項目位于哈爾濱市群力新區(qū)東部，用地面積7萬m2，總建筑面積約30萬m2，以 “第四代新型商業(yè)模式”為概念，整體規(guī)劃由綜合商場、商業(yè)街、寫字樓及公寓組成，是集購物、休閑、娛樂、餐飲、商務(wù)、居住復(fù)合功能于一體的城市商業(yè)綜合體。

項目整體建筑體量高低錯落，波浪般起伏，形成優(yōu)雅的天際線；商務(wù)部分則沿弧線展開，氣度非凡，形成區(qū)域內(nèi)標(biāo)桿之作。由東到西3個區(qū)域分別體現(xiàn)森林、流水和山丘主題，力求呈現(xiàn)自然質(zhì)感，設(shè)計運用人流節(jié)點巧妙連接了各商業(yè)元素的同時，創(chuàng)造與眾不同的自然感受。

搜尋其中的建筑“密碼”，“春”“夏”“秋”“冬”4個主題樹形筒的設(shè)置，巧妙地將四季“寫”入了建筑面孔；精心營造的“河谷”“森林”，將意境“融”入了建筑韻味。河谷森林的設(shè)計靈感來自東北聞名于世的“白山黑水”從而創(chuàng)造出一個與自然相融合、充滿生機(jī)的現(xiàn)代都市生活中心?！?/p>

The project is located in the eastern part of Qunli New District, Harbin, with an area of 70,000m2and a total building area of about 300,000m2. The overall plan is composed of shopping malls, commercial streets, office buildings and apartments. It is an urban commercial complex with shopping, leisure, entertainment, catering,business and residential functions.

The overall volume of the project is scattered and undulating like waves, forming an elegant skyline; the business part is spread along the arc,with extraordinary bearing, forming a regional benchmark. From east to west, the three regions respectively embody the theme of forest, flowing water and hills strive to present the natural texture,design and use flow nodes to skillfully connect various commercial elements, while creating a unique natural feeling.

Searching for the setting of tree-shaped barrels with four themes of "password", "spring","summer", "autumn" and "winter", the four seasons are cleverly "written" into the architectural face;the elaborate "valley" and "forest" are carefully constructed, and the artistic conception is"melted" into the architectural charm. The design inspiration of the valley forest comes from the world-famous "White Mountain and Black Water"in Northeast China, thus creating a modern urban life centre which integrates with nature and is full of vitality.□
