武漢光谷世界城步行街位于湖北省武漢市洪山區(qū)魯巷廣場，毗鄰華中科技大學(xué)，總占地面積41.8萬m2，總建筑面積180萬m2，是一條1350m長的體驗式商業(yè)步行街。項目綜合了五星級酒店、寫字樓、復(fù)合式商業(yè)步行街區(qū)以及高檔住宅，采用游覽體驗和日常生活相融合的設(shè)計理念，是融合了商業(yè)和旅游兩類綜合地產(chǎn)形態(tài)的大型城市中心建筑群，其精致多樣的規(guī)劃和建筑形態(tài)帶給人豐富的體驗感受。

步行街由6種不同風(fēng)格建筑組成了六大主題商業(yè)區(qū)：A地塊為現(xiàn)代建筑組成的購物廣場；D地塊步行街全長329m，是由南加州海岸風(fēng)情美國主題街區(qū)和地中海風(fēng)情西班牙主題街區(qū)兩部分組成的時尚購物街區(qū)；F地塊步行街全長427m，由意大利主題和德國主題兩部分街區(qū)組成，其中意大利街區(qū)為婚慶商業(yè)，德國街區(qū)以酒吧和餐飲文化業(yè)態(tài)為主；H地塊步行街長200m，是法國建筑風(fēng)格的住宅、辦公及酒店等服務(wù)性商業(yè)區(qū)。□

Wuhan Optics Valley World City Pedestrian Street is located in Luxiang Square, Hongshan District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, adjacent to Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It covers an area of 418,000m2and has 1.8 million m2structure covered area. It is a 1350-metre-long experiential commercial pedestrian street. The project integrates five-star hotels, office buildings,composite commercial pedestrian blocks and upscale residences. It adopts the design concept of a combination of tour experience and daily life. It is a large-scale urban centre architectural complex which integrates commercial and tourism real estate forms.Its exquisite and diverse planning and architectural forms give people a rich experience.

The pedestrian street is composed of six different styles of commercial buildings: the A block is a shopping plaza consisting of modern buildings;the D block is 329m by length as a fashionable shopping block composed of two parts: a Americathemed block of Southern California coastal style and a block of Spanish theme in Mediterranean style; F block pedestrian street is 427m in length,consisting of Italian theme block and German theme block. Among them, the Italian block is wedding business, while the German street is dominated by bars and catering culture; the H block pedestrian street is 200-metre-long commercial residential,office and hotel service business district in French style.□
