【摘 要】S100蛋白家族是一個含有EF-手相結(jié)構(gòu)的鈣結(jié)合蛋白家族，共有 20多個成員組成，在體內(nèi)發(fā)揮著基因表達(dá)、調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞增殖、蛋白磷酸化、鈣離子調(diào)控等多種生物學(xué)功能。S100A7蛋白，又名銀屑素，在多種惡性腫瘤中差異性表達(dá)，發(fā)揮不就同的生物學(xué)作用。

1 S100A7與皮膚癌

S100A7最早從銀屑病患者過度增生的角化細(xì)胞中發(fā)現(xiàn)，研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，S100A7在皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織、原發(fā)性黑色素瘤組織中表達(dá)量也高于正常[1]。但是，皮膚的惡性腫瘤中，S100A7蛋白的表達(dá)量與腫瘤進(jìn)展不是正相關(guān)。S100A7在皮膚原位鱗癌中的表達(dá)量高于皮膚浸潤癌[2]。

2 S100A7與口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌

口腔鱗狀細(xì)胞癌（SCCOC）是癌癥死亡率較高。研究表明，獲得anoikis耐藥在口腔腫瘤的進(jìn)展中起著重要的作用。S100A7表達(dá)是anoikis耐藥和致瘤性的促進(jìn)因子。在SCCOC細(xì)胞中，S100A7表達(dá)升高較正常組織明顯升高[3]。

3 S100A7與肺癌

S100A7 蛋白類型中的肺癌差異表達(dá)。S100A7 蛋白在肺鱗癌和大細(xì)胞肺癌組織中高表達(dá)，在小細(xì)胞肺癌組織、腺癌癌和正常肺組織中不表達(dá)。同時，S100A7 蛋白在腦部轉(zhuǎn)移部位的表達(dá)量比肺原發(fā)灶增加，表明S100A7 蛋白與肺癌腦轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)[4]。

4 S100A7與乳腺癌

Leygue 等[5]在研究不同分期的乳腺癌內(nèi) S100A7 mRNA 的表達(dá)水平時發(fā)現(xiàn)，在正常、良性和不典型增生的乳腺導(dǎo)管上皮中 S100A7 mRNA 很低或測不到，在高級別導(dǎo)管內(nèi)癌中表達(dá)明顯，在低級別導(dǎo)管內(nèi)癌與不典型增生組織在乳腺癌中也有表達(dá)，跟雌激素受體的調(diào)節(jié)有關(guān) [6]。多種研究表明，S100A7 蛋白在乳腺癌的進(jìn)展中起重要作用。

5 S100A7與頭頸癌

，在頭頸部鱗癌組織中，細(xì)胞核中的 S100A7 表達(dá)量高于細(xì)胞漿;早期病變中的表達(dá)量高于晚期病變。而在正?？谇火つそM織的表達(dá)水平較水平。且不同分化的S100A7頭頸部腫瘤的S100A7的差異表達(dá)[7]。因此S100A7的表達(dá)與頭頸部鱗癌相關(guān)。

6 結(jié)束語

此外，S100A7蛋白的表達(dá)與膀胱癌、卵巢癌、骨肉瘤等惡性腫瘤相關(guān)。S100A7蛋白在不同組織間的的表達(dá)特異性，使S100A7有望成為新型的腫瘤標(biāo)志物，為診斷疾病、評估預(yù)后做指導(dǎo)。
