building consist of transparent glass, silver-gray aluminum composite panels, steel shutters and gray bricks, and the material system has a strong sense of modernity, laying a basic style for the building.The use of top cornice, bottom stone, and semiarc windows not only display features but also corresponds to the main building on HIT Second Campus, continuing the campus architectural context.□
